On September 9th, 2022, Chamblee Police received a call about a suspicious male attempting to steal an Acer monitor from the electronic section at a Walmart in Chamblee, Georgia. Upon arrival, the officer and the loss prevention associate confronted the suspect who dropped the stolen monitor and attempted to flee. However, their quick response prevented his escape and he was quickly subdued. In a desperate attempt to deflect the accusations, the suspect loudly protested his innocence, claiming that he hadn't taken anything from the store. Get down.
