someone's here I'm going well I have to
get my child my son
literally I'm coming this way and
literally I don't know what happened
what she hit the car I see this yeah
in this car over here
I don't know how to get on my car
that's all right take a deep breath my
daughter ran out here she's now you know
my kids are all right up the street I'm
just like I can't take a break
Ellie just got off work and I want to
get Mason I come home and this is
whoever went by me or whatever happened
whoever went by me hit me
and I'm hearing it sideways and I
couldn't even understand like the word
they hit you huh I had to be a hood on
or something
okay but this is the car
I got out I had to crawl out of my car
so you said somebody hit you yes
absolutely somebody came up there was
this car you know I got three rows right
so is that car my car and then this car
okay
my little boy is there any way to get a
hold of my son's dad he's right here
like I'm supposed to take my camera okay
well
all right
where are you uh where are you coming
from huh where are you coming from my
house
can I get my son that might work and
then I went home
Madhouse Madhouse yes okay so you were
coming from mad house no I left madhouse
came home guess what I'm saying so you
left mad house yeah went home
and then my son's dad obviously is like
obviously you're getting your son I
guess yeah
yeah it's crazy yeah like this you said
her name is Mandy Bortz yes Mandy Wards
Amanda
foreign
[Music]
I understand that's a concern I'm just
worried about you right now no you're
totally fine I'm just asking like yeah
you're good all right all right man can
you come with us we're gonna go right
down over here
and then I want you to explain to this
Oscar what happened
you keep talking though yeah
oh
you left your word I left my work my
kid's dad said hey so I'm I'm getting
your kid you're getting shot your child
so I said okay no problem so I left I
went home dropped all my stuff off
everything so it's like can you bring
them home
no I said okay I'll come get them you're
leaning Me Halfway I come down here I
live literally the second block I come
down here literally somebody I don't
know what happened with whoever turned
this way that car was here I'm driving
this way and there's another car this
way so you're going this way I was
coming this way yeah it looks like you
hit that car right there that's what I
just thought I was coming this way so
whoever was this way I have no idea what
happened to stop though before you hit
the car there's no stop saying that
doesn't matter it doesn't matter you
know that there's no stop lights though
there's a car in the roadway you can't
just go around it you know what I mean
well it did go around but there was no
like parking lights no okay let me ask
you this how many drinks did you have
today what do you mean I had two I had
worked at work yes I've been there since
11 o'clock today what kind of drinks did
you have at work what do you mean I had
a Bud Light two by lights maybe okay so
when's the last time you had a drink uh
probably a half hour ago like literally
yeah
I did that's my place though
I'm a bartender server waitress hostess
do everything I've been there five years
what I want to make sure is I'm going to
take you through a few tasks just to
make sure you're okay okay
no I'm just terrified put your bang your
head or anything like that okay and I
was gonna say do you have any health no
okay so no health problems with the
highest level of Education that you had
I'm sorry highest level of Education I
graduated from high school and I went to
Ross Medical oh yeah so is that
Community College or is that Ross
Medical I did I graduate actually I
graduated from there yesterday okay so
would you uh get there just really quick
from uh trade oh yeah is that a trade
yeah I said what kind of trade just
medical okay medical trade so you have
that all right so how I'm gonna have you
do it like I said it should be three
tasks all right I don't want you to put
your feet together like this
hands to your side okay all right what
I'm gonna do is I'm gonna move my finger
all right yep I want you to keep your
head still do you understand yes and
then just follow it with your eyes okay
yes
ma'am I'm just I'm ready to help you out
keep your head still okay I am
all right I'm gonna go up with it I just
want you to keep looking okay yes
next ass okay what I'm gonna have you do
is I want you to put your right leg out
in front see a little toe both hands to
your side okay
I don't want you to start the task until
I tell you to start do you understand
yes so sorry I I have upside hips so all
right well you can get back into the
position like I said just stay there
until I tell you you know let's start
the test okay so what I'm gonna have you
do is I'm gonna have you do nine Heel To
Toe steps down okay and I'll show you
how to do that you get back in position
all right so you're gonna take nine Hill
to toe steps down so it's going to be
like this one man what did I tell you
after okay when I tell you to start
that's when you can begin okay
so like I said get back in the position
please this one all right yeah right
here sorry this is the second time all
right but I'm telling you to just
started sorry all right hands to your
side all right so as I'm gonna say I'm
going to show you so you can look my way
all right you're gonna take nine Hill to
toe steps now so you're gonna be like
this one
two when you get to nine okay you're
gonna put that foot nine foot down so
you're gonna put the foot down take it
