from this chairwoman of a Democratic committee who thought she could bully her way out of a DUI. >> You know who I am, right? >> I don't know who you are, miss. And I I frankly I No, I I really don't. >> Yep. Okay. >> Give me the camera. >> To this unruly congressional candidate apprehended for causing a disturbance. >> I'm a candidate for Congress. >> The instructions that I'm giving to you right now are to walk over here. Those are my instructions to you. >> I am disobeying those instructions. Here are satisfying times when super entitled Democrats get put [music] in their place by cops. Signing with this entitled couple who tried to school officers despite being very well uninformed about the law. >> You're resisting. >> Can I blow? >> No. Not right now. >> I know my rights. >> As an employee to me, you need to >> employee to you. >> I pay taxes, right? >> Back up. Go away now. This is your last chance, dude. >> Sometime in 2025, a police officer on patrol observed a vehicle moving erratically and immediately initiated a traffic [music] stop on suspicion of impairment. When the officer walked up to the driver, identified as 35-year-old Dala, she immediately became confrontational, and from that moment, he could discern that she was a super entitled woman with no regard for authority. >> Why are you getting out of the car? Step back. >> Step back. I did not tell you to get out of the car. Tas. >> Walk to the back of your car. >> Going to tase me. >> Walk to the back of your car. >> I DON'T. >> Turn around. >> I don't feel safe. I'm going to call. >> Turn around. Do not reach into your bag. I will tase you if you reach into your bag. Turn around. >> Okay. You see this, right? >> Turn around. >> I will drop my bag for you. Are you a newbie? How long you been on the forest, dude? You're >> turning, right? That's my neighbor. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. Place your hands behind [music] your heads. >> What? >> You're driving off the side of the roadway. You didn't use your turn signal and you're speeding when you pass me. >> Okay. I've ordered you multiple times to turn around and place your hands behind your head. Now turn around and put your hands behind your head. >> Can I get my boyfriend? >> No. Put your hands behind your head. Are you an adult? >> I'm 35 years old. >> Okay. You're an adult. Then you can do this yourself. >> Mother is free. >> Look, ma'am. I don't want to hurt you, but if you don't listen to [music] me, I'm going to have to. >> You're going to tase me? >> I will have to if you don't listen to me. >> You're a little pumped up. Why are you squeezing my hand so hard? >> Because you keep not listening to me. Stop. Please. know who? >> Stop. >> Do you know who is it? >> Okay. Well, you smell like alcohol, too. Maybe that's why you're swerving all over the road. >> Who Dennis Ward is? Why aren't you >> What does he [music] have to do with this traffic? >> Cuz if you take me to jail, it might uh Yeah. Go ahead. Let me blow. >> You're joking. How long you been on the force? What year are we at? You're Bro, you're new. I'm a seventh generation flidian. You probably >> Please, please stay. Stay. >> He's talking to me like a dog. Stay or what? >> Okay. I've given you orders as a normal human and you don't seem to respond. >> You're not. You're talking like I'm an animal, like a dog. Sit. Stay. Like, look at your hand pressing on me, bro. You have to touch me. >> I'm not a criminal. I don't have on me, dude. I don't have any any search my car. No, it's >> Stop. >> Please call your supervisor. >> No. >> Why? >> Because I don't need to. >> Call your supervisor. >> I don't need to. >> I think you do. >> Do you have anything else on you? >> No, I don't. >> What kind of police state is this? Are you really? >> Yeah, you're going to jail. >> Going to jail for what? Can I purse? No. >> Resisting? >> Yes. >> I'm going to jail for resisting. >> When you don't resist my cash out of my purse so I can make fun. >> Sit down. >> Holy. Serious. >> Yes, you're going to jail >> for what? >> First off, you're drunk and you're driving a car. >> I'm not drunk and drive. Let me blow. >> Be that as it may, you're resisting. >> Can I blow? >> No. Not right now. >> I know my rights. >> Okay, fantastic. Well, one of your rights is right to remain silent and I suggest you do that right now. Can I let my boyfriend know to come pick me up? >> No, he can call him at the jail. Put your feet in. >> I don't know his phone number. >> I need you to put your feet. Can you look me up and make sure I'm not a criminal? You can't just take me like this. >> I