from this man who allegedly made his neighbor's life a living hell before escalating the situation with threats against her life. >> I said that get you shot. You know, I didn't say I I don't own a gun. >> I've been here for 17 years and for the last 6, seven here, it has been hailed. >> For this creepy neighbor who was captured on surveillance camera trying to break into his neighbor's home while her husband was away. >> So I'm like he was well aware that my husband was leaving. He never leaves this early. How what a coincidence that tonight, like today, he wants to come in our yard cuz he sees that his work truck's not right there in the you know, >> he's a very creepy guy. >> 501. And that's when my husband called me like immediately after and was like, "Call the cops. He's in our yard. Look, here are five nightmare neighbors who were caught in the act by cops. Starting with Allison, who thought that swinging a beer bottle at his neighbor was somehow the right way to vent his frustration after he got evicted. >> We're here to figure out a battery. We got accusations of a battery. >> You see my lip? >> No, I don't see your lip. >> Look at it. >> All right. >> He started it. He don't live here. >> He was all him and then he smashed beer in my face. >> You own the house, right? >> Yes. You got to get some paper to get out. On April the 14th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a residence after receiving reports that a man, now identified as Allison, had struck his neighbor in the head with a beer bottle. Following an argument that resulted from the man's refusal to leave his residence. While police knew that there was little chance of any reasonable explanation for such a violent act, they chose to give Allison an opportunity to explain himself. >> What's going on? >> Hey, come here. So the sheriff's office, I called it in. I live right here. I hear him fighting. >> He comes out holding his face. He hit him in the face with a beer can and then he came out recording. Obviously, get off the property. Blah blah blah blah. >> No, you need beer. Can I? I don't even drink. I smell like beer. >> All right. >> What's What's going on? How do you live here? >> No. Terry knows everything. >> What are you doing over here? >> I want you right. I don't like >> Hey, step out here. >> No, sir. >> Step out here. >> I will not. I am on private property. >> I understand. >> Nothing wrong. >> Step out here. >> Off the property. >> Step out here, sir. >> That's not going to happen. >> The property, >> sir. You cannot enter this home. >> Step out here. >> Step out. I'm not >> We're not entering illegally. trust you and that man that come over with the detective badge, he harassed me already. >> Three times. >> Hey, step out here, dude. >> Step out here. >> There's nothing going on. >> I don't trust you. I've already been >> I don't care if you trust me. Step out here. You have no reason not to trust me. >> You got You got a way to enter this house. >> I just fine. >> I'll open the door. >> Then step out here, >> sir. I am not. >> Step out here and talk to me. I don't care. >> Talk to me right now. Step out here. >> No, sir. Okay, then I'm coming in. >> No, sir, you're not. >> Then you're stepping out here. >> No, sir. You're forcing your way out. I'm being recorded, dude. You're coming in the house. FINE. I'LL STEP OUT, DUDE. EASY. >> Step out here. >> This game's up, dude. >> Step out here. Step out here. Listen. I AIN'T PLAYING THIS GAME, MAN. STOPPING, DUDE. >> Shut up. We're not playing this game. >> Fine. What did I do? What kind of >> I'm telling you to step out. A battery. >> No, I didn't. He hit me. Look at my lip. >> Well, that's what we're here to investigate. He's got a bloody nose. All right. But you're not going to shut the door on us when we're here to investigate a battery. >> Excuse me, sir. >> It's not going to happen. >> Thank you, sir. Now, step over here, calm down, and speak to me, and stop yelling, >> sir. Just let me get my Let me get my >> Stop yelling. >> Fine, sir. >> And you're not going to walk away from me. That's fine, sir. You're not going back in the house. >> I didn't do anything to you. >> All right. Well, we're here to figure out a battery. We got accusations of a battery. >> You see my lip? >> No, I don't see your lip. >> Look at it. >> All right. >> He started it. He don't live here. >> All right. Well, we're going to figure that out. >> Fine, sir. But you're not going to go back in. We can't act like this, >> dude. Neither can that detective. He tried to force his way in this door. And he >> because we can if if there's occur, >> we're about to find out. >> Well, those officers were doing all they could to get Allison to talk to them without escalating the situation. Another officer decided to interrogate the victim. >> I haven't been drinking. I smell like beer, though. >> Who Who are you to them? You just friends? All right. >> So, what happened? I come in the house and you told me to get the hell out. I was going to pick up Tara to go to the flea market. >> Were you invited over here by her? Does she live here? >> She called me 10 times to pick her up today. >> Does she live here? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what happened once you got here? >> And then all of a sudden told me to get the out and I said I don't have to get out cuz it's her house. She invited me in, >> right? >> And all of a sudden he started getting really pushy and all of a sudden get the out of my house. It's not even his house. >> He had a beer. I said I cursed back at him. >> Okay. He was all him and then he smashed beer in my face. >> Did you hit him? >> No, I tried to block him. >> Okay. But you never threw a punch and hit him. >> Okay. Do you need EMS to come look at your nose? >> It's nothing. I want I'm pissed off cuz I smell like beer. >> All right. >> And I quit drinking. It makes me want to drink. >> So, do you want to file for charges on him or what do you want to do? >> I don't want I think they should cover it. >> Who should cover it? >> Terry's her house. She's looking for a scapegoat to take care of I don't want to take care of this. I like the guy just going to his medicines. >> You have you have to tell us if you want to, you know, file charges or not. I mean, it's up to you. >> I'd rather not. >> You'd rather not. >> All right. >> So, you want to write a statement or anything like that? >> Just something with 18. >> Who? Who? >> I'm not going to file a statement. I'll follow you. >> Broken, bro. What's wrong with you? >> So, uh, did somebody mention something about a BB gun or anything like that? >> Uh, I don't know about I don't know about that at all. I come over here, bring water over and stuff like that. I was full as >> All right. So, you usually get along with him? >> Yeah, most of the time. >> So, what's his issue today with you? >> I just I think you need to take his medicine, man. >> So, >> it's up to you. Like I said, if you want to file charges, it's totally up to you. If you file charges, he goes to jail. If you don't, he don't go to jail. >> I'm not going to go I'm not going to file charges. >> Okay? >> I just I don't want to be the scape goat. You need to come out of jail, not be the one anybody go to court. They they called the police at least 10 times on them. >> Well, we're still going to document it and everything. So, a report's still going to be uh written. Um but, you know, if you don't want to file charges, then we're not taking him to jail or nothing. So, >> because I don't think they call the police on each other 10 times a week. >> I come over and give him