Store personnel observed the individual using a magnet device to defeat security sensors on multiple pairs of shoes. Here is what occurred. And uh >> yeah, I started the escort service. He was uh he was kind of like trying to negotiate with it. >> Um and he got to the front doors, started freaking out. Um and then that's when he came up to help me and we put one cuff on him. Um and the cuffs went on. He kind of like relaxed a little bit, but he was pretty much trying to negotiate his way out of it the whole time. >> Okay. So there is no fighting then >> like physical altercation. No, I'm not. >> Well, they said that you were in a fight with them. So that's why I need to know that part there. We got the retail theft. That is what it is. Um but I just wanted to know if there was an actual, >> you know, battery or something to that. >> No, he didn't. He didn't swing. He was just stiff. He just didn't want to come back. >> Okay. So basically your long story in a short condensed. So, basically, you see him originally taking some women's shirts off the rack, um, putting them in this bag. >> He they he used it to cover the bag. Then he entered men's shoes with the empty bag.
