Chamblee police officers were called to an apartment complex in Atlanta on March 9 2023 to investigate a report of loud screaming coming from one of the units when they arrived they heard a female screaming get off me and immediately entered the apartment to investigate inside they found a male suspect on top of a female and quickly intervened to separate them what's up hook thank you what's going on here she's attacking me while I'm trying to leave all right go ahead get away from her go out and talk to this officer Here Come Away hey man anybody else in here is anybody else in here okay I'm gonna look around okay just just make sure I'm just gonna make sure are you guys even allowed to come home so you get attacked I heard you saying get off you get off me I don't search yeah sure please leave but at this point you got to come out and talk to me too or you can talk to me in here sorry please just leave okay we're fine hold on hold on here's the thing 391 don't say anything it's fine that's negative here it's fine they have to leave let's go downstairs come on no hey look we saw you guys involved in a fight somebody's going to jail so we're gonna investigate it we can go aggravated assault and simple battery both of which were classified as Family Violence offenses what's got to do with because uh when I showed up she was calling for help and you were you were on top of her she has marks and you don't she got marks on her arms she has marks on her on her arms welts meaningless meaning she was struggling with someone that's not what that means okay if you say so just tell the judge all right no no just turn him towards me these are not tight I can get I can get two fingers in each one come out of the car and I'll look at him more for one oh yeah hold on okay yeah but I'm I'm alive though right hey I'm checking them okay I don't have a perspective did I put you in cups when I saw you on top of her first off I saw you on top of her dad put you in cups they even say you were the suspect sir let me let me let me let me let me tell you something sir I have like levels which you saw when you came in Sir with me just me holding her down and telling her to stop that's what you saw meaning please stop please stop attacking me please stop being aggressive with me so if she has marks on her arms that means someone was trying to hold her to stop her from doing something it's too late to argue it now buddy it's not too late to argue it because it's all on your camera because you'll literally hear my voice saying stop stop stop so if I'm an espresso and I'm physically abusing somebody your partner pulling out a taser and lying and saying I walked to an apartment because I wouldn't give him a name that's that's what I would love right here that's it that's that's interesting yeah whatever foreign of course we did so what popped up for her one that's not your business right I know it popped up battery right exactly it's none of your business I know what it is because I was the one had to get her out of this very same jail okay for attacking her so you're in a relationship with somebody that gets in domestic situation so then you're surprised you find yourself a jail no okay you got no one to be mad at you about yourself have anyone to be mad at when I'm trying to leave an apartment before something escalates and someone puts their hands on me sir you couldn't in order for nothing to escalate I hold them down that's what you saw and you heard me saying stop it's literally on there I've never been in trouble argue with me these are the facts and if I if you have my phone I've never had a history of being in trouble with the law ever in my life I just got a speeding ticket this year trying to get to my sister's wedding to marry her to her to her now husband my dad served 23 years in the military my mom works for a judge I worked at a church for five and a half years I've never gotten in trouble today you did you know today someone walked in and thinks they saw something as a perspective of it no that's so much better when I also heard her down there saying oh actually it's better oh [ __ ] I'm sorry we gotta they gotta do a couple test first you know what yeah yeah you're right all right I'll get the Coca test knocked out then I'll take all this stuff off I don't like that rule I know it's like it's not natural yeah well she's out there talking to you he's a good guy oh yeah I'm sitting here that doesn't change the facts of the case the fact that I gotta do what I got to do I don't know back to the case you guys walked in without even having permission to come into the apartment open the door and stepped in and inform you later the story the apartment literally pulled out a taser and tried to Cuff me because I wouldn't give him my name and said I walked back I told you it's it's 100 okay for officer to detain someone if they think that there's a safety there was no sir I can't speak on that I wasn't there sir look at you how much do you weigh sir I wasn't there sir look at me and then look at you okay did you see me up there sir does it look like did it look like I was up there or was I downstairs I'm trying to reason with you I did not I did not do anything to you he has a cotton I can't speak on that I wasn't there I'm telling you you can say so I'm supposed to what take his camera level with you here there's no screen on this sir he literally pointed to the body cam it was like this is right here so if he's saying that you can clearly see I never step foot to an even in it if he says I'm walking to an apartment that's not a safety issue it's not 100 of this sir if I'm 100 right here and don't move did he tell you not to go to the house I didn't go towards the house okay he he pulled the clip so which one is it is it that the fact that it's not dangerous for you to go back into the apartment or the fact that you never just started I never tried to okay well you got to tell the camera you can tell that to uh I can supervision at Chamblee no I can I can I can call like like I said because I'm pretty sure a whole bunch of laws was just broken tonight if that's how you feel you have 100 right to pursue sir try to pull a notepad and ask for my name because I wouldn't give it he pulled that same thing out on me and then grabbed me to try and arrest me [Music]
