but the thing is she's already going to
jail and she will receive all the mental
health evaluation she needs in jail to
me it looks like the Baker Act is more
for people that are going insane and are
danger to themselves and others but have
not committed a crime so the officers
can't bring them to jail because they
haven't committed a crime but they still
need to see a psychiatrist and see
mental help right away so that's why the
Baker Act is there for not to avoid DUIs

very hard to prosecute her if she proved