serious a small step like this okay nine
and back and then nine and back okay
okay and I want you
to go down and back without stopping
okay until you finish do you understand
yes okay so it's nine hold the toe steps
down and then you're gonna plant
and take many steps and come back and
it's nine back
okay nine they're wearing a nine back
yes okay okay but like I said you're
gonna I'm a nice step for their plants
okay all right ready begin
ouch or
nine
one
two
three
and nine
okay you can just turn around now nice
and starting position okay the last task
I'm gonna have you do ma'am have you put
your feet together hands to your side
you understand I want you to stand that
position until I tell you to move do you
understand yeah hands on the side okay
all right if you move over this way some
so you're on the crack
all right next one you can pick
whichever leg you would like to pick
okay
stay in that position until I tell you
okay second time I told you so you can
pick whichever leg you want racing up
six inches off pull up okay I want you
to look down at your toe like this and I
want you to count one thousand one the
one thousand two one thousand three one
thousand four looking down at the top of
your toe do you understand yes I do okay
and I will tell you when to start
and I will tell you when to stop do you
understand yes
all right
you may begin
more than one thousand two one thousand
three one thousand four one thousand
five one thousand six one thousand seven
one thousand eight one thousand
nine one thousand times One Thousand
Eleven one thousand twelve
thirteen one thousand fourteen one
thousand fifteen one thousand sixteen
one thousand Seventeen one thousand
eighteen one thousand nineteen one

eight thousand twenty nine
twenty nine thousand Thirty One Thousand
Thirty One Thousand thirty two thousand
thirty three thousand thirty four

okay
when was the last time you had something
to drink two hours ago I was working so
everything's two hours ago literally it
was we can't drink like that it really I
wouldn't lie to you guys
all right
I really just want my kid ones
I do I just got off work I've been there
since 10.00
I might read you this okay yes so it's
Mission Brookline requires the view to
submit to a preliminary breath test upon
request of a peace officer like myself
uh your referral to submit as requested
shall result in you being charged with a
civil infraction with a penalty up to
150 dollar fine
um
we're glad you're not injured yes
keep going keep going keep going
keep going keep going
I think you stopped halfway through so
it didn't work sorry
like literally yeah
I just want my son home
all right I'm gonna have you turn around
real quick now really all right I'm
gonna have you take this off real quick
I'm gonna just take this off
yeah
fingers like you're praying interlock
them okay
foreign
bring it back in this pocket okay
with my children
so once we get there going we have to do
ma'am we're gonna allow you to make a
call okay
so
all right
here we go
what about me attorney
all right what I'm gonna do is come
across here okay
and then I'm sure I come across here
with the back of my hand now
okay back of my hand right here man
[Applause]
yeah
damn I might have you lift this back so
I can double lock them
just so they don't tighten up ma'am
you're gonna have to stay back
you're okay her car is right there
all right well here here we'll get that
all right
so I'm trying to make sure they don't
throw them up
all right
here
can you get the hair out of my mouth
please
thanks a lot I hope you nothing today
I'm just doing my job
hey man we're gonna talk to you real
quick
um
when you're asking questions
right now
you can't go over we can't go over that
right now man you're glad you worked out
I'm on my blog I just want my son home
in his bed I just need you to sign and
then print
actually
you guys
we'll explain all that to you okay man
you can pay you want to turn your hands
so it doesn't hurt this way right there
is good I don't want your arm facing oh
man can you just put it over there I
know it's a lot hold on
um
I'm gonna explain everything to you okay
I'll tell you when you can get out
[Music]
too obviously but we have a job
if somebody yeah
all right let me shut the door we'll
talk to you through here
I'm gonna move this off for you all
right
yeah yeah I know
I don't want that
was it Madison Heights or no
ma'am can you can you listen real quick
yeah so right now you're being charged
with just you know operating on soccer
can you listen I'm trying to talk to you
so basically what happens is you go with
us as long as you follow through with
all the tests and everything you'll be
released once you're sober so you might
be with us first three hours you might
be with us for four hours five hours you
know it's not gonna be any long super
long period of time okay
and you shouldn't have to pay a bond or
anything
I understand that man but you also got
to take care of yourself you know what I
mean it's hard it is what it is at this
point you're crying about it doesn't
help you know I mean you're throwing a
doll you know you know the law I mean
it's not it's not it's not the end of
the world that's what you got to realize
[Music]
I know but guess what the good thing is
you're not injured right now and you're
still going to be able to see him
so you'd rather not be here and not be
here for your son
out
Fosters
Oklahoma
it loses
okay
the corners
I know right
the right side oh sorry I was trying
there's one the right side the corner
thank you there's one here that's close
