On December 28th, 2025, police responded to a 911 call outside a local restaurant. A caller stated that a female who appeared to be intoxicated got into her vehicle and backed into another car causing minor damage. Officers arrived and confirmed that a Porsche Macan had backed into a legally parked and unoccupied vehicle. Here are the events that occurred. It's the license the damage is only the license. Yeah. Just pay attention. Hands down at your side. Put your right foot in front of your left foot with your heel touching your toe. Okay? Arms down at your side. Right foot in front of your left foot with your heel touching your toe. Maintain that position until he's done instructing you on the All right. I'm going to demonstrate the test for you, okay? So again, your left foot on that line. Right foot in front of that touching your little toe, You're going to take a series of nine steps heel to toe down that line, okay? Take a series of small steps rotating yourself around that foot. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps back in that same manner, okay? One, two, three. So on and so forth until the test is complete, okay? You're going to keep your You're going to look down at your feet the entire time. You're going to count out loud keeping your arms down at your side. And once the test begins, do not uh stop until the test is complete. Do you understand? I think so. Get back in that starting position. Just as I Just as Officer Mazinga instructed you. Right foot in front of your left foot with your heel touching your toe. With your heel touching your toe. Did you demonstrate it? >> I did, just as instructed. How many steps are you going to take? As instructed, I told you to take nine heel-to-toe steps. Along that imaginary line, right? >> it again. I'll get you back in that starting Just stop for a second. Get you back in that starting position, okay? Just as instructed, left foot on that imaginary line, right foot in front of that, touching heel to toe, arms down at your side. You're going to look down at your feet, you're going to take nine imaginary I'm sorry, nine steps along that imaginary line. Once you reach that final step, again, keep that front foot planted, take a series of small steps, turn yourself around, you're going to take nine heel-to-toe steps back along that imaginary line. All right? Did you demonstrate heel-to-toe Yes, twice. Next test is It's cold. Next test is going to be the one-leg stand, okay? >> Oh god. I want you to stand with your feet together, arms down at your side, that's going to be the starting position, okay? You got no issues with balance or anything like that, right? All right. freezing. You're going to count in the following manner: 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, so on and so forth until I tell you to stop, okay? All right. I'll demonstrate for you, okay? So, again, feet together, arms down at your side, either foot of your choosing, lift it up off the ground approximately 6 in. 1,001, 1,002, Wait till he tells you to stop. So on and so forth until I tell you to stop, okay? All right, it's important to remember to keep your arms down at your side, keep that foot elevated, parallel to the ground, 6 in off the ground, okay? You're going to look down at that foot and count out loud in the manner that I described to you, okay? Okay.