can actually. >> Kids and a job. Like >> can we talk? >> Can you put your feet in the car? >> Can we have a talk? My purses. >> Yep. I'll get it. >> Can we have a talk? Please don't take me to jail. Are you serious? >> Yes, you're going to jail, Darla. Keep your feet. >> I need my money. Got to make bail, bro. Please. Can you get my money? For someone her age, Dala came across as immature and did nothing but worsen her case. But even as overbearing as the situation was at this point, the cops hadn't even seen half of it because things were only about to get even more intense. >> She's drunk and just as soon as I try to pull her over, she speeds up. But I'm going to test her for DUI. >> Okay. >> The ticket, please. I'm a good outstanding citizen. I'm a mother of three. I'm a member of this community. I work for Del Rose. Like I'm trying to do real estate. try and do better with my life. I'm not drunk. I'll blow for you. Like, I'm good. It just pants. It sc You scared me. I'm not gonna lie. I've been [music] dating this guy that lives here for about 6 months. We just got in a fight and I was coming here to get my stuff. >> Your response to all of this was not correct. Speed away from me. >> I didn't see you. I'm sorry. I had [music] the music up and I'm crying. He just broke up with me at the gas station. At least [music] tell him like to come get me cuz I don't want to walk from QS. >> I thought you guys just broke up. He's going to come pick you up. >> I'm sure if I'd hope so. I'll try to do them at the jail. If she passes, that's what I sees then. Oh, I'm getting sloppy. I didn't look in the glove box. She only had like $90 in her purse. Is this all 20s? >> Are you kidding me? Come on, dude. I don't I hate cops. I have three kids and I got back taxes. So, >> I was going to say that's allowed at 20. >> Making a public display. can catch real bad guys. Not like a mother of three trying to better herself. You're unreal. You make me want to buy an island out in the middle of nowhere and get away from everybody. >> Darla, are you bipolar by any chance? >> No, I'm just I was I backed the blue till y'all made me black and blue. And I don't trust police. How's that? >> Until we made black. >> Keep my mouth shut and we're going to go on about your day, but I hope you feel good about yourself. Sound younger than me and it's hard to respect. >> Well, that's agist. If you have three kids and you're seasoned and you >> How do you know I don't have seven kids? Are you going to tell? >> No, please don't tow my car. Like, Scott, please don't tow my car. >> Eventually, Darla's boyfriend, Scott, arrived. However, he wasn't quite the hero that his girlfriend probably imagined he would be. Instead, he was just another unintelligent Democrat who [music] took things from zero to 100. >> Hold on, Scott. >> Please. Please. Hello. Is that your girlfriend, Darlo? It is, >> but she's going to go to jail. >> What? >> Well, she tried to run from me and then she got out of her car and started coming towards me and I gave her a lot of orders to go back to her car and turn around and she wouldn't do it. >> Copy a suicide threat racetrack. >> Okay, I think we're done talking. If you don't understand how that's illegal, >> you guys did your job. >> Yeah, she's going to go to Key West jail. >> What was she going over? Stand by >> for a lot of different things. It'll concern you. She's an adult. >> I get that, but she is my concern. So, you should owe me some. >> Are you her lawyer? >> Are you a lawyer, dude? >> I'm not. I'm a police officer. >> Talk to me. I need to know. >> I don't have to. She's an adult. >> I get that. >> You see what she's doing right now, right? This is why she's going to jail. >> That's not illegal. It is illegal. >> That's not the door is not illegal. >> If I tell you this badge and these lights on, if I tell you to back away from me, there has to be and you don't do it. >> A crime committed. >> There has to be a crime [music] committed for you to arrest somebody, right? >> Okay. On what suspect? What crime did she commit for you to arrest? >> Again, she's an adult. I don't need to explain this to you. >> You do. You do. You do. >> What? What? >> As a as an employee [music] to me, you need to >> an employee to you. >> I pay taxes, right? >> That's a good >> Scott. Scott, Scott, we're done. Scott, we're done talking. >> Unless you want to go in the back of my car as well. >> For what crime? >> Well, because I told you we're done talking right now. I'm doing an investigation. >> That's not legal to talk to you this way. >> Okay. Well, you're standing in the