they should have charges with anything

you know I was at the Naval Air Base
right
when was that earlier today
uh no I I just I got on shift at two
o'clock same situation and guess what
happened they told me to leave and I
said
you're telling me you're giving me order
to leave I will leave
just know that I disagree and I left we
didn't get enough time to to
get to that well the reason why we
didn't really get too much of a time to
do that is it was starting to turn into
a major disturbance and for officer
safety reasons at that point I'm by
myself
and I'm outnumbered okay and so when I
got on the radio when I had the chance
to say I need more units here
I get I was giving y'all ample
opportunity to come step outside and
y'all were just very firm in the fact
that you didn't want to so at that point
we have to I'm not going to stay in
there
but if you come outside and talk to me
and stand up for your rights this gets
avoided wait I understand that's that's
your that's
um
you're a nice guy though you know what
I'm saying I can tell from
from meeting people I can just
automatically like I don't know I have a
sense of knowing who who's a good person
and who can who's a respectful guy
even though you're taking me to jail
that doesn't mean you're not a good
person you know I I understand that
look I absolutely I absolutely hate that
I'm doing this right now I I absolutely
hate this this is the most annoying
thing that I've no I I was if I didn't
uh break my ankle in college I would
have been military they said no we don't
want anybody with a broke ass ankle in
the military I'm like all right Dooley

know I think today we're kind of like I
I'm not I'm not happy with this I'm
being completely honest with you I'm not
happy with this at all this is not why I
became a cop
talking over here about freedoms and
stuff you know where
I became a police officer to do what I
did before I came here which was a
wrestling for an outstanding warrant
like things like that that's the kind of
police work I like to do or the other
day where I um stopped a guy I was
driving an unregistered vehicle had a
tag that didn't belong and he had a
bunch of meth in the vehicle like that's
the kind of now I'm on I'm on the
the path to being transferred to a to a
traffic enforcement unit to do DUI
traffic enforcement but that's the kind
of police work I like to do I don't get
anything out of taking you and him to
jail
you imagine how I feel right now dude
this is this is this will not sit well
with me but I unfortunately it's my job
and I have to
know that the type of work that I do
this is this is what it brings I never
my intent is never to be disorderly
that's what I always say
and I have over 750 videos
I've only been arrested
four times no I'm counting this year
what were the other times you're
arrested for video recording uh correct
for the actual Act of recording no they
turn it into disorderly conduct if I
don't want to identify for video
recording see and I'm I'm very well
versed on where you can record and can't
record because we get called out to this
all the time it's just when people are
affirming the fact that they refuse to
to obey the lawful order is where
things get put in the direction like
today where we don't want to go
I was trying to maintain the order in
there because it was getting a little
out of it was getting out of control in
there
you know
I I
disagree that if it was if it was just
you and you stepped outside with me and
it wasn't him but both of y'all refused
to step outside and we both know that
but I think your friend is the one that
was but look though I can go back and
review my body camera and I asked y'all
several times which is why I stopped I
just took a deep breath and I waited for
my backup because it wasn't getting
violent y'all were just being very
passively resistant at that point so
when my partner showed up I said hey we
need to they need to leave I've asked
them to leave several times and he said
okay he grabbed him and I grabbed you
that that's not that we were trying to
Flex on anything it's just we're trying
to as the other the patrolman said is we
need to de-escalate the situation bro
but you know what I thought that was
really gonna happen everything you think
I thought you guys were able to take me
to Germany bro I thought that you guys
can entertain me figure out that you
know we're just bloggers we're doing a
video for the internet uh we're bringing
Awareness on our rights uh pretty much
if you're not doing anything wrong and
you're in a public place you're well
within your rights to say whatever you
want and and as long as you're not
impeding the business
should be okay yeah so none of that
happened you know we we didn't even beat
the business
they were just
mad that we weren't wearing masks
and they called the police
the the call they sent out to us was a
panic alarm
yeah we got that's that's why we're
going to jail
it came as a panic alarm oh my God you
see why would they like it came out as a
priority dispatch wow
yeah no wonder we're in jail it's their
fault
their fault
man I really really hope that either my
bonds lady picks up the phone or my
other friend from um I just met this guy
you know I don't know this guy you're
gonna want to try and find somebody else
to hang around then
no I I don't 70. I don't hang around I
do these videos by myself and my
colleague and they're out of state right
now I said you know what I'm going to
Jacksonville I drove from um from
Orlando
did a few videos today
everything was cool did few videos at
the post office they didn't call the
cops they failed you can't film here
they show them the rules

