on November 15th 2022 at approximately
5:116 p.m. Shaban PD Officers were
dispatched to the scene of an accident
where it was described that one vehicle
was driving Northbound in a southbound
lane and struck another vehicle head on
when the police arrived on scene they
quickly discovered that the suspect had
no intention of sticking around to trade

the suspect who had been driving having
headon into traffic was now trying to
carjack