water. Give me a water and stuff and try to help. This guy knows um him over there. >> I tried to do the right thing in life. But, hey, all I came to give her right to flea market. You showed my phone. She called me like eight times today. >> All right. >> Want to go to free market? I came over. >> The officers knew that holding that aggressive man accountable would be much easier if the victim was willing to press charges. However, despite bearing visible signs of the altercation, the victim remained adamant that he didn't want to pursue the matter. Realizing that that avenue was going nowhere, the officers turned their attention to the victim's friend, who also happened to be an eyewitness. >> It's constant. So, I got a video yesterday where he acted like he was going to hit me in the back with a bucket when I was getting something out of my truck cuz they've been stealing water and [ __ ] from this house. >> Yeah. >> And I was getting keys out of my truck and I have a camera on that tree over there. And I'm in my truck and he's got this bucket in his hand. He's acting like he's going to walk over and hit me with this bucket and he starts cussing me. >> He's like, "Stupid MF for this and MF for that." And I was like, "What? >> Are you actually Leo or?" >> Oh, yeah. I work in narcology. >> Yeah. He's what? >> Um, so but no, this is an ongoing issue and come to the point of filing stalking charges on >> You didn't want to follow any charges for assault or anything? >> Well, I would love to, but I didn't think about at the time. I've thought about filing charges for stalking because he stood here and mfed my wife and my 13-year-old daughter in the driveway, telling them to get the f back in their house. >> Yeah. >> And my mom >> and her mother. Like, it's uncalled for, >> right? >> And he knows I'm the police. accepted you every time he >> and every time he sees me, he purposely goes out of his way to try and pick a fight. >> Yeah, we've been here a couple times. Same, you know, same situation. >> If it was me, I would want this guy to press charges, but he says he doesn't want to. >> I told him >> he needs to press charges >> that he doesn't want to get involved. And I was like, you know, this isn't going to end then. >> No. After talking to the neighbor, they decided to speak with the house owner, who revealed something about the suspect that was about to flip the case on its head. >> So, you own the house, right? >> Yes. He's got eviction papers to get out. >> How How much longer does he have on the eviction? >> Um, probably a couple probably another like a week and a half. >> A week and a half. >> 10 12 days. Yeah. >> Okay. And so, is he is he going to be gone at that point? >> Yeah. >> You have any idea where he's going? I had no idea. >> No. All right. Who is he to you? >> He's He was dropped off here, so I don't know. I mean, he wasn't really told he could stay here. He just dropped off and he started staying day after day on the couch and um >> Yeah. >> You can't let that happen. >> Ask him to leave it happening. >> But this is your your place, right? >> Right. >> Yeah. You can't let that happen. You know, if you let somebody move in here, then you know, you have to go through this whole process. But next time don't don't let people just if they get dropped off here then you have the right not to let him in your house >> right now he's already not it wasn't like that >> so he was an invited guest by somebody else that was living here. >> No >> he just got dropped off and he needed a place to stay I guess and he just started stay on the couch. And >> how do you how do you know him know? How did he know to come? >> I know him from the guy that drives his truck. >> Okay. But yeah, you don't have to let anybody stay here, you know. I don't care if they're dropped off. >> I've asked him to leave many times and he won't leave. The police have been here and then shuts the door and knocks him out and >> Yeah. >> he ends up staying anyway. So >> So how long has he been here, though? >> Um it's been going on a couple months. >> Yeah. >> But he got his paperwork, so we'll see what happens. >> So how long ago did you get the uh the eviction? >> Um just a few days ago, I gave it to him. >> Okay. Was it 30 days? A 30 days? >> Something 30 days. >> No. Is it a 30-day? >> 15 days. I think >> they gave him 15 days to move out. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> 15 days minus the weekends and holidays. Something like that. >> Gotcha. >> Within moments, the officers had heard enough to make a decision about Allison's fate. As the reality of the situation set [music] in, one thing became clear. There was no talking his way out of what was about to happen next. >> He's going to jail no matter what. We're taking him for resisting. He backed away from me. Went into the house. pulled away from me. I got resisting charges. So, um >> I didn't mean >> He also hit the the friend here too, I guess, when he was trying to break it up. Did he hit him as well? >> Just think about it. Uh >> let me go see if you know that you hit me, too. >> Thank you, sir. I'm being detained for what? >> What am I being detained for >> right now? For resisting. resisting. I wasn't resisting. >> You did resist. >> No, sir. I did not. When I told you to come, I did not resist. >> Take him to the car. Put him in the car. >> Sir, I'm being detained. What am I being arrested? I just told you. >> What am I being arrested for? I just told you resisting, >> dude. Ease up, bro. Let me walk. Let me walk, dude. Ease up. I'm on disability. I'm going to jail for resisting arrest. That's what you said. Okay. >> Not resisting arrest. Resisting. >> Resisting arrest. I was detained. You said I was detained. You put me in the [ __ ] car, man. This is ridiculous. >> Searching for Go ahead, dude. There's only a wallet in my pocket. >> Jesus Christ. Do anything but protect myself. >> No, you walked away and pulled away from It's not a resisting arrest. >> That's what you said. You detained me and you for being arrested for it. >> Listen, you don't stop talking long enough to um understand what I'm telling you. >> Why you musling me then? I was detained and now I'm arrested for resisting arrest. Well, good, MAN. WHAT'S YOUR NAME? WILLIAMS. And who? Bro, I'm being arrested for what? What am I being arrested for? >> Resisting what? >> Hey, lap. >> No, sir. What am I being arrested for? >> What am I being arrested for, Rodriguez? What am I being arrested for, sir? Rodriguez, >> what? >> Allison was charged with two counts of simple battery and [music] resisting an officer. Allison was one heck of a nightmare neighbor, but he was nothing compared to this man who turned a simple argument with his neighbor into a threat hurling fest. >> Okay. He hung this [ __ ] on my fence. It was more on there all that weight. So when the police came, I went and got my drill and took that off last night. While the police was sitting here, this mother last night go put it back me. He shoot us both today. >> He said it to you both. On May the 5th, 2024, multiple officers were dispatched to a quiet neighborhood following reports of an ongoing dispute between two hostile neighbors who had been disrupting the peace of the community. At first, the call didn't seem particularly unusual. Neighborhood disagreements are a common part of police work, and the officers expected that their presence alone would be enough to calm tensions and restore order. >> Who does he have a gun? >> All right. Can you guys go over there till we figure it out? >> That's fine. Go over there. We'll figure it out in a