on January 26 2023 an officer was dispatched in reference to a car theft in progress the officer quickly parked his vehicle behind the said car to ensure she couldn't escape I need you to take me to jail please okay how about the car no take me out of the car absolutely not I'm not gonna do it you're not gonna get out of the car nope so you're gonna resist you're construct all right let's hop out I'm on fire oh my God they're breaking my wrist s come on no moving my rights what am I being arrested for sir stop running your mouth okay what am I being detained for officer I will explain that all
