footage of her doing the breathalyzer
test but what we do know is she was
arrested with resisting officer with
violence and that is a third degree
felony as well as DUI while causing
damage which is a class 1 misdemeanor so
she's facing five years for the felony
and one year for the misdemeanor so
hopefully the prosecutor doesn't drop
the charges because she needs to be
taught a serious lesson so that's it for