minute. That's fine. Go. I know. Go over there. We'll figure it out in a minute. Thank you. >> Now he's talking about he going to take He just put them back up. I took her back yesterday. >> You know why? Because the police sat here yesterday and watched her come out here and tear my road all over here on my property. I'm taking the shelves out. That's what I'm doing right now. >> Okay. Can you come out here? >> These shelves right here. >> Come out here. We got to talk to you. >> Okay. Well, I I can't really come out here without undoing this whole fence. I can't do that right now. >> Okay. Well, you got to come out I don't need to come out here. What do you need? >> Okay. You need to come out here. >> I'm not coming out there. Okay. You're doing wrong. I'm taking the shelves down. >> Okay. We got a call. >> Okay. >> I'm about to fight. >> There's no fight. Nobody was fighting. We didn't have no >> Doesn't matter. We have to deal with what we have at the time. >> I understand. I understand. I'm not I'm not trying to be hostile with you guys. >> Okay. I just need to You need to step out here so make sure you don't have any weapons on you. >> I have no weapon. >> Don't reach for anything. Don't reach for >> Okay. Step out. >> I'm going to my house and you guys >> No, my dude. Come out. Not doing this, dude. Get out of here. I'm cool. I'm cool. Right here. >> Don't Don't move. Do not move. >> I'm cool. >> Hand behind your back. >> Be careful with my shoulders. >> You're going in handcuffs so we can be careful with my shoulders. I have nothing on me or nothing like that. >> Your shoulders, man. I got >> I'm going to double cuff you. >> Also, just try to walk off, bro. >> Because because this is ridiculous, man. just, you know, she she freaks out of stupid throws my everybody. >> Okay. Well, that doesn't mean you don't cooperate with us, man. I told you I was here for. I told you why I wanted you to come outside the fence. >> Don't walk me outside all these people. >> Well, that's where we're going. >> You have no weapons on you. >> No weapons on me. No. >> Why you acting weird, man? Why you acting bad, man? I'm pissed off. >> That's fine. That's fine. But you don't you don't need to do something that's going to make a situation worse. Especially when we're giving you an order and you're not listening. >> What? >> I got a vape from my pocket right there. I think this winner is there. >> Anyone inside the house? >> My girlfriend. >> Walk out. Make sure we lock the C. >> Want to throw in the car till we figure it out. >> You don't need to do this. I'm not hostile at all. >> Okay. Well, you're doing stuff that's making me nervous. >> Well, I'm not doing that. I'm not hostile, man. There's no reason for this. >> I didn't shoot you. >> We're not going to do that. We're We're all going to shut up. So, >> you should coming out your damn house, >> weirdo. We get a call, a fight with a possible gun involved. So, we just wanted to have you step out. >> I understand. I understand. And I >> So, we can pat you down so we can just talk to you and you start acting like that. It makes me nervous. >> I understand. I made it work. >> Is that fair? >> That's fair. >> Yeah, you're right. Cuz I know better actually. >> Did you double locker? >> I'm really not hostile. You don't have to do all this. >> Okay. Well, cooperation would have went >> and I screwed that up. I screwed that up. >> That's why you're in handcuffs. >> And I understand that. >> So, my partner will talk to you in the car, but >> Okay. I don't want them on my property is the thing. >> Okay. Well, we can talk about >> just just so you know, I don't want them I was the shelves down for them because the shelves were there when I moved in the place years ago. I used them. I put stuff on them. >> As the man was escorted to the patrol car, another officer remained behind to speak with the neighbors and pieced together what had actually taken place. But when the woman started talking, they quickly realized that her neighbor was the classic neighbor from hell. >> I had to pay to get that done. The police was here yesterday cuz he keep hanging stuff on the ground. >> He got all the shells. He just tried to take it down when the police came. >> That initially I thought this is yours. >> This is mine. This garage is mine. And if you look all of this all the way back to that pole that's down there, that's where the surveyor put that pole. That's my property. Okay. See that pole straight back >> against the fence. See that pole? That's my property. Everything on this side. Okay. He hung this on my fence. It was more on there all that way. So when the police came, I went and got my drill and took that off last night while the police was sitting here. This mother last night go put it back. >> It's my fence. All of that that shelving is screwed into my fence. >> Gas tank all that like it's a garage. He using it for storage. But it's on my fence. >> He told the day why you put it back up there. He going to come outside. I both you mother said >> you like all of this this right here shouldn't even be here. THIS POND IS ON my property that's putting this fence up. But my that two bulls almost attacked my daughter yesterday. The police told me he's probably selling me a bunch of cuz he's saying oh whatever she wants. Whatever she wants. time you all left last night. He gonna put back up. Tell me he shoots today. >> He said that to you like you mother say he say he chased the mother out OF HIS HOUSE. POW POW POW. OKAY. THREE. He chased somebody out his house. But what weird thinks it's okay to mount shelving unit on somebody else's fence and then once the police had me take it down you put it at. It's how disrespectful this mother has been. I've been here for 17 years and for the last six, seven that this been here, it has been hell. The police said they have been in this house. You already know about the house that I had to deal with with the hordon and three people cannon and all this. I'm over it, >> dog. Break out this over every day. This about to attack her daughter. That's what made me call it. >> No, I'll get it. >> I'll explain to you him and when you're done. >> What's your name, man? >> M. yesterday when the dog warrant came and all that and I actually had to come right here and I seen that it was drilled into the fence. I flicked the police I said hold on I'm going to get my drill. He watched me move all that in the middle of their driveway get my drill and I removed all of them shelves. I couldn't you see the two the I couldn't get them because they got them hammered into my fence. I couldn't get them off. So he comes back out here last night after everybody goes in or whatever. He back >> right. Um, >> dude, I'm trying not to. >> So, yeah, but you guys were walking out to the store and when we pulled it off, I looked down and I seen the shelves back up and I said, "Back up." >> Because he really put that back up there. >> So, but then how did did he just come outside? >> I knocked. I said, "Do you really?" >> Yeah. I knocked and then I came over here. So, before he came outside, I was up here and I He said, "What do you want?" I said, "You put those shelves back up." >> Yeah. He said, "Get the [ __ ] off my That's exactly what >> So, say this did go the opposite way." And he did. Right. Is it worth it over over a part of over but over a part of the fence that you can't even see? >> Yes. Because if the weight of this all that he pull my fence down, he ain't going to fix it. Just can't fix my gutters. That cost me several hundreds of dollars. >> But if if we got to that point, then it turns into