They decided to charge her for having alcohol, which is serious. You can be charged charged for what? She's going to be charged with battery ... why you guys threw to the room and she was right you're in the area calling me She's going to be charged. Battery on the school personnel minor in possession of alcohol Her mom couldn’t believe that her daughter drank alcohol she said, but where's my daughter at? She's decaying. Yeah. My daughter's a minor. I need my daughter..... He's coming. My supervisor is coming. *Inaubible A new officer showed up to figure out what was going on. The officer who was there first started to explain everything that had happened. They had in the office that one will be coming to the office they had already taken the phone. She went and she tried to snatch it out of my assistant. *Inaubible Grabbed her phone from here. She had a bottle of alcohol right here and the staff grabbed it and then they're monitoring. So I let staff kind of handle the mom was here, the whole time or was my mom came like quick. I know you were struggling through the restraining order. I should get back here. Mom never came back. OK, Mom hasn't been back. Mom's outside. It's mandatory. Yeah. So she's been charged, OK? Yeah. So she's been charged for a physical person and then the police officer loses Then the police officer loses their handcuffs and tries to calm down the situation Okay, Don’t touch me, i don’t need you touching me. Alright. Turn around. [inaudible] [inaudible] Get off my arms. [inaudible] You’re trying to hit him, i knew. No, i’m not going to hit him. [inaudible] You think i’m retarded or what? Finally. You guys are retarded. The girl still doesn’t know why the police officers do this to her. Oh, they let you loose. Oh, you opened it too much. I opened it too much? Yeah Hey, don’t tighten that one, don’t tighten that one, that ones good. Alright Let me let me get that one. Yeah. I can’t move. Should i get the other hand? Are you guys retarded or what? Put it in the back. Stop. Stop. Take this off. Stop. [inaudible] You are going to break my jacket. No Okay, whatever. Just done. There you go. OK. [inaudible] Hey, you bit my arms. It’s okay. [inaudible] This is enough You’re good now. [inaudible] Stop resisting. You’ll be fine. You're not going to win stop fighting. [inaudible] Hold on [inaudible] Don’t tie too tight this time. All right, I need you to give your finger there okay. My finger there? Yeah. That’s too tight. Now, look, I got my finger. It’s on my blood pressure. I got more. All right? You're good. Thank you. Relax That sh*t hurts. [inaudible] why do you act like a prisoner? No. yes, sir. But i’m going to ask for that can you take a picture of you arms of real quick. For what? [inaudible] These are worse than earlier The tied it really tight they won’t untie it Let me see the other one, real quick. Thank you, sir. Put that one down. where else did you Just the arms, and back of the arms. and here shoulders. Pull on Then he threw me on the knee. Ma’am is your hair OK? this camera is really slow. No, he threw me on the ground. But why? Why do you do that one? Huh? He threw you on the ground Because I don’t know, he’s like Standup he's like, you know what? Where you being cooperative? [inaudible] [inaudible] Hey, can you pull that down? Which one? That one Pull it down. Try saying another story Excuse me She was standing threatening me Where she hit you? in ther arms or She didn’t touch me [inaudible] Did she hit your hand when she grabbed it. [inaudible] Did she touch your skin atleast? yeah, she hurt my finger she hit your finger? let me see that. Another officer came and told her mom what was happening with her daughter. Hi officer Oh, yes, yes. Yes, How's it, We can try to help you I don’t know what happened. Okay. well, your daughter was here on school grounds. She's was in possession of alcohol. OK? Yup. She had a little bottle of vodka. 99% Whatever it is she was drinking, she seemed intoxicated. She started getting combative. With the staff because they were trying to take the bottle away nd they were trying. So she had it tucked in her pants and they want to retrieve it. The bottle, that she had. she was drinking out of it. So while the principal had the phone, she lunged at the principal to snatch the phone in the principal's hand. And the principal's. I'm not going to fight with you. i’m not gonna fight over a phone. Gave her the phone back at that point, she got up to be really disorderly. She's really argumentative cussing at everybody. And she just went off to the principal's. She stood up and coming out to principal again. So she didn't get hit or anything because of what she was doing. The officer grabbed her by her side. Her mom tries to understand the situation but she is too upset for her daughter. [inaudible] My daughter has never been in any problem. [inaudible] [inaudible] It might be the alcohol. I don't know. I don't know. [inaudible] Nobody say nothing about their daughter. But your daughter hasn't calmed down from now. Before we go further if you found this case interesting and want to stay updated with more incidents like these, don't forget to like and share this video, and subscribe to our channel. Your daughter again went for the alcohol bottle looking on the table. She doesn't drink I don't know what, but she had it on her. She doesn't drink. I know you can tell me. I don't know if she got it from another student. The fact that she have it. You know what i mean. so even right now, she slipped out of the cuffs and charged again. The officer put handcuffs on her because she was shouting at the principal and seemed dangerous. Her mother wanted to take him away from there. Am i allowed to take my daughter home. She's going to give us the paper work. Can you just call my daughter? its obviously really hard to like contain You