chief of police confronted 19-year-old Parker whan and 18-year-old Travis Crim Travis hit by the chief with a flashlight accused him of battery yeah you good what I do go what I do go is that battery get out of here disturbing the peace you hit me because of disturbing the peace yeah it's a crime the chief accused them of disturbing the peace but the teens defended themselves saying they were hanging out how do I disturb you I didn't see anyone else wake up need get out when one teen urge to call the police for the battery the chief called for backup are you jealous you bald [ __ ] huh I would be jealous too look at my [ __ ] the Grinch out here bro call the cops bro you committed battery other officers arrived and the chief claimed the teens were messing around a monument and hit a cone they come here they hit the cone they're messing around here around this new monument it went on for about 5 minutes however the teens video showed the real events one teen shared that he had reacted to the chief's challenge to fight I said yeah come down we can go right he's threatening me to fight me the chief got angry threatening to beat the teen and arrest him he goes hey big shot you want to go right cuz I said he said watch don't you keep it down I said I'm not doing nothing wrong he goes hey big child you want to go he jabbed the teen with his flashlight he goes like that and Jabs me like right here in the red with a flashlight to which the teen responded that he couldn't do that Chief sichini believed the teens deserved his response saying the investigation would decide two charges right here in my opinion but I'll let you investigate it he claimed Parker whan and Travis Crim were causing trouble messing around and knocking down a traffic coat which they later put back disturbing the piece both of them squealing their wheels out he's talking however the teens had a different story we were just riding around on Burn scooters you know like teenagers the chief approached them hit a cone and began yelling and threatening them leading them to defend themselves hit the cone right here and knocked it over they described how the chief stood above them shouting challenges he was up there up the top okay and he was like I'll come down there and beat your when the Chief came down he approached Travis who was quietly standing by the road he came down Travis was standing right there didn't say a single word and like on the road and he came up and HIIT him I don't know if it was like in the chest or the rib cage but he hit him with the flashlight before we let's go ahead and talk about the incident that you had out here a few minutes ago don't know what you're talking about okay just step down here for me yeah no no hey who Michael protested the can search up my record the officer told him the boy asked for what that guy threatening me why isn't that guy going to jail the officers didn't have a good answer someone shouted Jack Jack step back and keep recording Jack was firm I'm literally in my space and this guy's just touching me but the officer was persistent right now now you're under arrest for resistance Jack was frustrated if you try and come past me you're going to go on the ground face first you understand me okay and then I'm going to file a complaint against you he was warn to stay back but insisted you cannot interfere with what we're doing I'm not interfering when I'm on my property Jack noticed officers trying to enter his house and confronted them to his surprise they listened and didn't enter but you cannot walk in my house okay frustrated he told them he was just 15 and now dealing with three cops because of their intrusion I have three cops on me and I'm 15 years old when questioned about riding a motorcycle he clarified it was a gas bicycle for which he had a permit you were the one driving up and down the street on the motorcycle uh I was on my gas bicycle okay that's a gas powered vehicle you have to have a driver's license um no you don't not when it's 50 cc and you have a permit for it he explained a man had threatened him over the bike claiming it was illegal first thing I hear is him saying that bicycle is illegal it's a 50 cc and I have a permit for it and I told him that and he goes he goes well move out of the way I'm going to beat your ass the boy challenged the C CS stating they couldn't just tackle someone in their house and can you tell me why he tackled him into the house why he tackled no one got T he was told to stop I saw him with his arm behind his back the cops insisted they needed to control the situation he told the cops a man had threatened him they threaten to like beat did he threaten to beat us up or anything yes the boy disputed the cops assumtion of a gun being involved what we got told is a gun was involved in this incident so we're going take no gun no gun was involved not at all pointing out that Witnesses not them had seen the incident and there was no gun so I don't if you guys want to believe him and when he have two witnesses he has zero and due to this officer Rodriguez was found in violation of five acts of procedural misconduct now last but not least we discuss the terrifying case of Nathan Winters Nathan Winters on August 28th 2022 Tav galanakis was stopped by Officer Nathan Winters because he was driving with his bright lights on good how are you good my name is Officer WS with the Newton Police Department the reason I pulled you over is cuz you have your bright lights on officer Winters asked Tav for his license and registration you got your license registration insurance with you you don't have anything on you no bombs guns drugs no bombs or no drugs okay let's go back here the officer noticed tav's movements and the smell of alcohol suspecting he was drinking despite Tav insisting he was sober what do you mean nothing I had nothing to drink okay the officer doubted him leading Tav to request a breathalyzer test why would your eyes be watery and bloodshot do you want to blow me real quick I don't want to blow you officer Winters conducted several sobriety tests on Tav excluding the breathalyzer initially keep your leg straight is that 6 in to you yep he instructed Tav to follow his finger with his eyes stand heel to toe and not move his head I'm going to have you staying with your heels and Toes together with your arms down to your side okay I'm going to check your eyes cool okay what I want you to do is follow my finger with your eyes and your eyes only and do not move test okay you can relax which showed a 0.0 result however instead of concluding the stop Winters began reading Tavis Miranda rights and shifted to accusing him of smoking weed right now you have the right to remain silent anything you say can will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to an attorney if you cannot afford one woman will be appointed to before any question okay sir to denied smoking weed that night questioning the officer's basis for the accusation I've had no weed tonight 6 what why do you think it's tonight why do you think I smoke I blue zero so now you're trying to think I smok weed on the phone wins admitted he then concluded he had enough to charge Tav okay but I obviously have enough for to charge him with the sobriety so I had nothing to drink he's going to look stupid Tav was arrested and taken to the police station for a drug test sir I'm not intoxicated I blew zero you can be under the influence of a narcotic let's go to Black right he passed it with with nothing in his system Tav wanted to have a final word with Winters we just got to do better than that man we just got to do better than that I deserve apology but before