criminal damaging and it's a criminal offense that he would have had to pay for. >> That I have to go through court and have to wait and still have to fix my stuff and wait. >> Even this stuff you >> just like that. He never he said he was going to do that. When he put that damn thing down there, guess what? He tore his house up and he tore my house up. Guess what he did? He fixed his and didn't fix mine. didn't give a [ __ ] about me. >> The gutters, >> the I got new gutters on my whole garage. >> Okay, that's because of him. I didn't want to do that. >> He don't give a He disrespectful as hell. He don't give a about me. So why should I give about him? And then you didn't just lean up there, which I was cool with. You literally drilled a garage shelving unit up on the fence that you didn't pay for. So when all that [ __ ] would have pulled my fence over, I'm just again >> I I just don't I don't know what to tell you both. I mean, I I know you're saying you shouldn't give a about him if he doesn't give a about you. But maybe >> there's a turning point if one of you guys >> minding my business. >> If I continue to go home, pull in my driveway, come inside my fenced yard and don't bother nobody like I've done for 17 years since I bought this house. Okay? But since he has got here, they pull all of this right here. There'll be nobody parked there. You know what they do? They stop right here at the end of my driveway and block me in. Why? because they're disrespectful and don't give a Okay, I've been dealing with this for years. At what point, okay, at what point is enough? At what point does somebody advocate for me? >> I got you. Hopefully, uh, this is the time where he learns not to with you anymore. >> Oh my please. I will be so happy. Jesus. >> Over at the patrol vehicle, officers began to question the man. Although they had no reason to doubt his neighbor's report, it was only proper to hear his own side of the story. >> Seems like you and your neighbor have been having feuds about defense and dogs, right? What what happened yesterday was my dog got out and I don't blame her for calling the dog people on the go. When the dog got out and I looked in the cameras, it it the dog looked like he was vicious. He's not, but he looked that way and I don't blame her, man. I would have too. >> Yeah. As a pimple, right? >> Right. Now, she the police sat out there in front and let her go up on my property and she took all the sitting back by the fence and she tossed everything in a in a frenzy in my driveway. She broke all kind of and I was pissed about it and you know, the cop was here. I said, "Look, man. I I'm not going to deal with this right now. I'm not going to cause you any problems. And and I told him, you know, >> was this stuff that fell over the fence? >> [ __ ] She picked up through my drive. My stuff she picked up through. >> We're still on the phone when I call her on her property. >> It was It was not on her property. Now the shelving that was no longer on the phone, but I can call back. It is on her fence. I'm going to give her that. I just used what was there. You know what I'm saying? Well, she got pissed off. She threw everything that was on that shelf and everything in front of it, beside it, whatever. And she just trashed everything in the driveway. I was pissed about it and I put the [ __ ] back where it was. I didn't say a word to her or nothing. And she came out today starting and freaking ranting and raving and brought this guy with her and I told him I said that mouth of yours what get you shot. I didn't say I don't even own a gun. You know what I mean? But and he turned around. Oh, you going to shoot somebody? You going to shoot somebody? And and he he's acting like he had a gun his waist and everything. I said, you know, when I came out the back door, I said, look, I will take the shelves off the goddamn shelf or off the fence. Okay, I'll take them off the fence and we can end this thing right here. And they wouldn't stop. They kept going. So, you know, I I tried was trying to take them off the shelf when you guys got there. That's what I was trying to do was take the shelves off their fence. And there's there's nothing need for her to about there's not her for her fence and you had shelves on your side of the fence. >> Exactly. >> Okay. >> And I was taking them down. You know what? I put them back up after she ripped everything out of there yesterday. I was taking them down. I was like, you know, we don't have to talk about this. >> Okay. So, what what exactly did you say cuz I want to get your statement accurately. >> What did I say about what I just told her? Well, at first we were arguing. I got mad. She called me names. I call her names too. I ain't going to say I said some nasty. So did she. She had a big mouth. And uh basically when I came out the back door I said look I'll take the damn shelves down. Okay we'll just end this. I'll take the shelves down. Okay. >> And she said no no no it's too late mother blah blah blah. And they started rambling off. You know it's been 6 months now probably two words. >> What was the statement about a gun? >> I said that get you. You know I didn't say I was going to I don't own a gun. You know what I mean? >> Look man around here. >> You need an ambulance. >> If I if I have to sit back on your shoulders I will. I don't sit. >> Are you okay right now? >> No I'm fine right here like this. You don't need no I'm fine right? And you know, I was mad. You know, I said some she said, you know. >> What did you say? >> I can't remember everything I said, but I called her name. She called me names. You know what I mean? Then I I went inside and I thought about it. I thought, you know what, man? I I don't I don't need this every day. I don't need the cure calling the police every day. I'm going to just go out and take him off. I went out the back door and I told her, I yelled out. I said, look, I'll take the shelves off the wall, okay? I'll take them off the fence and then we can just end this. It's over. We don't have to talk about it no more. And she ran off smile. He ran off smile and the guy showed up. And then I acted stupid. tried to walk back inside after they told me not to, which I apologize, man. I >> Did you threaten to them if they didn't get off your property? >> No, I didn't. I said in the in the words of he started running off the mouse. I said that kind of shot around here. You know, not me. I don't own a gun. >> Are you allowed to possess a firearm? >> No. Not allowed to have one. I don't have one. >> So, you said that kind of will get shot around here. >> Yeah, I did say that. uh you cuz he started what he was doing is he was kind of grabbing his waistband and and pulling his shirt out like he had a you know something in his waist you know and he's done that before you know he acts like he's got a gun in his waist or something. >> Your cameras work? >> I don't have nothing over on them. I've got the one that points this way but it goes over top of her car and don't really show much. >> Your cameras work? >> You got to go work? >> Yeah, I'm supposed to be at work at 5:30. >> So I can get you out of here faster if I go just go and get their side but I know you have shoulders issues. So if you if you can figure out some way I can get you out of here faster. >> So there's no way I can sit back on my shoulders. I'm having surgery in two weeks on both my shoulders. I >> I want to get you out of here faster. So you find some way to sit comfortable just for a couple minutes so I can get out. So >> there's no way I can sit in this seat comfortable with my shoulders. I'm