simple turned into something complicated and tense it all started with a claim that someone stole something a police officer named officer Jones who wasn't working at the time was involved the whole he strong strongly said he didn't do anything wrong after watching the video the officers came up to Jones with an idea to calm things down give back the phone and avoid going to jail but Jones still said he didn't do anything wrong and didn't want to cooperate okay here's the deal okay Mr Jones yes sir here's the deal okay this is what's going to happen okay I already talked to the victim okay I already talked to Victor he gets his phone back no one goes to jail okay but mark my words okay I'm not going to play games do you understand me I'm not going to around I'm not going to waste my time because technically I'm supposed to be getting off in a little bit ph's not accepting that he took the phone even though the video showed it clearly confused the officers they tried to talk to him explaining how easy it would be to solve the problem and what could happen if he didn't cooperate okay so if no phone gets produced okay then I'm going to take all three of you not just you but all three of you so where's the phone at sir I can tell you a thousand times over I just watched you in the video take the phone do you not understand that look at look at me look look at me is R across more resistant he didn't listen to the officers and didn't do what they asked he showed he didn't care about the proof against him they told Jones that if he kept refusing to cooperate there could be camera does not lock okay it shows you picking up the phone all we want to know at this point is where's the phone at now where did it go from the time I have nothing to lie to you about my hands have been up the entire once again you're not it's on camera of you picking up the phone on camera you picking up the phone and walking out with it so where did the phone go and that way we can go from here and figure out what we to do may I answer the question before y'all start takiz of me so on camera I understand that it's on camera I deal with this on a daily basis with people that I lock up myself may I answer the question which which they all antagonizing me the situation changed when Jones still wouldn't give back the phone or admit he took it the officers had to do something more serious to make him obey there was a big problem in how Jones and the officers were talking and trusting each other Mr Jones just answer the question okay where's phone may I say yes can I can I get a easier then even though the person who lost the phone said they wouldn't get the police involved if Jones gave back the phone Jones kept saying he didn't do it and didn't cooperate because of this the police arrested him anyway wa sir you don't want to tell me your name you're not going to hear it through this regular talk M where you at this is Deputy money pay with the bib County Sheriff's Office um yes this is yeah what's going on okay so what's going on is uh Mr Jones just can't grasp the situation that it clearly shows him on video taking someone's cell phone and walking off with it the person whose cell phone he took doesn't want to press charges if he gets the cell phone back but Mr Jones for whatever reason wants to give all these different answers to not the what we're telling him and we keep trying to explain it to him that myself another officer and everyone El security here at the club have all tried to explain to him that you can clearly see him picked the cell phone up off the table after the other person sat it down and walk off with it okay so he wants to sit there and say he doesn't have a cell phone on him I'm not saying he's going to have a cell phone on his person but he clearly took the cell phone and if he can't produce the cell phone then he's going to jail I don't I don't know you know what fine we're we're done turn stand up turn around stand stand up and turn around no take me take me I don't care stand up and turn around call Lieutenant I don't care because this is because they want to listen to me I need you to stand up no I'm not because y'all won't even give meance under arrest you you're only making things worse than yourself right now that is all you're doing is making things worse that's fine because if this has to escalate if this has to escalate I know what fine I know the rules I've been in a police off for years here okay all right look we ain't even got to go this far just stand up and put your hands behind your back check my but y don't want to but you had it on I told him to check me several times and it was on camera and it was on you so you took the phone I told them to check me they didn't want to check did don't want to listen to nobody Mr Jones nocket y'all don't want to listen nobody all right badge number is 056 the um the person who owns the phone had walked away from the table um briefly and he's on video taking the phone and putting in his pocket you got to be kidding me yeah I no I really wish I was kidding you talking about terrifying incidents let's discuss another case of Joshua Caroll Joshua a Carol on June 13th 2019 something happened in Glendale some neighbors saw David Delaney sleeping in his car so they called the glendow police to check on him officer Joshua Caroll came and acted very nice and friendly at first everything seemed Calm and Carol wanted to make sure Delaney was okay but things took a bad turn hello sir you okay right all right can you open up the the door for me it's the police department I'll put the car and drive sir put the window down where do you live at sir North Phoenix what are you doing all the way over here my friend visiting somebody okay have you been drinking today I don't do you have a medical condition handicap I understand that what kind of what kind of handicap do you have are you able to drive sir or some people are concerned about you being able to drive CU I fell asleep I was waiting on my friend to get home and I fell