so what what crime do you suspect have
commitment in order to produce any kind
of ID or or to ID to you traffic
violation is not a crime certain I see

interpretation of people versus Battle
you know the case that that did not in
fact conclude what this guy is claiming
that a traffic infraction is not a crime
but more importantly people versus

must have reasonable articulable
suspicion that I've committed a crime
about to commit a crime or in the middle
of committing a crime and and tell and

your supervisor cuz I don't answer

which is a complete waste of everyone's

that's a custodial arrest so like I I'm
