take a second 1040 he's taking off taking off why are you doing that I know how to feel it why are you doing that I know how to am I yeah what happens in the mind of a wanted criminal when they suddenly realize they've been found it's a mix of fear quick thinking and trying to stay one step ahead let's discuss what happens in these intense moments and share cases of how some of the most chased criminals got caught devont Bradley on June 23rd 2022 something surprising happened during a normal Patrol police officers stopped a car that hadn't been registered officially since January 2020 the situation began like usual with the officer going up to the driver however the driver was on a phone call and didn't want to end it or show any ID this made the officers think there might be more to the situation than just an expired registration hey man get your license proof Insurance doing this is my girlfriend I'm calling right now you don't need to call or hang up the phone for me hanging up what's that hey hey M oh my I just got pulled over and we on the highway right now I was coming back to come yes I can't hear what she said if can I just talking him he's right here you he can hear you oh I literally was about to come back and come grab you and the baby and go back home that's where I was just coming yeah okay he he can't hear you though man [Music] I he can hear you talk to him yeah that's what I'm stopping for I saw the registration expired like two years ago and yeah when I up then I tried to um get it to okay so somebody else is on it all right you got paperwork on it y my ex-husband yeah you got paperwork or something on it hang up the phone man it's your traffic step I I I get I get what's going on now though paperwor in a car let's get an ID from you first I don't have my ID the officer told the driver who they later found out was named Devonte to get out of the car so they could talk more safely suddenly he ran away and drove off quickly towards the West starting a Chase however the deputies chose not to chase him at high speed they thought it was more important to keep the public safe and to catch him right away B for me man take a second 1040 he's taking off taking off uh westbound 16 taking off male black driver the car was discovered empty in a parking lot at Home Depot later Devonte and the person with him was seen making phone calls at a hotel nearby before Vanishing again trying to get information from the cars owner didn't help much when the police went back to talk to the owner again they were surprised to find devont himself answering the [Applause] door 607 give me a second 607 I had one takeoff back in the house he's locked inside everybody can respond 1040 um just holding perimeter for now Devonte tried to escape when the police arrived by climbing out of a side window even though he was trapped he hadn't been caught yet the officers talked to him trying to calm him down and convince him that everything would be okay they talked back and forth trying to negotiate with Devonte and make him understand the serious situation he was in at first Devonte didn't want to give up but the officers kept talking calmly and eventually convinced him to surrender without any violence yeah hey what did I do WR come on out here can you show me your other hand yeah come on out come on out we want to talk to you about something why can't you all talk to me right here like I don't understand what I be I I I am not the officer that's here that originally was at the window or at the door come on just come on over here for a second I don't know what I did wrong bro that's not cool I will be able to talk to you about that but when you shut the door in our face handu and all other weird [ __ ] like I'm not with that you when you fled from us and you fled back into the apartment we didn't know what to think what do you mean I'm scared 6 I have contact there's nothing to be scared about just no come on look got your hand on your not anymore look I didn't know I didn't know you had anything I didn't know you had anything on you I don't have nothing I know so let's talk about this okay about what so I'm Nate what's your name talk about what about a situation that's why we're here what situation the situation was involving a flee in a vehicle from the police okay do you remember anything like that nothing to do with I know I know so if you just go like this put your hands on put your hands behind your back just no no no you can you can face me they not about to take me to jail but no no Devonte you're probably going to jail we've already talked about that Devonte you have a you have a felony bail so we got to get it over with we're not going away smoke cigarett yeah for sure I got I got cigarettes in my car I got cigarettes in my car we'll let you smoke but to put you in handcuffs I'll light it for you I got a I got a lighter just just relax Devonte I'm going to walk a little closer toward you okay you hear me the arrest was done carefully the officers stayed calm while they put handcuffs on Devonte they even let him have a cigarette which was a small act of kindness during a very tense time the whole situation showed how the