supervisors this guy but I don't want to
talk to him

with a mentally insane person than they
uh the intersection and my legs went
Jello chasing after him and I fell and
busted my knee and um a woman in the
intersection recorded it put it on
Duvall promo put it on Facebook Tick
Tock Instagram the whole deal you know I
I I'm viral on tick tock on Facebook
Instagram all the platforms all the
platforms
yeah they only unfortunately I didn't
really care that I went viral I ended up
it's really cool well I the the comments
were what really got me is they're like
because it was a it was a white guy that
had mental issues but he was taking a
two by four and smacking people's cars
with it so
um they're like oh well if he was black
they would have shot him I'm like no I'm
like no no everybody say that all the
time oh well if he was black
I ended up getting a partial tear in my
Meniscus but
I'm right at the uh right at the end of
the recovery so it was just it's been a
it's been an interesting uh last three
weeks because three days before that a
DUI driver crashed into my car
and then that same day one of my really
good friends on the night shift killed
himself
so these this last month has been
absolutely terrible
crazy
yeah
holidays are not really that Pleasant to
me I hear you
my first video ever arrested
it's both hot female cop six million
views
just for video recording on the sidewalk
in front of the Army National Guard in
Rhode Island
I thought you're going to be famous
and I wasn't lying
say that that's where officers are
misinformed on how to do their job
the next day I was in the front page of
the of the Providence Journal and and
everybody was like my video had like
118 000 views like in 20 hours
crazy I got four million hits on my
channel this this month
that's insane and we're only 11 days
into them into the year yeah
yeah
I'm not worried though you know what I'm
saying bro it is what it is I'm doing
I'm a freedom fighter you know this is
this is why this is what I'm putting
myself in the front lines for so that
people in the future don't have to
suffer these type of uh
policies and laws that were they're
going to require you to take pictures in
a public place soon enough they're going
to require a license if people like us
don't stand up for the First Amendment
how how is it that everybody thinks that
video recording you it's somewhat
illegal bro that's why we do this
everybody thinks it's illegal to record
them but people assume though they don't
go do their own research employees too
even police officers I mean I I'm
recorded all the time it doesn't bother
me you have that police officer you turn
off your camera right now snatch my
phone out of my hand crazy Capital

tyrants I got a tackle on the ground by
six officers dude just because I hurt
their feelings
and I didn't say anything nasty I just
owned them
peacefully

into the solid conduct and then they
went to court and lied
and then I beat the charge so now what
like what was that all about so you know
what I did
I waited for them outside of the
courthouse
and follow them like a paparazzi
dude how could you go to court
as a police officer and lie
those are the people in this
professional
you know what you say nope
of course not
I'd take a polygraph any time of the day
and I know it's not
admissible at court
but it's not a visible on court for a
reason we're gonna have a lot of public
servants going to jail that's why it's
not admissible at court it's not because
of us it's because of y'all you know and
I say you but not including you yeah
you're a good guy
you're a good guy
but hey man it is what it is at least
it's just a trespassing
that's nothing
what's that what's the
I think it's like maximum penalty I
think it's if it's second degree
misdemeanor I think the maximum penalty
is 90 days 90. yeah but with coronavirus
they're trying to not really throw the
book at people they don't want people in
there yeah
at least
you know I walked into uh what is it
there
uh Air Force Base in what is it Maryland
um
I forgot what it's called the one where
they parked the president's plane
oh the Air Force Ones
I walked in there bro
it was it was it was scary I didn't pass
that restricted area
I still
was illegally detained and then they let
me go
they cuffed me like I've been cuffed
multiple times
but they always let me go
they always let me go this they were
they really want the extra mile now
you're
your boss just probably heard of us
earlier and now he's hearing from us
again
that's the reason

I talk to my male people no hard is it I
know you don't because you've never been
to jail but I work pretty hard to make a
phone call well I worked in the jail for
two years so I've seen people struggle
to try and get a hold of somebody you're
a CEO that's where I started my career I
did it two for two years that's why I am
the way I am I got to see what it's like
being inside there so I know what I'm
about to do to somebody if I'm taking
them to jail I know what that impact is
going to be like oh it's in well I've
been there done that you know but dude
I think that some people are some people
even deserve to get Social Security or
because they get they get
um
traumatized dude this is traumatizing
bro I saw people that went in there for
the first time you know what I'm saying
I'm tied up in the back of a car and
then they're gonna put me in in the
worst place on Earth
besides the cemetery I saw people that
were arrested for the first time and I
saw how it impacted them and it was it
was a it was a drastic impact man like
for people people who've never been
arrested before you've never had that
feeling bro no but I got to see it
though on it because I worked on the
misdemeanor floor so I saw people being
arrested all the time I feel good bro
like when you guys were back there all
talking and I was in the cop car I was I
even though you know I already know I've
been been there done that but
I was having the a bad anxiety attack
right now dog I believe you oh my God
then I told you I'm hot and you you
hooked it up yeah I I apologize about
that man I try to be as hospitable as I
can no you are
you are

