KY Lewis was arrested for stealing from the hardware store where she worked in Arkansas she and another person Nicholas Preston were accused of planning to steal over $1,000 worth of items Lewis working as a cashier helped a man steal by not scanning items and taking off security tags the total stolen goods were worth more than $11,000 the police were informed that Lewis had been seen getting into a white pickup truck with the male accomplice despite Lewis not admitting to the theft the police collected evidence including the videos and a statement from her when the police talked to Lewis she didn't cooperate much they found out that items worth about $90 was stolen on Friday and about $977 on Saturday Cali Lewis was then arrested for theft and taken to speak with a detective at the police station Lewis wanted to tell the truth but the officers told her to wait and talk to the detective they also said they would find someone to look after her child the case against Lewis and Preston is still going on
