was wondering what's the point because
obviously she just admitted to having
five drinks which is way over the legal
limit but a lot of you guys told me it's
for additional evidence and I guess you
can never have too much evidence because
the prosecutor is going to have a field
day with this one not only did she admit
on top of that she has an open bottle of
alcohol and she's probably going to fail
these tests miserably right up

a straight line without fidgeting
without going back and forth and
scraping around and in this case she
clearly failed the test which is no
surprise because she admitted to having
five drinks I I it takes a little bit
nice takes a little bit what are we
looking for
what am I looking for yeah I'm looking
for something I know so it's it goes in
phases I'm sure I know I've had like two
drink I'm honestly just personally
parano you said you said you had five
you did not say you had two but that's
all night and that's been for the past 4
hours I've just
been I'm am paranoid that you're pulled
me over I I'm going you want to be done
with this portion of the test I I am

to steps of turn just like this one two
when you get to your ninth step I'm
doing three for demonstration purposes
when you get to your ninth take a small
series of steps to turn yourself around
staying on that lead for okay and then
take nine F the toe steps back just like
this one 2 3 when you get to your ninth
step on the way back the test is
complete few things it's important once
you're start you don't stop
step out loud and step is hand so 1 2 3
count N 9 field to toe steps forward
small series of steps to turn yourself
around staying on
that and then 9 field to toe steps back
the drunks have such a hard time with
this particular test and it's not
necessarily executing the test that's
the problem for them it's understanding
the instructions and today is no

point how are all the drunk drivers

bucks what's better pay 10 bucks or
possibly take someone's life just think
about that next
