on December 29th 2024 Milbourne police were dispatched to First Baptist Church on a report of a person trespassing in the church and refusing to leave here is what occurred both units are up you can go in this door here now what's the deal what's going on well he has been referred once before he's not supposed to trespass on this property otherwise he was told that he would be arrested right so he's in there and he's ripping the place apart and screaming out everybody hi in Def sir what's going on I'm the trustee of the church all these people are trespass okay step down here and come over know they're saying I'm mentally ill and violent Court dismissed it I put in 10 years of medical health record showing that I'm not mentally ill okay they can't they can't remove me as a trustee and a an incorporator all right um You have been banned from the place though that no that's the problem they are banned not me they are banned so arrest me yeah that's fine it's business that's that's why I came here you were looking to yeah because isue because that's the only way to be free because when I went to the court I went to I triy to get it vacated in my County then I brought it to Essex County for the sup uh Superior Court they literally talking out of the shadows I'm talking about a shadow government I don't know what the judge looks like or anything they violated my Sixth Amendment right because they had a trial in here testified against me Pastor Callahan someone I don't even know was this like a uh like a trustee like get together type thing they I don't know because the everything the whole government the whole church government collapsed and they basically I have the right to meet my accuser plain and simple you can't remove me from mental illness because I I caught you all doing something you weren't supposed to mhm so I mean I I I went through the court it's been what 3 years already I went to the Supreme Court I went to the CH Court I tried to vacate it nothing everybody's dismissing it everybody's in the shadows I don't even know what judge pasero looks like you know um the the the courts there this man Mark fante is literally threatening me in court after the judge give their thing the judge is Judge komus is missing we're missing the video of my court case so it's a criminal conspiracy and the only way to break this criminal conspiracy is to be a criminal I mean that's the only choice you have me made all right I mean and the choice is made so let's this is going to be like a municipal level thing but you know you you are trespassed so