police have to balance catching criminals with treating everyone with respect no matter what they're accused of I'm going to walk a little closer towards you it's okay it's okay it's okay I'm going to I'm going to grab your arm okay I'm going to put it behind I'm not going to hurt you no one's hurting you I'm putting your hand behind your yep we're going to is this your mom he'll hold he'll hold the phone he'll hold the phone to Mom hold it for can I cut it off no you you you can stand there no we'll talk cut it off M it's okay Mom it's okay it's okay I'm not going you want it on it's okay we can keep it on leave it on leave it she wants it on I'll hold it for you I'll hold it for you she wants it on okay your call it's your I'm about to cut it off okay no don't cut it off she doesn't want it off just just hand over we'll keep an eye Devon just hand over he wants to see her yeah he want her to see I get that so here's the deal we're going to put you in handcuffs right now I know it's okay just just rela check hey okayy good job yeah it's okay it's okay we'll go right we'll go right out let you smoke that s right away you want me to answer it or no okay have my phone yep yeah I'm just let you oh we're going to take it with we're we're going to take it with you hold up here you go here you go so you don't you said you didn't want to answer it can you just put it on my [ __ ] pleas I'm going to take everything off he's going to he's going to take in his put and you can see it during the whole situation Devonte was talking to his mother on the phone the officers offered to talk to Devon's mother and let her know he was okay and under arrest even though it might seem like a small thing this showed that the officers understood how emotionally complicated the situation was was that your mom or no was my mom should we tell her that you're just going down the jail or does she know does she know how to get a whole Lacrosse County Jail okay so when you get there you'll be able to make you can call her she can call you otherwise we can call her I can call her from my phone it doesn't have to be from your phone if you know her number or anything like that and I can tell her that's where you're going yeah everything's good and we're just going to go down there and that you're safe okay we're not we're not looking to hurt anyone or anything like that Deon that's not any of the situation I know I know that some of the stuff maybe was seemed a little different when he first answer the door you said that we thought he was coming in but when you shut the door on us we we we don't know what to think I don't know what to think no I know I know that's that's where the communication maybe was was needs to be there you P it for you I'm going to count this surr the same okay do you know how much is there temp that him you can go the update info devonte's arrest wasn't just the end of a day for the officers it marked the start of a legal fight for Devonte he had to deal with many charges like running from the police and not showing up for bail hearings along with other serious legal problems his bail was set at $11,000 after devonte's case there is another case of Anne Sims which shows the smart tricks of someone running from the law and the strong effort to catch them Antoine Sims on August 5th in Kennesaw Georgia Anne Sims who is 24 years old was involved in a criminal case it began when someone complained about their cold fries at a McDonald's on Cob Parkway this incident revealed Anne's criminal past Sims called the police because he was unhappy with the service he got he told the officers about all the problems he faced like getting cold fries and having trouble ordering Sims said that when he asked for fresh fries in his receipt the manager got angry things got worse and the manager told Sims to leave offering a refund instead of fixing the problem what's up uh basically we went in there purchase a foood um I guess it's something wrong with their server a lady before us tried to order on the little box thing she said that wasn't working he had to stop us from ordering and go help her okay so it's he probably frustrated at work you what I'm saying that's the whole scenario what I get so why did y'all call like what happened because we ordered the food um he couldn't print us a receipt okay um so he said the receipt would be printed in the back so I said okay so we said down me and my fiance looking for homes around here so we went back to Progressive rentals looking at homes um I guess our order was called but we don't even know our order number okay you get what I'm saying so now our food is sitting there cold so when I come up I say you know I try to fries the fries are they're lukewarm but they're not hot okay you get what I'm saying so I just ask him can we get some fresh fresh fries okay he said okay the fries are not hot touch the fries I said no they're not hot and at this point you done touch them so you know yeah can I just get a fresh set okay so as he getting the pr and I said can I also get the receipt that was five minutes ago yeah you know saying he excuse me sir 5 minutes ago I can I can run my store however I want to