you that that even though you took me to
jail and you know what people are gonna
talk [ __ ] about you bro because they're
gonna say well

know people are gonna say that you're

boss well technically I can lose my job

is how I make my money they're going to
tell you then then lose your job because

is this is not just a job to me this is
a career like I I'd live to publicly
serve no this is a career so this is a
very good job to have so like my dad's a
retired fireman and he did it for 29
years and that this is the only
if I wasn't an officer I'd be a
firefighter like it's the only thing
I've ever wanted to do with my life is
help other people you know
they're real heroes
because you know they say you guys
you're I'm not saying police officers
are not Heroes there's a lot of police
officers that that save a lot of people
all the time I mean I have a life-saving
award to my name for almost dying saving
someone who drowned or was drowning in a
retention pot the the Monday leading up
to Thanksgiving a year and a half ago an
elderly man passed passed out behind the
wheel crashed into a retention Pond and
it was sinking when I got there I took
off all my gear jumped in pulled them
out of the vehicle and held him above
water until fire rescue helped get him
out of the water holy [ __ ] and that is
the best thing I've ever done in my
entire career bro you you just want
Heaven by doing that you know and it's
weird though because I don't I don't
regard myself other than just a normal
human being but every time I go to visit
him he calls me his Guardian Angel and
his hero and that just it gives me your
friend now yeah I have no grandparents
they've all they've all passed away
since but like he's like he's now my
like I call my adult My adoptive Grandpa
yeah
and so I try to visit him as much as I
possibly can and he's always forever
thankful when I when I go to visit him
well you're a hero brother thank you for
doing that well thank you well you know

I just came from up North and police
officers over there
they're dogs bro that's what I tell
people
south southern law enforcement
specifically Florida it's nicer we're so
much different than the rest of the
country that's why the rest of the
country is having problems with what's
going on now and when we're here in
Florida we're like but we treat
everybody pretty pretty dang good for
the most part tourist place
and and we're all used to hello sir and
ma'am ma'am sir you go up North and you
say ma'am they're like they get all
offended they're like what they don't
ever say that you ever been to
Massachusetts no I have not been up that
far wrong
I don't like saying this but
there's a high percentage of [ __ ] in
Massachusetts bro they call them Mass
holes I actually I have heard that yes I
have heard that term body is like you
know in a in a [ __ ] mood and I don't
know it's like uh I was born and raised
at the beach maybe that's why I'm so

was driving in my area he had a sign he
stayed in the middle of the intersection
said God is love and everybody he's just
so happy I'm like I was like see that's
what we need in this world the more
people like this guy and then people
were like yelling at him and screaming
get out of the Road God isn't love I'm
an atheist I'm like let the man believe
what he wants to believe like if he
thinks God is love then let him believe
it
now I always say that in my video I say
you want to believe that your God is a
horse or a monkey come to America
because we have freedom of religion you
have you're free to believe whatever you
want to believe yeah you're free to say
whatever you want to say as long as
you're not creating violence or or
hurting people
so sometimes we walk into places and we
don't we're not feared to say hello guys
how are you guys doing that you know and
not in a loud voice but like you know
how the teacher talks sometimes you know
so people can listen
and
you know everybody thinks oh these guys
are they're they're screaming they're
you know it's it's terrible it's a
terrible thing dude when you walk into
the tax collector's office what's
everybody doing there just sitting down
like mine like super quiet and they talk
really low
why is are they intimidated but by the
fact that they're in a government office
you have to write to speak and and
freely say whatever you want
that's what we're trying to say and the
First Amendment
gets to uh gets turned into the solely
conduct and weird [ __ ] like that bro at
least you're gonna hit me with the
solely condo because we won't have been
disorderly no because I didn't see this
orally on that I I just
I just came down to the
to the formality the decision made by my
superiors
how can how can this Superior that it's
not present make a decision of all right
because they they're he's ultimately the
one that has to
um I know but I'm sure you properly
explained the situation I did I
explained it I had to explain it to
three different supervisors and um they
all came to the consensus that that was
that was what was gonna because they
even they had our Lieutenant as a way
assisting another officer who got hurt
earlier today so they even had to call
her and get her approval on it as well
so it went up pretty high which is why
we held you for so long before we did
anything because we wanted to make sure
we weren't going to be making a hasty
decision yeah yeah oh that's good
well at least I get to come over here
and see if their courteous
unprofessional and you know I you know
what I always say I say
nobody ever come out from jail and said
whoa hell of a treatment in there yeah
and and
you were a correction officer I'm sure
you know a lot of people are not as nice
as you
and and I'm sure that that there's a
Code of Ethics that you're supposed to
be nice but it has to be courteous
courteous to uh to any to everybody
that's inside the facility yeah
