Tomorrow when I get off work, I'm just going to call the police to go get y'all stuff cuz they can't take y'all stuff. So I went over there and talked with them. They said y'all had some some hair there. Oh you got to talk to waste management. It's in the trash. They ain't even taking no hair from my daughter. So what about some Crocs? No. Nothing? No. But you were standing in a picture with the girl that was wearing her Croc. Why? What picture? Cuz it's the same Crocs you got on right there in the picture that was on I know them are yours but the girl that was to your right was wearing that girl's Crocs. They had the wigs too. And the wigs. So yesterday I had to go to the school because the girl that one of my daughters was fighting, they got in a fight a year ago. So I talked to the SRO, but I I forgot his name. In the high school? So, she was afraid, so she went to the office told the office what was going on. So, we did like a bullying report, all you know, all this and that and third. They basically told us the the SRO was on campus, but he can't be there like 24/7 with Jocelyn. So, later on in that day, I guess the girl, she was posting stuff, you know, they was going back and forth, which I didn't really know nothing about it. >> know what girl it was? Yeah, it her name is Keisha. The other girl name is Jamaya. And then Jade. It was two boys as well jumped in the fight on my daughters. We already had issues with I already tried to talk to the mom, the mom ignorant. Even yesterday when I called her and my messages my phones, she just called me, cussed me out, da da da. I tried to get some type of understanding. You need to tell your daughter, I need to tell my daughter they don't need to be at these people's school fighting. I work for the school board. Their daddy work for sheriff department. And I hate to put it like this, this is people here. I'm not even really from here, I'm from out of town. I said, "Just meet me at the park so we can talk." So, I go to the park, all these people are over there. We trying TO HAVE A CONVERSATION. Next thing you know, these girls just start running to the truck. My daughters jumped out the car, which I was so mad. I jumped out the car trying to put them back in the car. And it was like a whole out brawl. All these people jumping on my children. So, I called their auntie. I said, "You probably need to call the police." I said, "Cuz these people out here jumping on my daughters." Da-da-da. And I finally got them off of them. And I put them in the car. And when I was driving away, one of the girls hit my window on the car. AM I 100% INNOCENT? NO, because I cussed them back out, too. One of my daughters last year got in a fight, and she had to be sent to OAA, but she ended up being arrested. And I told them I don't want them at the school fighting and getting arrested. It makes me look bad, cuz I'm a preschool teacher, too. When she showed up at the park, what happened? She let her girls She let her girls get out the car and they started fighting. Who was involved in the fight? Was you one of them? So, y'all never rushed the vehicle when they pulled up? >> got out the car. Why would we RUSH THE VEHICLE? >> SEEN THEM jumping out and coming around. Yeah. You would think one of them just get out the fight, but all three of them got out to jump. They all got out the car. See, it was at 4:20. I said, "Hey, I got a phone call from the school today about the girls. I told Jocelyn to squash whatever they got going on. She called your daughter to squash it. And now your daughter saying she wants to fight Jocelyn. You can call me. That's my number." I said, "I have to leave my walk to run over there to make sure they don't fight." Because I was walking at the park across from South Elementary. So, after I was in after they jumped on the girls and stuff like that, they had like the videos of them being jumped. They posted all on social media, "Oh, you can get it again." Then this other girl today talking about, "Oh, she want to come over here and fight the girls." Like right before y'all pulled up, I was headed out the door to go to their dad's house to let him know that I think I'm going to have to move. I don't even want to be here no more cuz I don't want people trying to jump on my door. She said she going to pull up over here. I get her on the ground and that's when they still they end up like kicking me in my head and stuff like that. And that's when I heard her mom say, "Go get the stick." And I'm like, "Stick?" But, I'm still fighting. So, then her mom gets the stick. I didn't see the stick but I heard her say she has a pole. And then she's like, "Let go And you know, my adrenaline is rushing so like I'm not letting go. So, the next thing you know, she hits me in the back of my head with the pole. And then that's when I see like white but I'm still I'm still going with her and I'm I'm not taking nothing from nobody. So, the next thing you know, she hits me again. I get her on the ground. Yeah, oh the dad or whatever. I think that's the boyfriend. They said that was the boyfriend. The boyfriend was like holding her down hitting her holding her down and then she's hitting her. So, I'm just like, "Y'all tripping. Like this is ridiculous." And then that's when her sister hit me again. And she said, "Let go of my daughter." She hits me in my back. So, I'm like, "You know what? I'm going to let go." I let go of her and then that's when the girl she still has my hair. And she hits me one time. As I'm thinking, I'm just like, well y'all did what y'all did last time so it shouldn't have been nothing crazy. Next thing you know, me and the girl get to fighting. I put her on the ground. Once she gets on the ground, all I feel is a whole bunch of people hitting me. And I didn't even know they got pepper sprayed. It just got real quiet in the back of me and I just felt a whole bunch of people hitting me. And I'm still like My main target was her. While everybody's hitting me, I'm still focused on her. And I'm a wrestler so like them hitting me, I wasn't tripping. I didn't really feel anything until her mom All I heard was her mom say like, go get the stick. And I'm like, huh? Next thing you know, she hits me in the back of my head with this stick. And then she hits me again. She's like, let go of my daughter. Da da da. And I heard the man tell them hold me down on the ground cuz she's hitting me. I don't know who that man was. I guess that's the man who pepper sprayed them cuz then he said he was going to pepper spray me after the fact. Mhm. I didn't expect it to get that out of hand. I really wasn't like yes, the fighting thing is unnecessary and that's childish. But at the same time, they've been picking and picking and picking and picking and picking. Like all of this happened today cuz my