run my store this now sir I done pay he said matter of fact you can leave my property get off my property now or you can come and get uh I do a refund I say Sir with with um cash app card it's 3 to seven business days to do a refund just give me my set of fries in my receipt that's what you supposed to do anyway when I pay for my order okay this is not my my story he tell me this is his business he own this and like it's not that deep we just need a fries and a burger okay you have your ID on you no sir okay well going I have to get your information okay when the police came they found themselves in the middle of what seemed like a small argument about business they heard from both Sims and the store owner Sims said he just wanted something simple but the store owner said Sims was rude and causing trouble because of this the owner decided to ban Sims from coming back to the store somewhere I don't want I don't want us to be outside talk it's fine we can talk right here we can go inside it don't matter so what happened you okay so break it down for me he insists that he's all his food is cold okay he's burning in my hands so whatever that's you know not you know doesn't really matter okay tooking me you better give me fresh fries mother like what here's a little old lady and she just came up to you need me to talk to the police like no I got this but starts losing it starts shoving his food at me and I said sir he said I said well tell you what you can take your business elsewhere give me a car give me a refund no you're not going to give me an eff refund you're going to give me food and my money back okay look sir start shoving his food I took his food he got nothing to sh with me cuz next thing you know he's thr to drink at me so I took his food took a Sprite in the trash here's your give me your card give you a refund take your business elsewhere please don't come back okay all right so here's the deal as a business owner he has the right to not remake your food he is willing to do a refund he has no problems doing a refund but he's not going to remake your food as business owner he can do that um he does not want you coming back in the store he actually wants us to criminally trespass you so you will not be allowed back at this McDonald I don't even stay here I it doesn't matter he's requested we got to do it it's not a big deal it's a piece charge me no we're not charging it's a piece of paper we're going to give you that's going to say hey you can't come back to this McDonald's that's all it is wow like no just like just realistically did I do anything wrong I don't know I I'm not here to even figure that out I'm here to I'm here to keep the piece yeah this is completely civil so ler no I don't want to complain about it no noine I just I'm just don't understand what I did wrong with this no you're good um do you have CT forms I just okay I have C that's fine um it's not a big deal so look all right so this is civil okay okay as a business owner he has the right to refuse service to anyone he chooses to refuse service to just like if you own a business you have the same right to do same thing if you on to physical business like you have you can CT you can CT whoever the hell you want you can do whatever as long as it's within the law and that's within the law okay all right so hang out with him I'm going to get that form it's a simple form that says hey just don't come back to this McDonald's now I'll tell you if you do come back to this McDonald's when we get C out here you go to jail I'm all right I'm not I got to smart so um you cool with the refund uh yeah so I just got to go in there and tap my car yeah I will get that in just a second okay okay when the police got involved they saw that store owner had the right to say who couldn't come in they told Sims that he would get a warning called a criminal trespass which means he can't go back to McDonald's legally Sims was surprised it went this far but he seemed okay with getting his money back and the warning wanted person caution violence armed and dangerous license status suspended 24y old male wanted person caution violence armed and dangerous 116 116 suspended 24y old male what's your ETA T Force 62 Kenn looks like we just found the same ID you go ahead and confirm that all right we're halfway through our crazy cases if you're enjoying this please hit the like button share the video with your friends and don't forget to subscribe to our Channel however the case got interesting when the officers checked Sims information in their system what they discovered was worrying Sims wasn't just a dissatisfied customer upset about his food he was actually wanted by the police he had a history of violence and was considered armed and dangerous they found out that he was involved in a serious crime he was one of three people accused of felony murder arrested in Wisconsin in 2019 now he was on the run after not showing up for court after being released on bail when the police found out who Sims really was and that he was running from the law things changed they weren't just dealing with a small argument anymore they had to catch a criminal Sims got really worried