talking about >> You can scooch, but you got that whole You got the whole the whole back seat. You >> understand the pain and the surgery that I got medical records that will show you my >> I got bad shoulders, too. I get it. I get it. >> These aren't bad. I can't sit on these hands like this. I can't do it. I mean, I just >> You can sit like that and swing to the side and be the same position. >> How am I supposed to get in here like this? >> There you go. I'll be able to get you out of here in right now, officer. I'm serious. >> The man seemed convinced that his apologies and last minute attempts to make peace with his neighbors would be enough to keep him out of jail. But that decision was never his to make. What's up, man? >> I I'm in so much pain. >> Okay, put your feet out. >> I know you heard me. I heard you the first time. Can you get your foot out? >> You got to just get this arm up so it's not behind you. You want your buddy to lock up the house? >> Why am I being arrested? >> Yes. >> Why? >> For obstructing. >> What did I do? >> What did you do? You ran to the back of your house after I told you you had to be patted down for weapons. >> You got to take me to jail for that. I'm going to miss work and everything, man. Guys, come on. I'm going to get fired. This is going to my life up over >> I'm trying to help you get comfortable. >> I understand that. But this is >> Do you want your buddy to lock your house up for you? >> Yes, please. >> This is going to I'm I'm going to end up fired. I'm going to lose everything over this [ __ ] because of this. I I didn't mean to obstruct. I stopped. I came back. I put my hands on the house, you know. I I mean I I didn't You got to admit, I mean, okay, I turned and I I was going to go in the house, but then I stopped. I put my hands on the house and I I changed everything and and I was cooperative. Officer, man, this is going to really screw my life up right here. This is going to ruin everything. I mean, is it absolutely necessary to arrest me for this? >> Yes. >> I don't understand. I stopped. >> I told you multiple times. >> Officer, man, come on. Can't you cut me a break here? I'm going to lose my job over this. I'm going to lose everything over this. I'm seriously going to get fired if I don't show up on a Sunday. >> Okay. I can't cut your bra. >> Yeah. >> Step up. Yeah. >> I can't believe this. I cannot believe this. I'm going to go to jail for I'm going to lose my job. >> This ain't right, man. This is not right. I was trying to get my life together, man. I finally got a good job. Finally got a job I liked. >> I'm sorry, man. I know I messed up. I didn't mean to do that. I didn't mean to get you guys, you know, I didn't mean to make you guys sweat it and worry. I know you got a lot to deal with. You don't need somebody ain't running from you. I wasn't meaning to run. I was just trying to go in the house and I shouldn't have. I should have stopped like you said. >> I know that. >> I'll go to court. I don't care. Give me a summon. Whatever. I'll go to court. >> Okay. >> Well, let me talk to the other officer. Let me Can you swing your feet back up in there? I got to close the door. That's kind of part of the deal. >> I understand. >> You good? >> Yeah. >> All right. Air conditioning good. >> Yeah. >> Absolutely killing me, man. >> My arms and shoulders. I'm getting surgery in two weeks, man. You guys don't understand. These arms behind my back are killing me. >> You need an ambulance. >> If I can't I can't have my arms behind my back like this. If you're going to keep my disc, get me an ambulance cuz they'll take them off because I can't >> I can't sit like this, officer. You don't understand, man. I made a little mistake. I'm sorry. I I stopped. I put my hands on the house. I complied. >> I'm not even talking about that mistake. That's mistake number two. >> What's mistake number one? >> Why is your stuff back on her property? >> It's my property. >> No, it's not up against that fence. It's not yours. >> That's a civil That's a civil thing right there. Me and her going to have to agree on that or disagree on that. The fence I was taking the shelf off. It was there when I moved in, man. That shelf was there. >> But she wants it down. It's her property. >> I was taken down when they showed up. That's what I was. >> But why is it back up? That's why it could all have been aborted if you didn't put it back up. >> Because she took all my She broke my do it in the driveway that wasn't even on her fence. She had no right to do that, man. The cops hadn't watched her do it. She broke stuff. I got pictures of everything. >> This is going to be an ongoing issue because neither one of you guys just want to mind your business. >> I told her I would take the shelves down. That's what I was. I'm going to lose everything over this over this stupid stupid stupid stuff. I'm I'm begging. I'm I'm bleeding because I don't feel like a punk for doing so. But you know what? Damn it. I'm desperate now. I'm going to lose everything. I finally got a good job. I'm finally getting on my feet. I'm finally getting everything in order. And then this. I mean, honestly, does it seem right to you? >> I mean, don't put this on me. I'm not putting it on. >> Everything that happened here is because of you. >> I know. I'm asking. So, don't don't try to guilt me that you're going to lose everything. I'm just asking because of something you did. >> Does it seem right to me? >> Okay. Well, no. Don't ask me that because everything you happen today is because of you. >> How we doing? I'm in a lot of pain, man. Both my shoulders. I got precisely should. >> It's a quick drive to county. So, we'll check your vitals. Make sure that like I said, they're just not going to authorize an ambulance transport to the hospital for something like that. Okay. I'm just letting you know. I'm going to get to it. >> Don't worry about it. Officer, my vitals are fine. I'm just in a lot of pain. >> You still want me to check them out? >> No, I'm all right. There's nothing you can do. >> I'm sure they're absolutely necessary, man. >> To what? >> Take me to jail. >> Yes. I'm going to lose my job, man. >> Okay. I'm sorry to hear. I mean, like I said, >> you have the choice, though. >> Okay. >> I know it's not your fault. You didn't do it. I did it. I know. I know. But ultimately, you have the choice. I don't lose my job. >> So, your actions your actions are a good way for you to get when we when we get a call with the gun and we're asking you to come out just so we can pat you down and then you do something like that. >> I screwed up. >> That's that's a good way for someone to get very seriously injured. >> I screwed up and I know better. >> You know, I know I messed up. I know. I I know that. >> Still unwilling to accept the reality of the situation, the man continued trying to talk his way out of the handcuffs. Despite the officers making it clear that their decision had already been made, he seemed convinced that if he argued long [music] enough, they would eventually let him go. >> You want You want us to check your cuffs? I'm We're going to transport you, but it's going to be It's literally right over there. >> But I want make sure you're comfortable. I'm not trying to make you uncomfortable. I know your shoulders hurt. >> There's no way to be comfortable. I'm going to have to suffer, I guess. >> In the wagon. >> Yeah. He's going to switch your cuffs out, too. We'll make sure. So, let's walk over to the back of the wagon. All right. >> Great. I'll just head back. >> Will there be bail available? >> I'm sure there will be. I don't