middle of the street right now. >> Can't do that. Yeah, I know. I'm on a traffic stop. Again, you're not her lawyer. She's an adult. >> She doesn't need a lawyer right now. She needs to understand her rights as a basic. >> I don't have to explain that to you. >> Yes, you do. >> You're not her lawyer. >> Crimes she commit to tell you that. >> Then tell her that. Tell her that. Let [music] me hear it. >> No. >> Yeah. I don't understand. >> You're not the deciding factor. You're No, you're nothing involved. >> I'm just making sure her rights aren't violated. >> Okay. And you can read the report. That's what the justice is. >> That's why she goes to crime. >> She's hurting really bad. Can you just like >> crime like >> you're turning you're turning your hands >> so tight. Can you un loose it just a little bit, please? >> You need to stop kicking in the back of the car, please. >> I have a disability and can you please? A little bit, please. I have lupus. >> Dude, you're [ __ ] damn. >> Don't act like a little >> Don't act like words. Big words. >> For a public figure, for a public employee, >> dude. Again, what crime did she commit? >> So, we're towing the car. Okay. So, you can't go over to the car right now. >> For what? >> Or we'll put you in handcuffs. >> For what? For grand theft. I'm telling you not to go to the car right now because we're towing it. >> That vehicle is seized now. Okay. It's being towed. [music] How? It was used in a crime. Okay. >> Crime? >> I don't have to tell you that. She's a big girl. She's an adult. You're not her lawyer. You're not her father. >> And you're acting like a child, dude. How old are you? 24. >> No, I'm I'm 16. You're not my boss. >> Sounds like you're not doing your jobs very well. >> Okay, then make a complaint. My name is Deputy Jonathan Lane. Sir, can you stop stepping towards us? >> Not at all. >> Oh, are you threatened? >> Yeah. Yeah. In my business attire. Are you threatened with >> I don't know you, but I'm about to turn around. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You do this often? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I can tell. >> Can you turn on the AC? It's hot as in here, please. Can you turn on the AC, please? >> The AC is on. >> It's hot back here. >> Do you want the window down? >> Anything. Please. Yeah. So, I can say goodbye to my lover. Oh my god. I hope he comes and pick me up. It'll be the best ever. Can you come bail me out of jail? You trump the song. >> Any song? >> Yeah. I love Tyler Silly. You're not a bad dude. I get it. I can't wait to go in court. I hope you show up. This will be great. >> Scott attempted to present himself as an educated citizen who was wellversed in the law. However, all he did was [music] make his dumbness manifest itself. Although the cops were being patient with him, they were not going to be forever. >> Back up now. I'm getting back up. >> Really, >> babe? Don't get arrested. >> You want to take [music] two? >> What crime does this? >> We keep telling you to stay back from us. >> For her personal protection, >> you're throwing stuff on the ground. You smell like alcohol. You're obviously drunk. >> I'm allowed to be. Am I driving? Am I committing a crime? >> No, but I told you already. I don't want you coming up to me because I feel unsafe by you. >> Okay. >> In my business attire, bro. >> Whoever's listening. Yeah. Do you hear me? The keys. Seventh generation Flidian. I'm disappearing. I hate this place. More on county. >> Scott, I'll give you one last chance. If you want to walk away, >> I just want her keys. >> We'll let you. >> Okay. We will ask her. You don't walk up like that acting crazy. Literally. Literally. I gave you out of your hand. That's literally if you want to be. That's literally >> You're balling your fist up when you walk up to us. You grab it out of his hand. >> I'll walk. >> You snatched it out of his hand. >> I'll watch the body. >> I watched you do it. You snatched it out of his hand. Then you throw it on the ground. >> Can I have her personal possession? >> I love you, baby. >> We really don't need to take both of you to jail just cuz you're upset. Okay. >> So, I need you to calm down. >> Are you going to calm down? >> Talk me and calm down. >> OKAY. >> COME ON. [screaming] I GOT TO PEE. >> If you show up on a traffic stop that I'm legally and [music] lawfully conducting, that is obstruction. >> That is obstruction still. >> How come he got to go, but I couldn't? >> We can take you to jail, too. We can make this as inconvenient for both of you. I don't want to do that. >> Can you ask her if I can have