up get out of the car stop stop don't do it I need more units what on the 11th of June 2022 an officer on patrol saw a suspicious car with tinted windows following protocol he quickly made a traffic stop you're five percent of 35. you want to roll your window down a little bit more I bought it like this huh I bought it like that you bought it like this yes sir okay I think you have a headlight out too yeah I know that you got your license insurance gotta see it smell some little bit of bulls another officer arrived on the scene to inspect can't see anything hi I just couldn't see anything just for officer safety thank you sir you're good you're good yeah you're good okay you're good until just find the insurance man nothing to be worried about I got time you got time I get it this is my ladies I just couldn't see anything you know with the tents and with the dirt on the car no man I'm not trying to give you a hard time it's just when I was here I couldn't even see through the car yeah that's really you know that's very dark I'm sorry sir uh listen listen okay I could smell booze okay you're a CDL driver right yes sir I get that you don't want to mess that up right at all so you're probably your best thing is to be honest with me correct yes sir because I'm pretty sure with a CDL it's a zero tolerance Zero Tolerance zero you you blow zeros am I right yeah I mean correct me if I'm wrong right so do do we want to restart have you been drinking yeah I could smell it it's it's pretty prevalent I smelled it when I first walked up I've smelt it every time when I just came tests for me to show that you're okay okay all right I'm gonna be honest with you okay if we get through these tests our observations and you provide me a sample to the machine and if you're close or under 0.08 I'm not gonna [ __ ] your CDL the officer is talking about CDL which stands for commercial driver's license and is issued to drivers who operate heavy Motor Vehicles such as a bus or a truck I'm not going to play the zero tolerance game okay I get it I get it just uh stand like right hand I don't want to get hit off the car staying together with your feet like this arms down to your side you have any head injuries no your contacts glasses any sort of bodily injury that would prohibit you from walking or not looking at a pen what's that nothing nothing okay are you diabetic unless I'm taking any medication okay all right what I want you to do tip of this pen right here we're gonna look at it with your eyes and your eyes only you're gonna follow it okay don't move your head just your eyes and your eyes you ready listen I'll let you blink and everything ready you wanna take a rest yeah I'm good sir all right I just give everybody an opportunity because this shit's strenuous I know what it is just keep your arms down okay ready head still okay what I want you to do is you're going to take nine here heal the toe steps going down once you get there you're gonna take a series of small steps with your lead foot like this and you're gonna take nine heal the toe steps going back there trying to small turn yep and then nine back foreign whichever foot you please don't start until I tell you okay I want you to raise whatever foot you please give your hands down okay right left don't matter to me all right you're gonna lift it approximately six inches off the ground okay while you do so you're gonna look down and you're gonna count one thousand one one thousand two one thousand three until I tell you to stop okay while you're doing it keep your arms down on your side absolutely the officer was soon informed by the dispatch that the driver who ran away during their DUI test had crashed his car and had fled the scene with injuries that's the car just took off for me this one yeah okay wow and uh as soon as he flew into the PBT he didn't roll around ran into his car holy [ __ ] officers examined the crash site and decided to search the area for any traces of the suspectives [Applause] um you think he flew out of there I'd be impressive he didn't right because unless he put a seatbelt on after the fact he didn't have one on before when I got here I saw the first car I said okay somebody's dead or they're injected and I saw that car I said Somebody's dead or rejected I got closer and saw how tight it was I said Somebody's dead yeah but they say nothing's in there and then that pole is was hit as he was going east it looks like so it's going to tell him but even after searching extensively the police weren't able to find any traces of the suspect assuming it went that way we walked them around that way and then like what did they tell you about the blood trail and he doesn't know we know I couldn't see anybody I don't know what I think they just these guys have like x-ray thermal vision you know my wife said she drove by here about half an hour ago is this when it happened [Music] she said she saw somebody walking in front of that building across the street a little disoriented and it's looking strange did he have a shirt on huh what did he look like do you have a phone yeah [Music] let me let me go ask yeah yeah the suspect was able to flee that day but two months later he was again stopped by officers for vehicle registration violation and was arrested he was charged with fleeing and eluding resisting a peace officer