friend posted it and screenshotted the the fight and then I didn't care like at all. I didn't care about the fight. I never posted anything. I actually posted something today. That was the only thing I posted. Basically, what happened was the sister, little sister, Jocelyn, she like went through my story posts. And I was just posting regular stuff. I wasn't on that. And I noticed that she was in my thing and I'm was trying to put two and two together of why she was like looking at my story. I was just like, "Oh, she's looking at my story because her and my friend that posted the fight got into it because of the post that she posted." So, then when I posted the fight, I posted like her in a certain position and I put like a weird emoji and I put like a SpongeBob up there. So, there's been more information come out, a little bit of confusion on what is had transpired up there that night. So, and also I guess you have some concerns to address as well. >> Right. Right. Right. >> So, what are them? Just on the police report, I kind of seen like with my boyfriend, he didn't give a statement. But my daughter with one of the girls that hit me like on my arm when she bruised me up, they seen something shiny in her hand, which we put in the police report cuz you probably didn't see it because you was out. That's why my boyfriend went and sprayed her with the pepper spray. When the other girl was coming towards me, he had to spray her as well. Uh but one of the girls, I think the mixed one, that's the one they said they seen something like shiny in her hand. Okay. I don't know who was probably a razor or a box cutter or whatever. But on this right here, I see that you have a fender on. For me, victim/offender, and then for Jeffrey, you have offender. And I I was trying to figure out why. All right. So, was that fight that night prearranged? No, it wasn't. It wasn't prearranged because when y'all came out there, we already let y'all know that this girl was passing by the house, which they had it on recording. Do you remember us showing you that when she passed by the house when y'all was there? That she wanted to come over there and fight. But before you came back to the house and y'all was like, "Just leave it alone before somebody get seriously hurt." They both was going back and forth on Instagram, and that's when we all was like, "Y'all just need to block these girls, leave it alone, you know, this, that, and the third." So, when Michaela was like, "Hey, we don't want to fight, just leave it alone." Because the girl kept saying she going to come to the house to fight. So, my daughters got tired and was like, "Okay, if you want to fight, then bring your over here." Not knowing that they was really planning on coming to the house. But when we let you guys know, I think I remember you saying, "Oh, they ain't going to come to the house." Which I was thinking they really wasn't going to come to the house because I don't even know how old these kids are for them to be that brave to come to somebody's house and fight. But time when you guys left, they came right on to the house. Tyra was walking outside, that's when it started. And it's the video is all over the freaking internet. You replied, "If a minor make adult decisions, they will get dealt with like an adult." What does that What does that mean? If you come at me like an adult, then you're going to be dealt with adult. Once y'all leave, the girls was calling the phone. So, they were getting ready to leave to go and do whatever whatever go and play basketball whatever. Mhm. So, we getting ready to pull out there. They know they pull up. So, when they pull up, I called 911. I want to show you. So, they came up and they start fighting. One of the girls trying to hit Monique from behind. I sprayed them with mace and that's what I did and that was it. Y'all come like 30 minutes later. You sprayed the one with the bandana and the one that supposedly had the knife, correct? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Did you spray anybody else? No, sir. >> What was the reasoning for spraying those two? >> Cuz they came with a sharp object and then they was calling they self trying jump on Monique. I saw the other girls hit Monique from behind. >> Okay. That's the one with the dreads. >> Well, let me ask you if he was reasonably spraying those two girls to diffuse the situation, why did you not turn around and spray Monique and the three stepdaughters? >> Cuz at the same time they came where we was. And then either punch her hand or No, no, no, no, I sprayed her. I didn't touch her. But here's the problem I have, all right? So I'll I'll just we'll go ahead and let you know what's going to happen. So, you are going to be placed under arrest. One, two counts of shouting. Okay, you had no reason to spray them two first. Yeah, they're juvenile and the ones who should have been sprayed were the four dogs piled on the one. They were only coming to assist their friend. So, what my bond going to be? >> I don't know yet. They been put in jail. The one who come there to fight was placed in jail that night because we was going based off what was told to us, which is not is on that video. The other girls, too? Well, the other girls look like they were protecting their friend that was being jumped. You know what I'm saying? So, the video has surfaced of that night. Y'all told me there wasn't no videos, but there was. All three of you is going to go to jail, too, for battery. You two jumped in and started hitting on Neveah while them two were mutually combating. There was no need for that. There was no need It was a It was a It was a fair fight. I'm going to contact y'all's father because your mom and stepfather has been placed under arrest, too, and he'll come pick y'all up when it's ready for release, okay? This needs to stop. It's got to stop, okay? So, so, did the other three girls get arrested, too, or only They didn't do anything. They was there, but they didn't do anything. The only ones that did anything was Neveah, who ran up, and both of them began mutually combating. You two ran out and jumped on Neveah. The other two girls was like, "Oh my god, my friend's getting jumped by three people. I'm going to go help." So, they tried to run up to help their friend, and I know you're laughing and smirking about this. It's not funny. It's not funny. This is serious. So, go ahead and stand up. He's going to put the cuffs on you. I'm going to put the cuffs on you. We'll take them with you. They'll be turned into your property. Nothing illegal. Okay. The 14s involved in the fight were charged with battery. The mother, Monique Toliver, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and child neglect. Her live-in boyfriend, Jeffrey, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery.