her? >> Yeah. >> This could have been all solved just like that. >> Don't talk to me. >> Well, you're something. >> I just know where you stand and I stand. >> You're something. >> Yeah, I know. I get it. >> How come he could go, but I couldn't? Do you want him to take your stuff? >> Scott, will you bail me out if he gives you my wallet? >> What? What the? >> Hold on. We're not We're not We're not talking to each other right now. Okay. >> Why not? >> Because you have nothing to do with the crime. >> Baby, bail me out. >> I will, babe. We got to figure out your wallet or mine. >> No, I got my wallet. >> Stop. Okay. >> Stop. Stop grabbing out of my car. Back up. Go away now. This is your last chance, dude. You're [music] going to grab out of my back up. Back up. Back up. >> Back up. Yeah, I'm telling you to back up. You're running over to me, walking up behind me, grabbing stuff out of my car. Stop. >> Goodbye. >> If you get closer to me again, I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> Dude, what the man? It's the same literally the same thing that he's doing is what she was doing. >> Yeah, it's true love. And we're going to have awesome makeup. >> We're going to have the best makeup sex when he picks me up out of jail. and we're going to get back together. Thank you guys so much. >> I'll turn the air up for you. >> Oh my god, he'sing taking my car out of a residential parking lot where my boyfriend lives. I'm going to document this. It's going all over the internet. Your face. We're going to be famous, bro. I've been waiting for this. Is it? I'm a journalist. >> Don't you have bad guys to catch like anders? >> Well, you're scared of a 95B woman. Oh my god. >> You want me to pull your strap up? Don't. >> I've never not been able to talk to supervising. No, >> I'm going to ask you to do field sobriety exercises. [music] >> Take my blood or take my breath. >> Okay, that's not >> It's already You should have done this when you pulled me over on the side of the road. >> Okay, so you don't want to do the field soiety exercises? [music] >> I'm already in handcuffs. We're in jail, bud. This is too tight. >> Thank you so much, bro. >> If I take the handcuffs off, are you going to do anything? >> Of course. I swear to God, bro. I'm already in jail. What am I going to do? I promise. >> Bro, look at that. Is Is that right? Look at that. Is this okay? Is this I get it. You're hurting me, bro. >> I know, but what did I just say? Now I got to put you back in these. I just told you. >> Are you going to do anything stupid and you just start away from me? That's why I had you in handcuffs and I wouldn't loosen them at first because you were just going to do what you just did. The one exercise I can do with you is have you look at the tip of my finger right there. You see it? So, just your eyes. Don't move your head. Dala was charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer and resisting without violence. What you just witnessed with Dala and Scott was nothing compared to the drama displayed by this drunk Democrat chairwoman. >> Call the attorney general and everybody else. >> You're going to start over here, please, >> cuz this is disgusting. >> On December the 18th, [music] 2025, an officer with the East Greenwich Police Department initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle swerving on Division Street in Greenwich. When the cop approached the driver, he immediately detected the unmistakable [music] stench of alcohol in her breath. But the driver, an argumentative 50-year-old identified as Maria Buchcci, who was the chair of the Cranston Democratic Committee, would try to use her status to influence the situation. >> Do you have anything in your mouth? >> What do I have in my mouth? >> You know any dumb or anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. So, listen. All right. What else did you have to drink tonight? >> Just a glass of wine. Like, >> that's it? Just one glass of wine? >> It's my cousin. I'm taking her home. We went to a party. I don't drink. Very random. Nor would I drive if I drank. My husband would drive if I was drinking. >> Okay. >> I think I'm pretty cool, so it's fine. >> So, I can smell alcohol coming off your breath right now. And your driving was pretty erratic. >> So, you you I mean, you can make all the faces you want. That's perfectly fine. >> Embarrass me. >> I'm not embarrassing you, miss. You put yourself in this position, not me. So, listen. Stay in the vehicle. Stay in the vehicle. Stay in the vehicle. Stay in the vehicle. You should drink. Stop embarrassing us. >> I'm not embarrassing you, miss. I'm