suspended for a minimum period of one year after first submitting to the requested State tests you are entitled to additional chemical tests of your blood breath urine or other bodily substances at your own expense and to a qualified Personnel of your own choosing I'm Mr Bailey here's that question will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your blood what did I do based on my training what I'm seeing I believe you currently are under the influence to the extent that you're a less safe driver and we found you we came across you because you were stopped in the middle of this used against you in a court of law you have the right to consult with a lawyer before questioning and to have a lawyer present during the questionnaire if you cannot afford a lawyer one will be
