member and Trish shock Lewis a civilian detective cop deceitfully informed Lewis that his legal case had been dismissed and that he should come to the police station to retrieve his confiscated property unbeknownst to Lewis this was a trap set by cop to arrest him upon his arrival what's up man what what you sign in for gra my uh my belongings you got somebody coming down for yeah my cop cop detective yeah all right put your hands behind your back why you say that turn around and put your hands behind your back why you say that because I asked you to what you want to because I asked you to put your hands behind your back y trying to arrest me put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back put your hands behind I'm aring for I don't have no feral War for my your hands your back going to put your hands behind your back you have a warrant put your hands behind back I don't have no war put your hands stop resisting dude Mr stop already handcuffed the conversation between Lewis and the officers quickly escalated Lewis persistently asked why he was being arrested and insisted that there was no warrant out for his arrest the officers on the other hand maintained that he was being arrested under a federal warrant this claim added to Lewis's confusion because he had been explicitly told his case was dismissed show me papers right now and you a had a lot we'll show you papers you ain't had a lot could have just cancel my [ __ ] show [ __ ] my job somebody call my job we show you Pap all right I want to see paper right now read that paper real quick sir you can yes I I just want to read it to make sure cuz I mean what I read it say I want charge nothing you guys recording the officers continued to assert the existence of a warrant complicating the interaction further Lewis became increasingly agitated asking for the paperwork which he was not shown during the interaction okay I just I just wanted to make sure for before feel me we would the thing is look the thing is you son when I read my case it said not indied that's the only thing that's why I'm telling you guys and I'll show you well he took my phone but I can show you my phone it say not in diet so in that paper said the 15 this I want to diet on 17th of January and I can show you proof right now says this war was filed on the 16th of January right but why why my for say the 17 and it say not indicted I can show you right now proof it say not indicted did you check with the county or the US yes the county I called down there too I called because from us no I know said it got moved to the federal the federal court not I know can I can I speak when I check the P when I check my when I check my case it say not it say not indicted it say move to Federal Court not indicted I will show you right now it say the 17th of January that say the 16 that's oh and then for real for real I feel it that's that's either fake or full guge because why the 17 say the 17 not the 16 not the 15 said the 17 not indicted and they just let every they just let everybody go and that's I feel like that form is old hey I will show you proof right now but he have my phone I will show look I will show you look and that's the day that's the day after that we can't take people in the custody unless we verify that's the thing that's why I feel like that right so can I show you m can I show you my mine too and that's what it's in my phone but he have I won't run you I got my ankles tell this warrant was verified yeah it was verified but I feel like you unless this warrant is Veri but I'm saying I know it's I know was verified but that's that said the 16th I have forms that saying the 17th of January not indicted that say indicted with a check that my say not I doubt it what they liow on internet they won't liow on the internet and I can show you proof right now well sometimes the internet takes a couple days it's not going do that and if you found this had lied about the case dismissal to leure Lewis into the station for arrest this Muse use of Power by the rookie detective led to a minor penalty for him a one-day suspension without pay let's move from one incident to another and see what happens with this rookie officer in our next case on May 16th 2022 a tense situation unfolded at an Ohio airport that prevented a plane from taking off the incident began when a woman on the plane claimed she was subjected to racial slurs by another passenger amidst this chaotic scene a detective from the Cleveland Police Department who happened to be on the same flight began recording the events as they escalated a minute my coming over the and all right okay all right oh man all right start joh away what oh got she the boss Sparkle yeah so we're sitting there goes crazy hold on my camera on I don't care we're sitting there today that chick is going crazy down there making all kinds of accusations turning around I you I got it all on tape I'm filming it Blondie there comes up and says could you please stop filming like no she's making allegations against me absolutely not going to start I sat there and didn't say a freaking word the whole time and then I turn [Music] camera you get her info you got her info all right Serge on away what H this is they off the plane yeah one cl there the one one that's the one yeah M where they Tak off he's one was filming late you guys video her right now there's somebody that's how she's acting on the plane yes uh San's up there with her videotaping her we got her I'm videotaping her after F on the plane so it's all documented got and she and the students doesn't like the fact that I'm videotaping I'm not the only one videotaping you would think that they would want you to videotape something like that as the altercation continued other passengers became involved one passenger apparently the target of the initial accusations defended himself loudly claiming he had been Qui ly seated and had not provoked any conflict the detective meanwhile asserted his right to record explaining that he was gathering evidence as the woman made serious allegations come on come on baby let let me just talk to you real quick before you guys before we all go we want to press charges okay you have you have your Ida with you and we need our carons off this bag I mean they'll be taking all that stuff okay cuz y'all should have heard all the horrible hang on hang on let's just talk over go that was horrible that was so horrible that was so horrible if you only could hear son and then we I want to P I want to persecute that to the supposed to say Lord and I want to S his for embarrassment just try to break you can't tell me know I'm saying just so you you can you can talk that you want to have a seat you want to have a seat over here I tell me to down no I'm saying for you to breathe better so that way you can talk better the situation intensified as the accuser voiced her distress loudly expressing how the alleged verbal taxs had marred what was supposed to be a joyous occasion for her she mentioned that she had just gotten married and was on her way to start a new life which was now disrupted by the distressing incident she vehemently voiced her desire to press charges and ensure that the accused faced consequences for their actions called her a black monkey like how much can we say a black monkey a she called me a stripper that's a horrible we new we just got married we was about to be on the ride to feed into our new life s [Applause] we literally just got married we start our new life and then we on there with that wanted you to find out who they are I want you to move that damn plane I'm sorry I'm so mad cuz I took it for almost 20 and I'm suppos to take that that whole ride sir and we newly went you should have heard all that I'm sorry just so d man how embar am [Music] I I'm sorry what's your phone number man' you just got to Hur Jesus like that's horrible this is the second time we missed our flight this the second time we missed the damn flight and then you should see I want that um T say um um um prosecute too cuz she had me take off my thing and almost do me naked and had me do that and do it twice and made me feel embarrassed too today I just took it so we can live our life and I got Spirit today to the most extent and I took it from my 30 you should he say because I bet you if you had da you would you would shoot him I he said he was going to shoot me with a steak he said he going to stab me shoot me me everybody heard him I'm sorry I'm got this world like this one in the midst of this the detective kept his camera rolling capturing both the accuser statements and the reactions of surrounding passengers how she was acting when she was leaving I heard her all that she was going she's doing and she's first she's accusing the guy behind her of using racial slurs and how it's but no do you anybody see her hear me she still out there screaming she didn't still out there screaming she didn't hear anybody say a word to her did you we didn't we never heard anyone but her she just and then she's looking at me no I talking about the guy with the hat and the glasses I'm four rows behind him f let's try one there's yeah on where am I going there's a female up here uh they they're saying that uh she was acting up on the on the plane and he crazy and uh the bab okay and so and uh yes they they told him to stop said he stopend okay and then what uh they brought the plan back back back to the gate uh there's a they brought they were on the way back to the gate already and this chick is going crazy standing up everybody you heard what the all about people in here all this n nobody heard anybody say anything I'm sitting there didn't say a word she starts on me the guy with the hat with glasses so that's when I'm like all right let's go let's see what's going to happen now you know okay so where's she's on there the rest of the people are on the plane where's our complain at like our our main person from Frontier who's our after a lengthy delay and discussions with airport security and the involved parties the situation was deescalate no charges were filed against any passenger and the detective was not reprimanded for recording the plane eventually returned to the gate and the passengers were allowed to disembark that wraps up our cases of the complex world of law enforcement interactions and the surprising turns they can take from unexpected actions at the airport to Serious allegations
