sure you don't have anything dangerous so do you have any problem with us searching your pocket just to make sure you guys on this thing you guys thank you I mean you know hey I am not gonna smoke my wife would kill me step on it what's happening Look At Me lyrics okay we're gonna figure it out all we're asking for is a couple minutes okay so we're not going to be mean to you we're not going to beat you up we're not going to treat you like [ __ ] we're going to treat you like an adult like you do human being understand that we're trying to do our jobs what do you do for work okay so you guys I got social security business when if you if you are doing landscaping and we are trying to do something on a lawn and you're telling us you need us to wait a minute so that you can finish through investigative techniques deputies were able to confirm that the subject in question was the driver of the stolen vehicle who fled across the highway has even read Miranda yeah you understand your rights it's only going to make matters matters if you understand when you're not except when you get caught listen the game is the game okay we are we are on different ends of the chessboard checkbook it's checking okay you have you have lost we have fought you you're in spot that you didn't think you were going to be at you're not familiar it is what it is what we need to do is get some level of honesty so that we could speed this [ __ ] up to get you to where you need to go all right George is not going to extradite you through my eyes but you telling us that that wasn't you that I saw leaving that truck is not going to make anything better for you foreign traffic I'm too old and too fat for that you understand so but you put yourself in danger all you've got right now man is whatever's going on with that car you understand you were in a car that you're probably weren't supposed to do it that's it that's it what else are we talking about anybody all right so the honesty part is the part that reports but you know for a second here is going to be all over the stuff okay it's going to be all over the car we're just talking about it and on top of it the video also we're going to have you on video in a couple minutes also but left some stuff behind we have all that okay if I tell you what we dropped that doesn't benefit me okay all right what did I draw drop some stuff leaving that car listen I watched you walk away I watched you pulling up your pants just like that I I know what I know I'm old but I ain't blown all right man so just trust me trust me when I tell you that you want to be painted in the best light possible and the best light possible is for you to be honest and say I [ __ ] up show me some respect and we'll show you the same respect but by you lying to us it just doesn't make anything else okay all right so tell me what you did so that we could just confirm that we're on the same page I went to push it pushing they're like all that questioning you uh okay hot dog you must fall out boy that guy is finding me more okay okay so if you play let you borrow where's the guy that let you borrow um so then the guy lets you borrow the phone then you leave the you leave the gas station okay and then so but when you left the gas station you saw the police car behind you and then what did you do he because he turned the lights on yeah and then you said what um it gets congested dude you're lucky you're alive man because [ __ ] the crashes up there are really really serious yeah I gotta give it to you though you're a good driver training um we're good we can close down the channel find out firefight we're good okay um so I said Firefly instead of fireplace okay so now everything is going to move a lot faster you are not going to be held in the back of a hot car for much until they're okay we're going to take you around are you aware of your warrants out of Georgia we called them they said that they don't want to pick you up okay so you're good with that for right now um yeah you saw me at the gas station right we lost eyes you still drove right by me I was expecting you to go the other way yeah uh I saw the tag had a have a little more blue properties you know did you did you fill in the the letter to make it look different you know what I'm talking about okay so you didn't you didn't do anything to the attack when I seen you bro well I see you like okay well we appreciate you being honest about it now appreciate goes a long way and I I always mention that in the reports and everything all right well and listen just so you understand like I've been a detective for many years I talked to the state attorney's office all the time honestly it helps you out makes you look like not such a bad guy okay so he's definitely gonna document all that well ultimately you're in possession of a stolen car okay uh you fled from from the stepping okay and then now they're stuck in the car let's talk about that right what you're saying it was in there before you got it what's in there I don't know what I mean it's a bunch of clothes and shoes thank you [Applause] [Music] okay so we have that are you with the liquid belt yeah um okay so you've been convicted okay so yeah the gun is going to have your fingerprints on at your DNA on it DNA doesn't go anywhere we have stuff that we can test it right now again going back to be honest what kind of is the gun stuff it's a legit okay so what's yours four caliber oh yeah he was arrested and charged with Grand Theft of a motor vehicle fleeing to elude possession of a firearm by a convicted felon resisting an officer without violence burglary of an unoccupied conveyance petite theft and driving with no valid license well right now it's going to be possession of a uh um and then uh possession of a firearm bike evicted felon and resisting an officer without violence okay but listen the charges are the charges doesn't mean they're convictions but also is that you'll have a bond first thing in the morning it does I understand that yeah but it's a lot better having a bond than being held with no bond because we can't identify because of whatever others all right but listen you got to understand something all right Flagler County is not the place you want to go if you are riding dirty that is a fact all right so unfortunately you went through the wrong County minute this is one of the best guys out here he saw you right time right place and listen God had decided that that was the time for you to get one and it is what it is you're safe you're not or we're not hurt it's all good man it could have been a lot worse you understand okay so I'm glad you're happy and healthy we're not happy but I'm glad I'm glad you're helping okay and you didn't get it okay but I appreciate you being awesome okay so we're going to speed up this process we're gonna make sure you're not standing out here all right sure you don't want me to call anybody attorney a brother sister mom okay well we'll assign an attorney this is some of the best public defenders listen if you want to know I'm not talking about man if you were going to go to any County Jail this is the county jail to go all right we got tablets for you we got good food we got medical care you're going to be fine it's listen I'm telling you that living the life on the Run knowing that you're riding dirty and knowing that any second from now you're going to get into some big trouble that's not the way to live one of the letters one of the letters was changed from a p to a b with a permanent marker man it was just a matter of time before some cop checked out with you and thank God it was this guy and not some other place where they actually maybe are racist and maybe consider you as a president okay that did not happen today so today you're good we can get you a cigarette can you sit down for me and let me find your lighter I got one [Music] it's a One-Stop shop here
