didn't see a police officer talked to her and said they had a video of her leaving the store with stuff even though she said she didn't take anything the officer told her about her rights and said anything she says could be used against her in court she kept saying she didn't take anything and didn't know her friend took anything either she told the officer to check the store cameras because she was sure she didn't do anything wrong you're the right to me anything say Ken will use against you in court of law you cannot afford attorney one will be provided by the court do you understand problem got worse and the officer went with the women to watch the store's cameras the video showed them hiding things and one woman put stuff in another store maybe to get it later but they didn't and what this okay ultimately shantia the woman with the tag remover got charged with two crimes shoplifting burglary having a tool to steal and making it harder for the police to catch her by lying she was let go until she had to go to court one night a car was speeding down the street at 70 mph in a Zone marked for 40 mph catching the attention of the police the vehicle was promptly pulled over the driver a 19-year-old man seemed confused about the speed he was was traveling at when asked if he was on probation he admitted he was due to a previous trespassing charge he was asking how fast he was going I didn't know hey are you on probation yeah what you on probation not you what you on probation for trespassing what's part of your stipulations submit the search something like something no one at a time man meanwhile a young woman in the passenger seat also 19 began to interject loudly she wasn't involved in the stop but that didn't keep her from becoming an obnoxious part of the conversation she even encouraged the officer to search her although the officer had not addressed her directly her behavior rapidly escalated as she loudly insisted on getting getting out of the car while the officer was trying to manage the situation with the driver she ignored instructions to remain seated instead attempting to step out while arguing back at every command including passengers in the back who seemed on edge because of her Antics stay in the car I know I just am putting my legs up okay all right that's it just my legs just my legs all right look just my legs okay you guys would drive away at this point the situation intensified as the officers tried to prevent her from potentially driving under the influence you ain't driving no that's why I'm driving hey don't you drive you know what you're about to go to jail for DUI get out of the P get out of the driver seat now out of the seat get out of the car now get in the driver her continuous Defiance and attempts to escalate the situation led to her being pulled out of the car out so she PS off you know get in the seat go to jail I didn't do anything I didn't do anything I didn't do I told you get in the car hey