asleep okay that worried CU I have my windows up I scared scared people as Carol kept asking Delaney lots of questions things didn't go as planned Delaney started to get confused and annoyed with all the questions the officer kept asking more questions which made Delaney even more upset instead of checking if Delaney could drive safely the conversation turned into a big problem because they couldn't understand each other what's your name sir what's your name my name is Joshua Joshua yeah your and making Delany obey him things got more serious and Carol changed how he was handling the situation what started as a check to make sure Delaney was okay turned into a fight with Carol deciding he stop don't hurt me me after the incident David went to the hospital and had to get stitches when Joshua Sergeant asked him about using too much force during the arrest he said that was his intention what a crazy person it's not surprising that he's been disciplined six times before one of them for this crazy Chase Carol got into trouble too we have another last case of Niko Rio who also faced his challenges niik Ros once at late night Police Stopped a car for breaking traffic rules the person driving was Nico Rios a lawmaker from North Dakota who is a member of the Republican Party the police officers suspected that Rios had been drinking alcohol before driving how's it going bud what you looking for look for his registration okay then yeah you can go in the glove box if you need to hey I'm not trying to give any of you guys in the PRS they asked him for his car papers but Rios wanted to show his ID instead the officers wanted to see the car papers while they were talking the officers noticed an open bottle of Corona beer in rios's car which made them wonder if he was drunk I'm going to give you guys my card let you know no I don't want your card I need your registration buddy hey I'm not I'm to find whatever you guys looking for Rios tried to make the open beer bottle seem less important by saying it had been in his car for 3 to 4 days but when the officers asked him about drinking Rios admitted to having three or four beers earlier that night at a restaurant can I ask a question well how long's that open bottle of Corona been back there [ __ ] ni 3 4 days 3 or 4 days okay then have you had any alcohol to drink tonight not in like what is it it's uh midnight like 6 7 hours yeah it's uh 11:40 right now 6 7 hours oh okay how much do you have do you have to drink uh three three or four beers three or four beers where was it uh at the restaurant yeah even though he said he only lived a short distance away and hadn't drunk recently the officers wanted to check if he was drunk because they could smell alcohol on his breath and noticed his speech was unclear riia said yes to the test to check if he was drunk but he strongly said no to taking a breathalyzer test I live two blocks away okay so what I'm going to do I'm going to I want to conduct a series of fields brighty test okay to make sure you're good to drive cuz I smell alcohol in your breath and you're slurring your words a little I said with the the Slaters resp band but you said you're coming from famous days um so I just want to run some uh field spry tests you happy to do that absolutely why not what I'm going to request is that you provide a special in breath in it's called an alcco sensor otherwise known as a a breathalyzer yes sir are you happy to provide that I'm not going to do that you know why why is that you speak it cuz I'm like two blocks away okay you guys are picking on me okay you you guys are going to you guys are going to regret picking at me because you don't know who I am he told the officers they would be sorry for stopping him because of his important job because of this refusal the situation got worse and the officers arrested him for driving drunk r arguing and mentioning his job made the stop a tense and confrontational event that nobody wanted just one second I'm going to give I'm going to I'm going to give you a chance I'm going to give you a chance again will you provide the test no sir okay you know what so this moment time you're under the DUI back after Rios was arrested the officers had to figure out what to do with his car they suggested keeping it safe until someone sober could pick it up later Rios agreed but he didn't seem happy about it during the whole thing Rios just didn't like how the officers were dealing with the situation he especially didn't like it when they searched him in his car for anything dangerous I'm just going to search you up Qui there's no weap on my car you there so what do you want us to do about your car so what I can do is I can R your window shut your vehicle off you can have your keys in your possession so that when you are released a sober individual can do it or that's the best that's the best we're not moving the car those that's your only option I'll drive that to my place and I gu I we're not doing that no no no no no you good can can you guys give me 5 Seconds are you happy for us to park the can give me 5 Seconds talk to you okay step in the car step in the car go ahead get hey where are you from it doesn't matter after that Rios was put in the back of the police car where he kept complaining about being arrested the officers tried to help him by getting his wallet and phones but it was hard because Rios was still upset and he couldn't find his wallet this situation with niik Rios caused a lot of arguments and made people ask him to quit his job uh so your camera's right here have you got a wallet it's in my my my God damn it my my arms are hurting okay have you got a wallet in the vehicle that you want my wallet is in my somewhere left yes my my wallet's you think I'm going to run from you leave you yes or no step out I'll grab your wallet can you at least uh he did want his two phones yes he want you two phones you want your Cod too Y no there's no there's no wallet there first of all watch your mouth man there's no wallet you favor you're
