trying to escape the charger raced through traffic swerving past cars with a daring that seemed to defy the laws of physics the wet roads the time of day and the sheer unpredictability of it all made the officer nervous thinking about ending the chase for safety reasons he wants to run from the police but Fate has other plans winds car now moving fast and out of control crashed into another car at intersection spun around wildly and almost hit a person crossing the street The Pedestrian was scared but didn't get hurt later he said that he was only 2 ft away from a very dangerous situation get meds here for you wait wait no I don't need no meds turn the car 230 can I get meds here man mail early 30s the situation was chaotic four cars were damaged people nearby were shocked and wings who was now under arrest felt a mixture of adrenaline and regret he pleaded guilty his voice shaky from the fast breathing of someone who had just experienced a terrible event he said he didn't try to pretty he seems pretty excited but right now we just kind of want to get him out of here as soon as we can watch the so once you guys are cleared from here just we'll probably need you at at our after the crash a lot was happening doctors and nurses checked everyone to make sure they weren't hurt despite wind saying sorry and arguing he seemed drunk his red tired eyes and words that were hard to understand showed he wasn't sober police found two bags of marijuana and an open bottle of alcohol in his car which confirmed what the officer thought you ready for what I found in the car no you that I saw it right away completely forgot about it of hardy hardy side spitting chicklets man dude my gun's in my hand I literally like a one-handed [Applause] tackle I saw that I was I like I saw him I'm like where is this charger cuz you said charger that's what it looked like from the back so then I'm like where's the charger I'm like oh he's out with the car that got crash he pulled over cuz it got a crash and I look and you have your gun dra I'm like so I run up to the passenger thinking like see what's in this car and I see him by the time I got up there run like side please man I swear to god dude man please I work a job everything hear me can I please do not go to jail man I swear to god dude I'm backing for the bottom of my heart dude dude I swear to God man I swear to God I can fix everything man winds face serious legal consequences he was accused of serious crimes like putting people in danger running away from the police and breaking his his bail conditions he had to face the fact that because of what he did that night which was influenced by bad choices and being drunk he had to pay $110,000 to be released from jail talking about terrifying stories so get ready to discuss others which is more frightening on June 22nd 2021 a police officer in kosha County was driving around when he noticed a chifflet Suburban with an expired license plate he tried to stop the car but the driver reportedly drove away very fast up to 100 milph the driver then lost control of the car and crashed the police officer had to rescue him from the burning car in the middle of all the chaos in the fire the deputy's main worry changed from Catching the person to saving them he went towards the crashed car and shouted show your hands your hands right I can see them right now plates he would end up back in jail but when the deputy rescued him from the fire it showed that running away had much worse consequences than just getting a small punishment [ __ ] come on scoot this it was yeah that's all it was after the fire was put out and things calmed down the driver started to realize what happened he was in big trouble he was charged with serious crimes like reckless driving running away from the police having cocaine and not following his bail conditions from this incident we moved to another frightening case of Derek triplet Jr let's see how he faces the law on December 31st 2022 the police said they were chasing a stolen black car maybe with weapons inside in Fondulac Wisconsin while chasing it the car suddenly stopped and two people got out a woman and a man were arrested but the car kept going he continued to travel at a high rate of speed through residential streets with disregard for others said he will have a 32 with him long back onest [Music] [Applause] Western the dispatcher told the police where the car was last spotted and thought the driver might be 30-year-old Derek Triplet a little while later a sheriff's deputy in fondu laak County saw a car that looked like the one they were looking for driving very fast when the deputy tried to pull the car over Derek stopped for a moment but then kept going not paying attention to the flashing lights and Sirens he kept driving fast through neighborhoods not caring about anyone else 71 we're back on Western y military was some of the talk on the radio as Derek's car was coming out of a ditch he lost control and crashed into a deputy's car hitting it head on both cars couldn't move after that right after the crash Derek got out of his car and gave up the police asked if Dereck needed an ambulance before we're going through we're going to be S on Military s on Military damn it damn it I got 41 from Hickory there was another unicorn as Derrick's vehicle was exiting a ditch he lost control and struck a deputy head on disabling both vehicles [Music] [Applause] black 10 C 50 keep your hands up do not move do not move keep your hands up get down on the ground hands out get your hands on you back now they okay go check that go check that turn your hands son of a [ __ ] I'm sorry yeah you're sorry an ambulance the police officer said you are injured you need need help at first he declined but later he changed his mind he said he had taken drugs that someone else gave him the chase which was recorded by the officer's cameras showed Derek driving very fast through neighborhoods almost hitting other cars and then crashing which led to his arrest during the whole thing the officers talked about where they were and what Derek was doing and they worked together to stop him safely are you injured at all no I'm not focusing man okay do you need an ambulance though I'm okay far you don't need an ambulance okay are you kiding me okay sure okay he doesn't need an ambulance he's good I'm there tripping man I don't no okay what are you tripping on what what you take they gave me something I been trying we'll get you an ambulance okay he still fights with the police and isn't ready to cooperate however both the deputy and Derek would taken to a nearby hospital they had minor injuries and were allowed to leave after getting checked the chase went on for about 5 mil the police car that crashed got badly damaged they think the cars were going about 50 to 60 MPH when they crashed Derek got charged with some serious crimes like putting people in danger stealing two cars running away from the police twice and causing injuries and damage while running from the police he also got charged with breaking his bail conditions and driving without a license he had been in trouble with the law before he had to pay $225,000 to get out of jail that's our look at these terrifying cases of how quickly situations can escalate when Panic overrides judgment
