some very private things on a very
public beach in front of families in a
lifeguard the Volusia County Sheriff's

surprise when they found a couple in a
little bit more secluded spot on an
apartment balcony

okay your balls or your genitals and
your privates were all hanging out
what's the right foot it doesn't matter
if you're having sex or not if you
expose your sexual organs that's illegal
on the beach and if the kids around

thanks
I see I see it does I miss the family
yeah
I see walking around here all the time
right
now
dude
there's nothing we can do
stuff nope
so I got the guard who witnessed it
going up to headquarters to meet someone
to okay do a statement plus it is for
both of them right yeah and then when I
went up the stairs they were both full
body nudity oh yeah right there at the
top of the stairs
there was two people who saw them who
flagged me down saying hey they're up
here okay and I told them I told them to
hang tight and as soon as I went back
downstairs they were gone
too so yeah
outside okay okay excellent hold on
all right you can't do that because
Daytona's looking for a female come this
way all right Alex come here
you saw upstairs
I I am not in the game to play Let's
Make a Deal

but there's plenty of other places to do
that
we're gonna go over to my car
well that's going to be up to Daytona if
you get trespass take a step down all
right take a step down separate your
feet you got anything on you I should
know about
no
you got anything that's gonna pick me
poke and stab me anything like that
but yeah I'm content uh being uh
well that's and that's fine that you are
but I do you should have known better
than to do exactly what you did right
no you didn't know better than to do
what you did
[Music]
right now
yeah I just see that's electric work I
just
like my money
just hang tight right there okay
[Music]

literally have work tomorrow morning

your relationship doing
how long have you known each other
okay
I got you all right Anastasia I'm gonna
read you something okay yeah the right
to remain silent anything you say can be
used against you in court you have the
right to talk to a lawyer for advice
before we ask you any questions and have
a lawyer present during questionnaire
you cannot afford a lawyer one will be
appointed for you before any questions
if you wish if you decide to answer
questions without a lawyer present
you'll still have the right to stop
answering at any time you'll have the
right stop answering at any time until
you talk to a lawyer do you understand
your rights with your rights and Minds
do you want to talk to me about what
happened today
just need this
I just need a yes or no
okay okay
what what was going on when I came up
the stairs
the trading closed
is which one because it looked like a
little bit more than just trading clubs
why did he take his clothes off
let's see okay
I don't have clothes okay what was he
gonna wear
[Music]
okay I'm just gonna take five boxes off
because they're super dirty and
completed I said in my period like
there's blood all over
what happened on the beach
we're trying to change there and then
you know anyone's looking at me okay
I don't know
you all weren't doing anything on the
beach at all
like at all
are you all in like a dating
relationship or
okay
you said you've only known
you said you've only known each other
for a couple months
here in Daytona where'd you where were
you Ohio what brought you down here from
Ohio on vacation and then I got raped
and put in jail for it
did you notify the law enforcement about
that
who did you call Daytona yeah
okay
no weapons thank you
yeah Anastasia over here
goodbye tell my friend
hey Alex step out real quick
lean up against the back of the car
I'll let you have the right to remain
silent anything you say can be used
against you all right yeah thank you
uh hit the Quan that's fine that works
for me the only thing is if you don't
mind me asking you just questions it's
not criminal but just about like your
name date of birth and where you live
questions
okay so you can go as a John Doe and you
can just sit in the Volusia County
Branch Jail until we can eventually
identify it all right so go ahead and
take a seat
yeah but you came back no record found
so that doesn't okay
okay yeah so we'll just do that
right yeah
yeah give them your information you
catch that a charge yeah
you just said that wait what's what's up
I don't because the Alex s Dylan
I guarantee that part that just that he
was trying to read about my rights yes
go ahead and tell me that there wouldn't
be an extra charge if you're failing to
identify yourself but I I
there's already been a name I'll try to
help you out here this I'm your friend
at this okay I'm trying to help you out
I won't allow you any him to do anything
illegal or anything to Illegal because
that's what we'll do so the part that
happens here is when he asks you for
your name it doesn't come back as
anybody Maybe
oh my God
turn off this phone when you get a
chance it doesn't die yep awesome
business going right in here
that hallway take a right
nope all the way down
this is our office
[Music]
do what I mean I'm gonna go to the same
place yeah you're both going to the
Volusia County Bridge show
I don't have a toilet for you to use
there's one back there those aren't open
to the public
can you hold it for an hour
all right well let me get you in there
for now
and then I'll try to figure something
out
take a step I'm really sorry
stop
can you make sure that he uh you get his
number for me
yep
go and take a seat
over there
just hang tight
all right