control that. >> All right. Slide on here, man. You know how bad South Street is. >> Oh, I need I need I need help. No, I'm dead serious. I can't. >> They'll they'll help you in here. Okay. >> I don't even know how to get out. Hold on. >> All right. Slide your feet. >> So much pain right now from that ride. I'm trying to listen to this [ __ ] personal. I want to name everybody. Yours. Anybody haven't had surgery in two weeks and I'm still arresting right now. My shoulders are so bad. >> Look, dude, I'm just a wagon driver, right? >> I know that you beat the driving me [music] here. >> You tell me, right? You threw me all over. I begged you guys before paying a car or something because I'm telling you, you don't know. I had surgery in two weeks on both shoulders. I'm telling you with the damage you've done to your neighbors, not conversible. >> Okay. >> After all was said and done, he was [music] charged with obstruction. Threatening your neighbors is awful, but it's nothing when you decided to become like Allan, who chose to menace a couple in his neighborhood with an axe. >> Did he wave the axe around? >> He did. When he when he walked back, he did towards me when I was out front. >> Yeah. When he come back, he's waving in the street, but not >> waving it. How? twirling like I got an >> I have a walking stick that has a axe head, but it's not an axe. >> On November the 9th, 2024, the police received a 911 call from a couple reporting their neighbor later identified as Allan, who was menacing them with an axe. When officers arrived, they quickly started talking to the frantic couple who was still visibly shaken by the incident. >> Hello. >> We're all unarmed. >> What's going on? >> All right. Thank you. So come up here in our bushes and with his axe. He got an axe. He's up here. Ma'am, come here. >> And he came back. >> Okay. Okay. >> Sorry. >> So he came up here with an axe and did what? >> Well, I was riding in the sidey yard and he come up right here, started stomping, pushing right here. >> What was the beef over? There's nothing >> this guy's there nothing to this dude. >> He called me one day going off about the neighbor boy that I give a ride to school and I told him, "Look, dude, I don't have time for you. Leave the kid alone." And he just cussed me out, hung up. So, I just sent him a text. I got the text. Dude, any further communication, you know, is harassment. I don't care about your stuff. Leave us alone. And since then, it's been >> it's been non-stop. So he came up here with an axe today to this bush. >> Yeah. >> And he was just stomping on your bushes out of bushes and then he came back walking chasing force came back. He got his axe on his hip and then he got his motorcycle rev up spun out. >> Did he wave the axe around? >> He did when he when he walked back he did towards me when I was out front. >> Yeah. When he come back he was waving in the street but not >> waving how? >> Twirling like I got an axe like >> but he didn't stand. We know we know about we talked to you before >> but he didn't like threaten to hit you with the axe. >> He started screaming at me demon something something and then I retreated to the garage >> and this shot >> this has got to stop this >> over a month. >> You can clear channel and see clear. >> We'll get a deputy get you all your information here in a minute33. freaking riding his motorcycle back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. He's >> And how do you how do you know him? >> Street. No relation. No. Okay. >> No, but he was mad that we told He was mad that I'm giving a kid a ride that cuts through over there. >> Okay. >> Called me on off about it and I was like, "Dude, like the kids at 15, leave him alone." >> And then he yelled and screamed at me. So, I just sent him a text, which I can show you. It's like, hey, like you got us all kind of upset, these mothers Um, any further communication is considered harassment. Like, stop calling me, you know, like, man, like let the kid alone. The officers struggled to believe that a simple ride given to a child could have sparked such an intense confrontation. But after talking to some neighbors who had witnessed the incident, they decided that it was time to hold Allan accountable. While some of the officers questioned Allan in an effort to piece together what had happened, another officer spoke separately with his wife. Instead of providing clarity, however, her account only deepened the mystery. >> And um ever since then, and they found out because I was coming home from work one night and I was going like 20 and the lady comes runs out in the road and just yells at me for speeding. I'm like, I don't speed like ever, you know? >> Yeah. >> Um and so that offended him. >> Don't answer any questions. I still got some more routine. Okay. If at any time you wish to stop talking or have an attorney present, all questioning will be stopped at your request. >> Call Fernando. >> Do you understand these rights? >> Yes, sir. I refuse to answer any questions. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Can you at least bring us up to speed? Is this a feud with the families in the neighborhood? >> No. They're they started this crap. They called the police on the people for driving fast in the neighborhood. Then they had a speed trap uh put out. And um I've been nothing but flight. I'm an ordained minister. >> I don't know if you had enough. But when we ride, he wears an axe. >> What's the axe? >> It's a religious symbol. >> Do you mind showing us on their property? And it's not on their property. I have permission on public property for sure. >> He's a Drew. >> What? >> A Drew. What's that? >> It's a religious Drew. So, >> he studies the Biblio Corpus, right? >> Um, and I think this this lady is >> nuts. like we've driven by and she runs out and yells at us. >> The best thing to do is take a minute so we can >> I know I'm I'm very like >> because I mean like like why in the hell there's people at least >> Hey, do you at least have an ID? >> Uh not on me. >> Is it inside? >> I I know my driver's license. >> That's fine. As long he's just going to get uh your name and date of birth. >> And you have another >> like I said if I'm under arrest just arrest me and bring me to jail. >> Okay. Like >> we we haven't even gotten to that point. >> I don't any cops. I'm under arrest. What do you mean I to that point? >> Detained procedure. >> No, because you have to get a whole procedure to release me. Okay. I I work for illegal. >> That's only if you're arrested. >> Okay. >> So, that's the whole procedure to be arrested. >> I'm being arrested right now. >> As the investigation continued, Allan decided to play by his own rules. While many suspects simply deny wrongdoing, Allan appeared determined to turn the investigation into a battle of wills, challenging the officer at every turn and making them work for every answer. But otherwise, take these off. >> Well, we're telling you you're detained. We're not under. >> This only makes me like more upset. >> Okay. >> And like I said, I don't if you don't abuse your kid, you ain't got to worry about us. >> Hey, Alan. Uh, what's your date of birth? >> I'm not trying to I'm not trying to encroach on you. I know about personal space and all that. >> All right. Thank you, Alan. I appreciate it. >> You have a your driver's license about show up. >> Yeah. Born. >> Yeah. Can we get off our off my property, though? >> You can stand right here. It's fine. No, this is my property. Can we get off my property? >> Stand right there. Right now. >> Okay. So, you have probable cause. Okay. No, I understand