a cop who caught his wife cheating on him during what should have been a regular traffic stop that's my wife sir that's your wife that is my wife we are both victims wased 7 years on this on the 14th of March 2021 a patrolling officer on duty noticed reckless driving on the road he immediately approached the car to investigate and began to ask questions however what he discovered was more shocking than just dealing with a possibly drunk driver license and registrations please wow H sir in this car can you please step out of the vehicle onto the left hey partner I got this one uh both us please 2021 while on duty a patrolling officer observed a vehicle speeding and weaving in and out out of traffic the officer began the traffic stop by discussing the situation with the driver however things career and everything I know I bring know dude you failed on the 22nd of July 2023 police received a 911 call from a woman who claimed to have a fight with her drunk office a husband and needed help FR County 911 where's your emergency my I just Ked my husband out he's pretty drunk and he's still sitting in my driveway he won't leave um he's a Franklin County Deputy too okay um and he has his work truck here I don't know if he has his mhm I don't I don't think he'll use it but I'm I really just want to believe and I I don't know what he's going to do okay so so he's out in the TR in the car or in the truck right now yes ma'am and you're in the house yes is the door locked yeah all locked we have an officer on the way he's going to talk to him okay kind see what's going on I I don't think he would do anything but he's really upset and he got way too much to drink can you get back into a bedroom or something and just sit down where you can breathe and kind of calm down a little bit yeah where have babies in the house I would say to stand silent and talk to your husband out in the in the driveway if he wants to talk to you he'll come to the door I I told him I was going to call the cops if he didn't leave and he's like well I am the law I am an officer you can't after this call police were immediately dispatched to the caller's house and upon arrival they understood the you see do a Snapchat story I was like No And I looked at it and it was him having with another girl in his truck at he house and this truck and this truck I have pictures and and we have videos it was posted on his Snapchat story for everybody to see um so we got into a big fight because just saw that and then there was screaming and yelling and never anything physical but I kicked it I told him I want him out of the house I wanted to call my dad down here but I told do I said if you don't leave him call my dad to come down here he's like your dad's not going to do so I was like I really didn't want my dad to get invol cuz I didn't know what Dustin was going to do mhm cuz he pretty drunk yeah so I didn't and then my mom was like you might just call the police just to see if they come and like deescalate him according to the wife's words what her husband did was one that would probably put his job on the line now it was time to confront him but things escalated even more when they found out he was breaking yet another law why do you mean me cuz I've been drinking him so you've been drinking and you drove over here get away from a while okay she said to leave all right so so I turn I pulled in right here down the road and I said I'm done how much have we had to drink tonight three four or five beers four or five beers when was the last time you had one you know how I got to treat this yeah I know how you do good okay are you [ __ ] drunk dude I probably had three probably I drove from my house which is qu M down the road to here okay my wife go and pop your tailgate here the little lot area in between 41 and 60 um he is definitely inebriated I did SPI sobriety on him already he failed his hgn he uh gave me a few signs to both onset and or maximum deviation and prior onset prior to 45 he uh missed a few steps on his uh walking turn as well but he did his one leg stand fine the following day the Franklin County Sheriff's Office investigated Dustin Peterson's case and he was immediately terminated from his Department due to his unethical conduct and inappropriate use of a county-owned vehicle for personal activities after the video of him having an affair went public then we have the case of this guy who was attacked by a completely raging police officer after being caught with his wife my head is really sore and it's getting swollen in multiple places he was sleeping with my wife but he was over here working out and the guy just came down hill beat the crap out of he may put you in the hospital or Worse he's not on the 12th of November 2017 an officer responded to a call from a person who claimed to have been attacked by a police officer out of nowhere when the cop got to the scene he quickly tried to understand the reason behind the attack and what he found out was unexpected so so what happened uh someone ran down the hill I was sitting here exercising and just 30-year-old male uh multiple blows to the Head uh swelling on the side of the face he is conscious and breathing just came down and jump to me and started hitting me in the head do you know him yeah okay and from what I understand this is his wife yeah yeah okay so so you had any beef with him any issues uh there's been an ongoing issue but nothing physical until now okay you want to press charges no okay well we're going to have EMS well I mean you're you're pretty red and you got a lot of bumps and bruises around your head and I think he took my car key cuz I it was in my pocket and I don't know where the hell it is now even is it just the key a black fob for so it's yeah it's probably it was like right here and it was in my pocket and either took it or kicked it or threw it good buddy yeah he's not here and he doesn't want to press charges anyway it's an ongoing issue it's just never been violent now it's violent all right and I think it may be cuz the the chick that's over here is the wife of the other dude of the suspect oh so it might be a your sleeping with my wife but he was over here working out and the guy just came down the hill and beat the crap out of it okay Sean because you don't want to press charges um what I'm going to do is I'm going to write an informational report on this it's going to have you it's going to have him and it's going to have her um PR chares I never been in one fight in my entire life so if you feel like this is an ongoing thing and it's just escalated to this nine times out of 10 I can't even say that sometimes it'll escalate even worse like he may put you in the hospital or Worse he's not right it quickly became clear what was going on the attack was because of an affair and when the officer started to get the wife's side of the story he began to understand how messy the triangle was between his wife her lover and his colleague who showed up my husband okay what's your husband's name Josh M huh Josh M Josh is in APD Josh David 635 PD you have a supervisor respond down here I'll ask you again Sean do you want to press charges I mean it's totally up to you if you don't feel safe if you feel like this is going to progress something it's going to get written up anyway and what does that
