was so unsafe in my body I couldn't do anything I don't have an arrest warant I know that you're legally supposed to show someone on arrest warrant before you arrest them this happened to Alexis Burke a 20-year-old whose moment of anger caused a lot of trouble let's find out how Alexis dealt with her big mistake and what came next Alexis Burke on September 23rd 2023 the store which is usually calm with people just doing their shopping suddenly became the center of attention for something dramatic it started when the store manager called the police because a woman was causing a lot of trouble the police came and tried to understand what was happening you like that way yes what was she doing inside the store uh she walked down this aisle 12 and she started like hollering and pulling things off the shelf then she walked around to the a 11 she started punching things on the sh I'm trying to pull the shells down does she damage or anything well just some that on the floor on the cop shelf just took a close punch and punched all the bags and stuff okay my manager was watching it I'm sure watching go through the store the store manager who knew the woman showed them all the mess she had made in the aisles thankfully nothing major was broken but it was still a big mess where is the manager uh this is her right here that's hi bag of funions thing of suit she car she's she's unated yeah we deal with her all the time okay dude you press charges or no okay a really bad day andison said she didn't know she could handle her okay so she tried to get her first she didn't want her to leave to go around around the got you you call the police looked further and found the woman Alexis hiding upstairs someone was telling her to give up peacefully where she Aton she's upstairs hey Alexis yeah I don't know she came in the house say I'm here Maxi please you're going to be in more trouble she went upstairs she said don't tell him I'm here what is she running yeah where is she I don't know she came in the house I said the police went like that don't tell him I'm not here Lexi come on come on Lexi she's up here can you come out here and just talk to us at least Lexi sounds like you got a lot going on okay Alexis Court where people didn't understand her and made fun of her explaining what happened from her point of view she felt like the store workers were singling her out and making fun of her which really hurt her feelings it made her release all the frustration she had been holding in even though she didn't mean to cause trouble she just wanted to stand up for herself and feel respected listen listen I don't know what's in all this in chemicals can you just come out here and talk to me so I can understand who those people were yelling at you this isn't good for me or you to be breathing this stuff in oh listen listen this is for safety now cuz I don't know what's in this if there's a speis in this it's not good for either of us I'll back up a little bit you can and then if you want to hang out up on the porch you're welcome too like they said we going to talk to her even though Alexis calls a scene the supermarket chose not to call the police and press charges they realized that the harm she caused was more about her feelings getting hurt than anything physical but Alexis still had to deal with a warrant for her arrest which reminded her that there were other problems she needed to face once she left the supermarket actually can you try to find her a different jacket or something upstairs I I just want to that way you can take that off and wash it cuz it's going to make you itchy I'm okay you going be okay yeah so what was going on so I was walking through the store or we were walking through the store and the store employee was shouting out a h a right hook on a funion bag though I saw that that was me too good news is they don't want any they're not compression charges for your destruction but it's not the proper way to be in a store that happens just ignore or just walk out right so they're not getting you in any trouble for what you did there but you do have a warrant so you got to come with us however when officers told Alexis about a warrant for something she didn't know about she felt really confused and didn't believe it she sounded confused and hopeful that there was a mistake but the officers were very determined they also wanted to sort things out without fighting do I criminal mischief different incident I don't think I do I would have been notified it's not you're getting notified now I don't have a warrn out for my arrest just I don't have let's just do it nice and easy I don't have a warrant out for my arrest we're going to make it nice and criminal mistress I went to court all right we're going to handle this one and then you'll go to court again all right you're probably get an appearance again go I don't have let's just handle it nice and EAS I don't have an arrest warrant I don't have an with what was really happening to Alexis even though Alexis kept saying it was wrong and asked to see the warrant the officers kept going they stressed that Alexis needed to cooperate to avoid making things worse I'd like you to show me the the warrant first please show me it now please show me it now back to station you need to arrest him right I I I understand that that's what that's our goal to do it but we won't do it EAS flip out right that's why we were trying to do this as Alexis tried to understand what was happening they started talking about what had happened at the supermarket we walk in the store she was looking at the C ched she picked one out I was trying to get my boyfriend's pizza and all I hear was Smash and I turned enough to see her pull her hand back from smashing fell out I'm going get another one okay so I'm walking she's knocking up there they thing I said nice St I talk to my boy behind the counter like I don't know if she punched or hit something with the trip on she wants my sister out of her head the demons and all the the person comes off and hooks to another person and then it dies in dark demon and she's going to be out of this world give him medication that's what I'm saying like I'm supposed to go do appointments but her boyfriend keeps going she can't see we got to put you are you're supposed to show someone warrant before you arrest them yes you are yes you are you're legally supposed to show someone an arrest warrant before you arrest them now please don't hurt him please Lei cooperate right now please stay back letx talking to