suspicion to detain you. >> There you go. No, I I just, you know, like I said, I'm not trying to like I would prefer us to not be on my property. >> We prefer not to stand on the middle roadway. >> I appreciate you. >> I don't care about that. You know what I mean? I'm autistic. You know, I'm I'm an ordained minister. I'm not like I'm not trying to hide from people. I'm You know what I mean? Like I know that what I believe in that's in my heart is real and true and therefore I should be able to say it as loud as I possibly can. >> That's your right. >> Yes, sir. >> Let's figure out what's going on and we'll go from there. >> All right. Well, I appreciate it. >> So, that's why we're here is cuz they're saying they're damaged. >> And like I said, I know for sure that I only walked on public property. So if they have video of you destroying their bushes then what would you say about that? >> Then I would say that that's full of crap because how can you own something that's not on your property? >> Okay. >> I mean that's the truth. So if Stormwater said, "Hey, um you know," and that's the thing is that all of this started with me calling Stormwater saying, "Hey, why do y'all have this tube running out? You don't have an easement permit or none of this stuff." And then they flipped out and called the police on me and said that I trespassed onto their property. How did I trespass? I was literally walking on public property. >> So, have you looked at their property lines? Like they don't have an easement to that at all? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Because before I called Storm Water, I called I've verified it. >> Through uh um uh property lane reference to >> Did you have an axe out displayed while you were down there? >> No, I did not. I have a walking stick that has a axe head, but it's not an axe. It's just and I carry a karpon, which is part of my religion. I'm a drude. Um, it's it's just a a reminder to protect the innocent and protect the weak. That is not an in an an intimidating thing. >> A karpon is a ceremonial uh knife for religious purposes. >> Okay. >> Do you mind if your wife shows me that knife? >> No, I don't want to show anything. Yeah. It's not a knife either. It's not It's No, it's an unsharpened axe. >> Unsharpened axe. >> Unsharpened. An unsharpened axe. That's all it is. Like I said, I'm Celtic. I'm a Celtic Drew. And that is how we express our religion. >> We have five out. We have three outward signs of our religion. So, and that's just one of the outward signs of our religion. So, that way you know like they go, "Oh, you didn't just make this up. You came in here looking like that." Jul. >> Have you had anything to drink today? >> Yes. >> What have you been drinking? >> Um, I had a glass of wine earlier. >> Okay. >> That's it. >> Well, no, I had I had two. Well, >> yes, I had one glass of wine, which would be a big glass of wine because I had two. So, yes, one glass of wine. >> That was like the size of two. Is that what you're trying to say? >> Yeah, it it would be two servings. Considered two servings. How long ago was that? >> Hours. >> Couple hours ago. >> Hang tight with him for a second. >> Thank you, sir. >> The officers returned to the couple who provided video footage that appeared to support their account of what had happened. With the evidence now in hand, the investigation took a decisive turn. >> You've been cooperative with this so far. >> No, I I know. I'm not trying to I'm literally trying to Whatever y'all are asking. >> You're good. You're good. We just want to be clear with you. That's all. >> Like I said, and that that's the thing is that that this is probably how it'll have to be resolved because I know for sure that's not their property. >> Okay. >> Like without a doubt, I know that for sure without their property. >> I like I said, I've been here 17 years. I was there when they built the house. And that's I know that's a civil thing >> because y'all can't All y'all can go is off the piece of paper that she has. >> Do you have any uh anything sharp on me on you that's going to stick? >> Don't reach for Don't reach for I'm just checking. >> You're good. Don't reach. We can >> We can verbally talk so we don't have to reach. >> Just uh can you just spread your feet for me? Appreciate it. Going to check. You have any weapons on you? >> No sir. >> Sir, >> I'm a seventh degree black belt. >> Seventh degree black belt? >> Yes, sir. Been doing it since I was 6 years old. Like I say, we'll we'll have a charge and all that stuff. >> Good old Flaggler County. >> We're going that side of the car. All right. Thank you, sir. >> All right. >> In the end, Allan was charged with criminal mischief damage under $200 and trespass on property while armed. His bond was set at $2,650. Just like a scene straight out of a horror movie, a man claimed that he was in search of his girlfriend when he got caught trying to gain access to his neighbor's home while she was alone and her husband [music] was away. >> Asked if Aaron was there and they woke up. It's the morning and they didn't like it. >> Yeah. >> Sorry guys, just looking for my girlfriend. >> I obviously my husband's humongous douly is not here. So he he was well aware of that. I can clearly as day see that he was working his way to the back of our house. >> On August the 4th, 2025, deputies responded to a frantic call from a woman who reported that her neighbor had allegedly attempted to break into her home through the back door. Clearly shaken by the incident, she informed dispatchers that she was alone with her kids in the house as her husband was away at the time. >> What's going on? >> I'm looking for Aaron. >> Aaron? >> Is she not up there? >> Who's Aaron? >> Aaron? Uh, Thompson. >> Oh, so I'm guessing you're not the guy that called? >> No, I'm not the guy. >> Okay. You mind just keeping your hands out your pockets for me? >> Oh, it's just >> All right. >> Keys. [clears throat] >> All right. You've been walking around tonight? >> No, I'm just I'm working on my car. My girlfriend came over. I saw a girl help those guys. I walked into their yard, which I shouldn't have done, and I asked if Aaron was there, and they woke up. It's the morning, and they didn't like it. >> Yeah. >> Sorry, guys. Just looking for my girlfriend. >> All right. >> So, you've been working on your car all night? >> Well, off and on. >> Off and on. >> Doing a break job on it. [clears throat and cough] >> All right. You've been drinking all night or >> Nah, not all night. Just I don't even have buzz. I'm just trying to find her. >> So, you're looking for your girlfriend and you thought that she'd be in >> I thought she was up there helping these guys. >> Why [snorts] would she be helping those guys? >> Cuz I saw her get in a car helping these guys drive up there and then kind of stopped in that area. >> Okay. So, she left in a car, but she you saw >> this. I I don't know, dude. >> Okay. I don't know where the hell she's at, >> but have you tried to call her? >> I apologize to those guys. Well, I might have smarted off, but they smart off. >> Have you tried to call her? >> I'm trying to right now. >> Okay. >> But everything's good. >> All right. Are you sure you're okay? >> I'm fine. >> You don't need no fire rescue, no nothing like that, >> huh? >> You don't need fire rescue, nothing like that. You're okay? >> No, I'm fine. >> Okay. >> I just want her, obviously. After questioning the man, the deputies weren't convinced that they were dealing with a would-be intruder. His story left room for the possibility that he was simply intoxicated, confused, searching