doing my job. Yeah. Oh, I am. No, I am. All right. Oh, yeah. Okay, that's fine. All right. >> I'm sorry. >> What did you say? >> Who I am? Right. >> I don't know who you are, miss. And I I frankly I No, I I really don't. Frankly, I don't. And you know, >> that's the So, listen. So, listen to me. So, listen to me, okay? You can start throwing out names and start doing out what you need to do. >> It's not going to work with me. I'm telling you right now. I I'm not the guy for that. I'm not the girl for that either. >> Well, you're starting that. You're starting it. You are. And just so you know, everything's recorded here. Okay. >> I hope it is. >> Yeah, it is. So, listen. The next thing I'm going to ask you, okay, you will want to go through some standardized field sobriety tests. >> No. You know what I want to do? >> Sit down. >> I think this is abuse. I think >> it's not abuse, miss. I'm asking you a simple question. >> Is not driving and you're abusing her. I think so. Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Hurry up. Just get in the car. >> Miss, listen to me. Okay. I'm going to ask you again. Are you willing to go through standardized field sobriety tests or SFSDs? >> What? I I I actually just want you to call my husband. >> All right. So, you're not going to do them? >> You want to arrest me? >> Are you not going to do the test? It's a yes or no. It's a yes or a no. >> Nope. Nope. You're not going to You're not calling anybody. >> So, are you going to Are you going to do the test? Yes or no? >> Are you going to do the test? Yes or no? >> Are you going to do the test? Yes or no? Are you going to do the test? Yes or no? >> I'll do the test. Of course, I will. >> Okay. Maria, go in the car. >> Barely 5 minutes into the investigation, Maria began named dropping, [music] thinking that that would intimidate the officer. However, she'd come to realize that he wasn't the type of cop to be frightened by power or influence. >> So, I'm going to have you remove your bag. Okay. >> Yeah. You got this recorded, right? >> Yep. >> You're going to embarrass me online. >> Okay. >> So, just so I'm clear, you're going to do the test. >> You're not going to make me tippy toe, but Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Stay right there. Take that. >> This hers? >> Yeah, that's hers. All right, miss. I'm going to have you come over here for me. >> How do I know like [music] if I can >> stay right there for me? >> How can I ask? >> So, listen. I'm going to give you explanation and demonstration. >> So, listen. I'm going to give you explanation and demonstration for each test. Okay. >> So, first thing I'm going to ask you. >> I'm sorry. >> Make sure you're recording this. >> Yeah, it's recorded. Yep. All right. So, listen. First thing I'm going to ask you, do you wear any glasses or contact lenses? >> I do not. >> Okay. Uh, do you have any eye injuries? >> I do not. >> Okay. Place your feet together, hands down by your side, just like this. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to lie, you make me a little anxious, but my cousin is like getting out of the car. That's making me nervous. Talk about >> All right. She's fine. She's fine. We're fine. All right. What do you want me to do? >> Okay. All right. Place your feet together. Hands down by your side. Okay? You see the tip of my pen here? You're going to follow that with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay? Don't move your head at all. [music] Just follow with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay? Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Any questions? Can you put your hair back, please? >> Why? >> So I can see your eyes. >> Okay. See the tip? Okay. Oh, keep your head straight. >> That's a little difficult for any human. I'll do it. I'll do it. >> Okay. Are >> you going to follow it? >> Only because of the light. I turned at the last second. >> So listen, I'm going to give you another opportunity. You going to follow this? Yes or no? Yes, I did it. >> We're going to try that again. Okay. >> I thought I did it, but the light was like blurring. >> Nope. Nope. >> Do you want me to get caught? Like, what are you doing? >> I'm not doing anything this. I'm trying to administer I'm trying to administer Doesn't matter how old Doesn't matter how old I am. I'm trying to administer tests to you and you're not following my directions. That's what's going on. >> I got to tell you what, my nephew's law enforcement. My uncle's law enforcement. What do you want me to do? You don't want to embarrass me? I'm an old lady. All right. I'll do it