So then tonight, so I get my car to try to catch him cuz I thought he lived in the neighborhood. I wanted to either see where he lived to talk to his mother nicely or I wanted to talk to him nicely >> cuz I thought he was my neighbor. >> So I got video of you driving up on the sidewalk recklessly. You would have hit that kid on the bike and told him you're going to jail for manslaughter. You understand? >> Not going to hit him and him. >> You're you're driving recklessly on the sidewalk where people walk their dogs and ride their bikes. >> I'm going to be honest with you. Based on what we have now, I'm going to be making an arrest on aggravated assault and the reckless driving, too. >> All right, let's get in the car.