for his girlfriend when he mistakenly ended up at his neighbor's house. >> Hello. >> Hi. I literally just got off the phone with him. >> Okay. >> By creepy neighbor. Do you know where this creepy neighbor lives? >> He's right there with his garage door open. >> Okay. So, we already talked. >> I'm guessing he flagged you guys down, right? No, no, no. Baby, go inside. No, no, no. Go inside. >> All right. Yeah, I I was shaky when I was talking to the dispatch. I'm like, I'm so so sorry, but um he said he was going to catch you guys all up. I obviously my husband's humongous douly is not here. So, he he was well aware of that. >> He I just heard screaming, but I thought I was dreaming >> and I heard somebody say I heard screaming, but I couldn't, you know, hear until I got on the camera because my husband called me and he's like, "Hey, that motherfucker's in our yard. call the cops now. And I'm like, what? What mother? Like what? Like I'm on the I'm sleeping. So he's like, "Our creepy ass neighbor." So obviously he got a visual of him. And once I got on the camera when I was talking to dispatch, I can clearly as day see that he was working his way to the back of our house. So I was telling him, >> could you make out what he was yelling? >> No. Not him. No. >> Okay. >> But um he I I told him I'm like, "It's very crazy because he watches us a lot." So I'm like he was well aware that my husband was leaving. He never leaves this early but they had a 4 a.m. 4. So he's gone tonight. I mean well this morning and I was like how what a coincidence that tonight like today he wants to come in our yard cuz he sees that his work truck's not right there in the you know. >> So I don't know what he wanted but I told dispatch we have had and we've been so nice not to call the cops already just on our just on what what he's done already. But he's a very creepy guy. I I think he lives by himself. He doesn't look to be with anyone. He We tried looking up like if he's a pet or anything cuz we have kids uh when we first moved in and Oh, he's not very happy. Um but he has been So when this house was under construction, >> he would say no. where he would say one time he said, >> "She's catching us up real quick." >> He's like, "I helped myself and walked in the house um cuz I wanted to see what it looked like." He's like, "Whose house is this?" And my husband's like, "It's mine. I'm the contractor and we didn't give you permission to go in there." >> What's the deal with him? >> He's very >> I want I want him trespassed. Like I I leave to go work. >> I have my family here. You know what I'm saying? >> No, I understand. I understand why you're concerned. Like I [ __ ] left concrete on the [ __ ] heavy out. >> No. And he I go walking over there with my kids and he will open his garage and just >> He seen you this morning. His garage has been open since I left. >> He will watch me. He is the creepiest guy in the world. I've never like all our neighbors are so nice. He >> like I'm I'm fed up with this dude. Like if y'all don't take this [ __ ] I'm going to take >> He My kids would drive bikes right here like cuz we don't let them go on the road. This road is never busy unless there's church, you know, and then they the cars go by slow and he will purposely step on his Mustang. I'm talking about full speed and he sees my kids down the building. >> We don't know what his issue is. We've been here a year in May. >> No, not one of us. He told me so he said he was looking for his girlfriend who apparently >> my first time with >> they say so apparently >> trying to go in my garage. It's on video. >> Can I see that video? >> Yeah. >> Hey, you need to go inside, baby. >> He has no girlfriend. >> No, he doesn't at all. >> They say so what he was saying was that his girlfriend was over. She got in a car to help someone. She found a car and then that car briefly stopped here and he's looking for >> We pulled up here. I got out and walked in from the backyard and I heard somebody yell >> come back out here. >> He's yelling them down corner calling for us. >> Yeah. >> I know it's him. I seen him. He's trying to come. >> He admitted to me that he was in this yard and that he mouththed you guys off. >> He always does that. He mouths us off and we like I'm just like you're the one. >> No, I'm saying tonight he mouthed you. Yeah, he always talked to him on camera. >> I just told him like out of my yard and he's like, >> "All right, well, [ __ ] you, too." >> Okay. The narrative had changed dramatically. What initially appeared to be a straightforward incident had now become a matter [music] of conflicting accounts. With a couple telling one story and the man insisting on another, the deputies knew that they had to find a way to uncover the truth. >> I really do think that he he's not right. We're conducting an investigation. >> There you go, sir. >> For you hitting the mailbox. >> I have nothing to say. [music] >> Call my lawyer. Officers quickly located the suspect's residence and made contact with the driver, identified [music] as 56-year-old Michael. Initially, the officers believed that they were dealing with a minor property dispute between neighbors and hoped to settle the matter without further incident. However, Michael's response [music] made it clear that a peaceful resolution was the last thing on his mind. >> Yeah, you come on back. [music] >> How you doing? [music and singing] >> That your little SA out there on the side? >> Yes, sir. >> You know, you took out a mailbox in a trash can. >> No, sir. >> Step out here. >> We got signal 68 in there. Step out of the house so I can secure your residence and then I'm going to go apply for a warrant, which could take three or four hours for a warrant. >> Nope. No, that's not how it works. Because you have evidence in plain view right there. >> Check that. Hi. Is that your sub? No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Somehow, Michael convinced himself that his temporary fortress could keep accountability at bay. The walls and barriers don't make problems disappear. Having already made one bad decision, he was now on the verge of making things even worse. >> He's inside. Doors locked. There is a knife right there. Be careful. >> I'm Captain Fowler. You asked for a supervisor. I'm the supervisor. How can I help you? >> Why are you guys so much? >> Well, right now they're attempting to affect an arrest. Is it the level of intoxication that's confusing you? >> Is your level of intoxication what's confusing you? Well, if you're impaired and that's in in making you incapable of understanding, then I'll quit trying to explain it to you because your level of impairment is not going to change rapidly enough for that to affect it. >> Talking to my lawyer right now. >> Uh-huh. >> Yeah. Just trying to find >> Sir, this is Captain Fowler Police Department. So cuffing you and putting your arm >> I'm not going nowhere. >> You already me up. >> Listening to Michael, the officers quickly realized that he was still refusing to face reality. He seemed convinced that [music] he could maneuver his way out of the situation, but it was only a matter of time before he learned that outsmarting the law is far easier imagined than accomplished. >> Claude, >> you hear me? >> All right, they just me up. They don't have a warrant. >> No, no, no, sir. He came out with the gun in his hand. >> He's got a gun >> with a BB gun. >> With a BB gun. He's saying it's a BB gun. >> Jesus Christ. >> He came out. In the end, Michael was charged with obstruction, DUI, possession of a prohibited substance, and duty upon striking a fired object.