again. I can do it all day long if you are. >> Okay. I'm going to I'm going to give you one last opportunity. Okay. >> All right. >> Don't put the light down cuz nobody could do it with the Nobody could do it with the light in their face. I think it's rude. >> Okay. >> I could do it though. >> Keep your head straight, please. >> Do you want to arrest me? Do you want to arrest me? >> We're done. The officer didn't need a field test to tell him Maria was intoxicated, and her performance during the test only reinforced his suspicions. But given her uncooperiveness, the only way the traffic stop was going to end was a trip to jail. >> Next test, we're going to move on. >> All right. >> Wild like I'm The next test is a walk and turn test. Okay. >> Y >> uh are you willing to do the test? Not really, but I'll do it if you're in the same way. >> It's just a yes or a no. >> Actually, what's my other option? >> You can say no. Attorney? >> Nope. You can say no and we can move on. And >> what's a no? What's a no? So, I'm going to take my cousin home. I want to go home. >> All right. You want to make it a big long? >> It's just a yes or no, miss. That's all. I just need a yes or a no. >> What's the options? >> It's a yes or a no. It's >> And I'm going to ask you, what's my alternative? >> It's yes or no. >> And what if I say >> you can make whatever decision? Listen, I'm not going to argue with you. Not going to argue with you. >> So, it's a yes or no. >> I'm going to raise a kid like you. I'm asking you my alternatives. If I say, "What's my alternatives?" You should say, "Ma'am, you walk the line, you go to the police station, or you walk the line and get in the car." What's my option? >> Miss, I'm going to ask you one last time. Okay. >> What's my option? So, one last You said yes. You said my >> We are not allowed. >> What? What do you guys >> Listen, we are legally not allowed. I I honestly feel bad if I was a black human. I think you guys No, honestly, I feel for bad for the people. I feel bad for the people that are not in my position. >> So, miss, you're not going to you're not going to do anything. >> So, what are you going to do? >> You're not going to You're not going to do anything. It's a yes or a no. >> I'll do it. >> Okay. Okay. All right. All right. Okay. Any injuries I should be aware of? >> Any any injuries that I should be aware of? >> Knee on my left knee. >> All right. Would it hinder you to walk and turn? >> Could be. It just died today. >> Okay. It's a yes or a no. >> Yes. >> So, you can't you can't do the test. Is that what you're telling me? >> I probably can. I'll try. But when you ask me, you want to help this? >> Okay. All right. So, what I'm going to do first is put you in the position of instruction. Okay. While in this position, I do not want you to break the position of instruction at any time during my demonstration or an explanation of the test. And I do not want you to start walking down this white line that we're going to use for the test. Okay. >> Nope. Nope. All right. So, positional instruction. Okay, we're going to start on this white line. Okay, you're going to place your left foot on. Actually, you know what? We're going to use this line instead. It's more straight and it's more flat over here. >> I use a little baby line yourself. >> Nope. So, you're going to start right here, miss. >> Call my husband right now. >> All right, miss. You're going to start >> call the attorney general and everybody else. >> Miss, you're going to start over here, please. >> This is disgusting. >> Miss, you're going to start over here, please. >> God forbid I was a black person. I'd be arrested. >> Miss, you're going to start over here, please. Miss. >> Well, make sure my husband's on his way. >> Miss, you are going to start right. Okay. >> What do you got? >> I've had enough. >> Being a woman of her caliber, [music] it was quite humiliating to see how much shame and embarrassment she brought upon not just herself, but to the entire committee she spearheaded. >> What do you guys I'm giving you another opportunity. Start over there. Please. >> Right here on this line. >> Yep. All right. That's fine. Yep. All right. Yep. That's perfectly fine. So, listen. You're going to start with your left foot on the line. Your right foot is going to be in front in a heel to toe manner with your arms down by your side. Heel to toe. Heel to toe. Heel to toe. Miss, miss, heel to toe. I'm showing you heel to toe. Heel to toe. Arms down by your side. Okay. All right. What you're going to do is you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down this line.