know, you are probation. Me No, OK. Why you gonna put me on probation? No, i’m asking. [inaudible] All right, [inaudible] if she's been hard with you, it's even worse with us. [inaudible] finish the paperwork, OK? Once we're done with our paper, we're going to turn over to you. because we're we contact the juvenile probation officer, see if they're willing to detain her, take her to the jail. You take her why? she’s better in our school personnel. Oh, it’s a felony? Yes. As soon as you make contact with him. Rude incident or anger matter to another individual, the school staff. Even if I just slapped your hand, it's a felony. Yes. OK, so that's a felony for a child, And then she resisted, OK? Because she was what? She was kicking and pulling. Well, she she slipped out of the cuffs, right now as we speak. Where's my daughter? She's sitting on the chair now. OK, all right. she’s been handcuffed for a while. Because she's shown she might do something more. I wanted to remove my daughter, so how long all this will take place. 20 minutes Will i have my daughter back after 20 minutes? The mom stood up for her daughter. She said the handcuffs weren't too tight on her. We are not going touch You understand, Listen to me. That's not forever. Yout definition of the safety is not the same as ours. So if we unhandcuff her. And she lunges to hit the principal or staff. So keep her handcuffed out of the building. Once we release her to you. She’s not handcuffed and you take her, OK. But as long as she's in our custody, The officer was aware of the girl's bad language and behavior. He tried to explain to her mom. Can i go back to meet my daughter Not yet, there's not enough room Why can’t i go in to her? because she's acting not the way she is [inaudible] Everybody doesn’t have to be there. [inaudible] We have two security guards in there, two female security guards. We have the principal and assistant principal and the officer. OK, that's how many people are in there in that small room 4 people on her. They're not on her. They're not touching her. [inaudible] Is there something wrong She's the one that's more verbal than anybody else. She's cussing and making me just calling people names and everything. Did she? Yeah. she's saying she's calling people hotdog. she’s calling nurse mad no no. I understand. That's that's the minimum. That's also language. I know she's can get very belligerent. it's hardto calm her down. She's derogatory and she's using at all. OK, so her demeanor is go south. I don't live with her. So I don't know if that's a normal demeanor all but she's acting out and that's that's why I said i never had a call like that. I don't know why she's acting out, though. She is And due to the safety restrictions, we're going to detain her. She detained now and she's been charged. Seems we’re done with paperwork. And I think she is positvie Suspended, obviously from out of school. OK excuse me? Are you Mr. Lloyd? No, I don't know. I thought mr.Loyd was his supervisor. We don't have a Lloyd. That's a different thing you're saying. they're just found her You guys physcially abusing her. and they're all, like, Nobody is physcially doing anything to her. Cause my daughter doesn’t act like that I'm sure nobody's touching her. And my daughter was like, nobody was touching her. Nobody's touching her. The girl was tense and asked about her mom where she is? Update her mom I just. Is my mom still out there? Yeah, she's waiting outside, But why are we here? If you guys are done? I need a print. That form out, so your mom could sign it because you're going to go with your mom. She kept arguing that the handcuffs were too tight on her. Look how loose they are. You act like they’re tight. They're tight at first, and they're still on here. Still affecting. Are you retired? or what? Get my phone. Your mom's not in here really. [inaudible] When are you guys giving me my phone. I’m going to give it to your mom. When we are going to release you to her. Well, why don’t you just give it to her now. Right now. yeah. Yeah, you should’ve write it that like. [inaudible] Retire, Retarded. They are still gossiping There's other stuff going on besides you. Oh, really? Okay, shut up. Who? You. You do all the stuff. [inaudible] [inaudible] you're right. It's nothing. OK, [inaudible] Retarded Finally Wait up, wait up. Where’s my computer? Your mom has it. Are you sure? Yes. Ah, finally. Wait up. [inaudible] What do you want? Shutup its you again. alright. Lets go This is what she has [inaudible] Later, her mom called the police to complain about the officers. This officer is proud of, he threw my daughter on the ground and my daughter is a minor. OK, i think thats a battery to me OK? OK. So obviously there has to be a reason that any kind of officer uses force Then what about the camera? Yep. You just open the camera all time Yes. Even with minors. Yes. Correct. So officer threw me on the ground. I hurt my hands and my knees and then he even continue to playwith me on my hair, and then he started getting me a handcuffs or trying to. and then he started getting me a handcuffs or trying to. OK, and then he had me lying down face first. And then afterwards, all those three security guards, started attacking me, OK? I've called people. They never call me. I had a call from my daughter and then they had her in another extra room when I got there and they were misusing that for me to see my daughter and they were refusing you know, my daughter kept asking for me and they're refusing. She's facing charges of battery on school personnel, resisting, and minor in possession of alcohol. That's our case about the school trouble. It shows how fast things change and why it's important to talk things out and follow rules. Talking and understanding each other helps solve problems. Stay safe and keep learning. Until next time.
