with the cuff stop [Applause] stop okay I think it's just me the whole time thank you breathing and talking now I have no gun I'm going on okay you're gonna be fine you got anything else what oh you know we got a track because you're acting like this all right I don't know what I did all right [Music] stand you up stand up easier to breathe in your nose I just told you why does it what are you just say this Anthony you started walking around the car for me and I said Anthony because you just walked up it doesn't sound like you gave him much of an opportunity to explain all the details yep when the ambulance gets here we don't carry water doesn't like that because he says well you can walk me in the tubs nope not laughing and not after what we what just went down yeah quicker we go this way the quicker we can get water from the medic okay oh take deep breaths can you do the short brush that's going to keep you hyperventilating take deep breaths I don't know we'll come go to the front of that car you can sit on the can you wanna come with me if he dropped anything he was running around this red car for me yeah oh we ran up straight through here let's talk about that bag real quick because he ran around that and then he started stopping but he was like what are you talking about just this Jewel bag he was running right here he ran behind these chairs yeah he ran right here right around these chairs taking anyone's car not checking anyone's car s this is this I understand the ambulances the talking is making it worse I'm talking that's how you just got to breathe big deep breath through your mouth slow out your nose I don't see anything that Sadie's got come from yeah Maybe those are his [Applause] so we ran find something no those are his phones I had them yeah he just pulled up keep your butt on the car [Applause] yeah keep your butt on the car ain't no trouble okay I ain't going I already ran once so I don't want you to run I didn't know what was it for like he didn't he didn't see he just asked me what was my name usually when people aren't doing something wrong then they don't run I mean I mean I just bought me some we need to smoke okay right but usually when people are doing something you know wheat's legal now right so what I'm saying this is a police officer you pull up behind my car you asked me is my name Anthony I didn't run no lights but you understand when people aren't doing something wrong they usually don't run right okay I'm just the way it is it's Human Nature my thing is if you you ask them your question State like what you want me for like I ain't well you probably didn't stay around long enough for him to ask you those questions right he's hoggy and I'm right you ain't even telling me off on the radios all the time you know just sitting about a rocky store be like all right you're getting closer to me but I'm stepping back from him now I'm getting ready to run because you said he asked me here's some Anthony cook yes what for like let me know he just said he's saying he talking like he's talking on the walk he's talking so he's getting talking about Arkansas people I run see and this is a conversation you have to have with uh officer Patterson I wasn't there for that part but I can tell you right now I can count how many times it's gone good for me to say hey are you so and so the wanted guy it doesn't go good for me that's called me losing a foot chase why would I do that to myself why would I create that work for myself I weigh 130 pounds you think I'm trying to taste and get down your size not really well I mean this ain't nothing but a traffic War I don't know I don't know because he didn't explain nothing to me I ain't I ain't nothing I ain't had nothing but traffic for so this all it could be trust me I think the fact that we're at this point right now when he was when he was fighting with us he was yelling that he couldn't breathe and we're not gonna take that chance either out there so he was saying he couldn't breathe like just give me a cup of water we're not I'm we're not a vending machine we don't got that so he wants a cup of water then he wants to get out of here is what he's telling me once we're in the ambulance you can't tell us that we're making you not breathe and then not get to this prop this point what's up um I can't listen to cough but we're about to leave in a few minutes so I mean because if I adjust this it's gonna get worse okay sounds good the only thing I can do to adjust that is to take you from two sets to one and that's way more uncomfortable I'm telling you so just you're gonna have to ride it out for right now nothing serious was found in his medical examination he was charged with trespass resisting law enforcement and some traffic offenses YouTube thinks you will love the video on screen click to watch now