when he understood how serious it was even though he thought he was just getting a warning he ended up getting arrested right away all right spell your um last name for me s i n e s okay um where's your driver's license out of I don't have it I think my mother still okay S I am spell your first name again a n t o i n e o i n a o i n e oh so I'm basically just banned from here correct not Ken um his name their name I can't remember how we got new form so I don't remember his name here and then the manager name so he's the manager or somebody else is he's he's the owner so that's why he like said if you want to take any call corporate yeah n this is just 10 10 books I don't know yet beaming man I got the shades authoriz representative of yeah what's the address here uh look it up so many damn what so there's possibly 104 $1.99 2049 C Parkway got it yeah I got it give me just a second excuse me sir so it's no TI or nothing like that yeah no I'm going to get him to fill this out huh yeah that's what I'm thinking all right M Sims come over here I'm going have you sign this I'm not under arrest anything no sir come over here I have you sign this real quick I said I'm not under arrest no you're notal yeah just come over here I have you sign this real quick you have to sign in saying that you're not to come back to the property so you'll fill this part out can I see you sir yeah can you come over here man no I'm I'm afraid of y'all sir you through Years sir I'm afraid of you all I'm I'm going to walk you through why are you doing that I know how to F it out why are you doing that I know how to feel am I yeah come on no let's me again the police knew Sims had done bad things before so they were careful Sims realizing he might get caught tried to run away the police chased him and caught him at an apartment complex they had to use a Taser to stop him and take him back to jail he'll have to deal with what he did got him contact contact backside backside next let's talk about Muhammad balol Elin situation with the law this case shows how the choices he made led to different results Muhammad balal Elin in ay county of Atlanta in a petrol pump two deputies were doing a routine check on vehicle registrations on Tuesday the 16th of 2022 they stopped a car because its registration had expired and the driver's license was suspended the driver said his last name was sackin when the deputies asked following their rules the deputies asked Sim to get out of the car they didn't know yet that this simple thing would start a lot of problems Sim feeling very upset was going to the hospital which was almost 57 minutes away what's your what's your last name Sim Sim okay all right I'm going to have you go and step out the vehicle for me she's going to come and get me yeah so you're about 57 minutes away from me I was almost at the hospital take this off um just um yeah send me the information you put in your in your GPS cuz that way the same I don't know the name of this place right here we'll get it figure out we'll textue all so here here's what's going to happen s okay um unfortunately I'm going to have to place you in the custody today okay you going to go down the deil oh no you got to get booked in they going to take your fingerprints and picture and you'll get a bond but because you're driving on suspended license you got to good the deputies told him how serious it is to drive with a suspended license in Georgia Sim was really worried he talked about his kids a sick uncle and how he takes care of his family he hoped the deputies would be understanding but they couldn't Sim tried to sort things out for his family on the phone while they were taking him away sir I did not know I have children I have a sick uncle and I run the household I gotun we don't have a choice at this time so rest goad and turn around put your an P you back please please put aun on put your money back who set the phone up on the car I'm here I'm here they put me on the arrest right now they I don't know we're driving with suspended license driving suspended license I didn't know I didn't know and and it's not even showing unfortunately the law is different here in Georgia than it is in South Carolina you have a suspended license you have to go down to the jail and get booked in but but sir can you speak to my aunt she has speak no please speak to her please please speak to her I'm the why would they suspend your license in South Carolina I just found out speaking to the deputy I just found out that maybe when we had a car that I had to got repossessed that I didn't take my name off slide your legs in for us you're not going to speak to me no unfortunately I told you I've already explained my position to you this hurts I don't have a choice then when the deputies got to the station and checked Sim's fingerprints they found out that the man they had arrested wasn't Sim at all his real name was Muhammad B Alin and he had been running away from the police since November 27th 1994 he was wanted for a serious crime that had troubled the Atlanta Police Department for a long time sir I sir okay so the way you're sitting right now is not a good position he a tall guy you
