on January 27 2022 Dunwoody police officers responded to a call from McDonald's in Dunwoody Georgia regarding a disruptive customer he had been involved in similar incidents in the past have stopped at the drive-through window and demanded food that he claimed to have ordered recognizing his pattern of behavior the employees and manager decided to avoid escalating the situation and gave him free food on previous occasions however this time the manager decided to take a stand and refuse to provide the suspect with free food and when I see him come in I told him I said he's a problem he's going to be a problem he came here in her face I was right here he was all in her face you know and he was demanding the premium because his car won't work and he's doing like ah came he got a mama face he just gonna grab and stuff just spawning all over the place can I get both you guys like these real quick okay foreign [Applause] thank you [Music] he's a very aggressive person like if he grab somebody he's gonna fight him he's one you can see it okay the first time this man came in here like that he's a young guy you could tell but it just don't make no sense last name little little yes yep okay a quick question we're having you guys reported Us in the past if he's done this the first time we couldn't get his tag okay he zoomed off I mean reckless driving he did this first time too we even couldn't get the tag number but this time he parked and came in he was interactive so he got met his court where we tried to run it over here room work so he's like he came in and then he came in he was scared Mama Mama's face and just and she was just like sir trying to come there he came over here he's about to head back here and he was coming he just started I was right here into his body language like if you get right he's gonna hit you he's one of those type person so like it's not even worth it you know get you what's your telephone number for yourself okay that was his first offense so the second one was in there he said right get it get it out of me yeah yeah and I and and that he will kick my people and I said no you don't want to touch me he don't have the receipt the receipt well he don't have nothing so he do this fourth time already because free food he just he know he started doing very loud and we don't want to learn with just giving the food okay and then he started he started screaming to the the kids I'm waiting for my food he wasn't waiting for the food he parked in there get out the car and get upset but this is the believer that I've been doing for time already this is the fourth time so the manager gets scared they give me the food so he know he gets you know it's scared the girls the girls are gonna give the freak but today you know he got him about Puerto Rican [Applause] I don't know how people can you know and then he throws everything [Music] and then you know I'm like because I got Boys in here they they don't touch it 153 okay [Music] so this is the fourth time Taiwan is not just passing all their in this store okay 30 14 units let's just be wearing a purple hat all great sweatpants and sweatshirt quick thinking employees manage to capture the suspect's license plate and provided it to the responding officer [Music] he's very aggressive using this information the officer was able to identify the suspect and confirm his identity through photographs shown to the manager and employees now all right [Applause] no oh [Music] yeah additionally surveillance footage from inside the restaurant captured the disruptive behavior further thank you for time assisting officers were dispatched to the suspect's residence where they detained him for questioning the suspect admitted to the conflict at McDonald's claiming that his card wasn't working and alleging that the staff had been rude to him refusing to accept his money look we know you're in there all right just come on talk to us and we want to talk all right we're not trying to make this any complicated man we already know what's going on okay and again we want to talk to you so you're gonna make it easy and just comply with us and talk with us here inside and it's working okay so she came from behind me I was already kind of you know go frustrated what I did but the way she came was like this yeah doesn't that make you back yep yep and that's what I told her and I knocked over this stuff to let him know like listen you got a job to do like that was rude they take my own little daughter my money wasn't good for them [Music] I knocked over this time and left okay I told him to back up for me too okay all right well I'm gonna let you know right now okay you are all right not pretty girl right now but you are going to be placed in custody right now okay and we're gonna take you back to McDonald's that's right now purposes okay all right so right now you gotta be contained okay with handcuffs all right just turn around you're not necessarily a restaurant right now we have to go back there and over at the Universal Studio here we saw your car was here so that's all you know okay you have any shoes I have to have one who's this officers the way that could have been bad for both because it seemed like it could lead to someone trying to detain or get to understand and so I'm trying to break free in that so that's probably a single lady that I talked to right and then I dumped off their sugar and their salt and pepper packets on the floor because I felt insulted about my money so I kind of wanted to talk to them about their job all right you know that's not the best way to approach correct because I mean you could I mean you're going to be arrested today for this holy conduct okay um trespass you from this location can't come back if so all you gotta do is call us and you will be arrested okay I just want you to understand that because I don't want you to come back and give a support for nonsense okay um like I said man you know um they're saying also that you've come in the past and you do the same thing it's kind of good on the line and you're saying that they messed up your order you the manual order and stuff like that let me explain okay and and you're going you're fussing and you always get away with free food man okay I'm just I'm just letting you know what they're telling me they don't want you back in their store you are being criminal trespassed I did see the video footage in there and you are being arrested for this holy conduct okay I just wanted to see what's going on from your side um since basically pretty much somewhere along along the lines you told me what I saw in there um we go from there on now okay you got somebody on you man so um I'm gonna put you in my car okay man step
