I feel so stupid now wearing this dress Josh are you going to stand up yes or no no stop stop stop stop stop Josh stop no Amber on March 12th 2018 a 32-year-old woman named Amber young was wearing a wedding dress and got into a small car crash she accidentally hit two cars from behind when the police showed up they were surprised to find a bride upset at the scene can I talk to you yes so what's going on today he's coming get me okay are you okay I what's going on El I'm not like where I'm supposed to be where's your wedding at it's over at the the horse branch on a like like aine I we just going to pick up some stuff before the wedding Amber can can you look at me for a second are you okay have you taken anything today drank anything today no no okay so what happened today so I was driving and then they stopped me quickly so I sto F to and them it to go fast up Amber was in a rush and looked upset she told the police that she was going to her wedding she said she was quickly getting some things before going to the ceremony one of the officers wanted to make sure that she was okay okay and hadn't drunk anything that could make her drive badly weather I understand supposed to be there what time were you supposed to be there it's supposed to be there at least by 12 what time do you think it is right now maybe about 10: it's 11: where were you going right now I was I was going to go buy some more flowers for some of the arrangements do you ever drink alcohol while on your medication no it just called me husand I'm sorry about that I'm for cute I just want to get to my wedding I know I feel so stupid now wearing this dress I'm like why cuz I feel like I'm not going to get there is that your wedding dress yes while talking Amber said she took twice the amount of her medicine that the doctor told her to take about 4 hours before the crash what's your prescribed amount it's supposed to be like one pill but I took two pills today okay how long ago so about um 4 hours ago okay so you took double your amount do you think that affected you at all maybe a little bit the officers felt that something was wrong they did some tests to see if she could walk and move normally but Amber couldn't do them well just to make sure you're you're okay is I'm going to run you through some tests if you're okay with that okay so when I was having you standand like this did you understand to keep your feet together like that and to keep your feet like Heel To Toe do you want them Heel To Toe I can do that okay that that's why I was explaining in the in the directions so heel toe 4716 go ahead and try to find the hgm please the next test we're going to do is a twole stand okay yes all right start 100 100 2 1003 1004 1005 they asked her to blow into a machine to check her breath and took a sample of her blood that's when things started to go wrong for Amber we'll do the blood draw test do I have to do I mean like do I really okay Amber I'll just let you know now with the test results and how you were on the test you you are going to be under arrest for if you reach to the blood draw then your license can be suspended no longer within 90 days so what if I uh disagree to the blood draw if you disagree then it would be a minimum of 12 months suspension on your license and we would pursue with a blood draw warrant and we would get a warrant to draw your blood at First Amber said she hadn't drunk any alcohol but later she admitted that she had a drink that morning she said it was her wedding day and she was feeling a bit excited and nervous the officers understood but they had rules to follow so they had to arrest Amber and take her for more tests there's no point what do you mean there's no point there's no point cuz I well do you do you understand so I've I've had alcohol this morning to it's my wedding you you told me you didn't and and and like you get that but like if if you were to test me it would still come back positive it's my wedding day and it felt was going be fun I was like excited about it I'm placing in the back of my car and handcuffs we're going to go down to our substation to do the yes you're under arrest right Amber want turn around you canl your back for me but how do I how do I him we're going to tell him right now okay right watch your okay and go ahead and take a seat in that chair in front of you at the police station they checked Amber's blood and found that her alcohol level was high 354 that means she was very drunk they looked into things more and found out some surprising stuff Amber wasn't going to a wedding at all you had mentioned earlier that you did drink some some alcohol today I don't remember saying that at all did you drink any alcohol at all today no no I think I maybe had a glass of champagne this morning yeah yeah I did just one glass of champagne yeah what time um would it was about 11:00 uh I was talking to you at the accident at 11:00 yeah so it was like right before that are you supposed to be drinking with your prescription medication probably not but it was my wedding day and I was like one nice thing go my way you guys are kind of like TP aren't you I am I was going to say I was like you're like the Ronda Rousey of like cops I'll take that okay that's it that's a m right yeah you did good you I mean you did good what time was your wedding supposed to start it was supposed to start like 3: and it's not going to happen now so yeah we're we're going to have to release you to your fiance okay your fiance should be here in just a second okay that's right now I kind of just want to cry but I guess okay Amber was charged with DUI and speeding the officers released her to a man she claimed was her fiance but the wedding she mentioned was nowhere on her actual agenda moving on from this chaotic scene let's discuss another where the unexpected turns the ordinary into the extraordinary Josh on August 12th 2022 the police were called because there was a big problem happening at home A man was very upset and looked like he had been hurt he told the police that his boyfriend had attacked him and wouldn't let him back inside their apartment they had a big fight and his boyfriend thought he was cheating on him it got violent and his boyfriend threw him out and took away his keys he choked me um I got slamed onto the table um push shoved are you hurt every my my hand my started this uh fight he said I was being too loud okay um my hand my arm you said you were being too loud I was being too loud in the living room we arguing or stuff not until I was did you hit him not at first he I was in the living room watching TV he came out Furious um there there's some other things about that's old right yeah oh this yes that's old but I'm talking about like the the swalling on my hand okay um and my neck um basically we he thought I cheated on him I didn't he came out Furious he's a little drunk right now I'm a little drunk right now I was sitting man to climb through a window to let them inside he took my key I mean he took every he took your keys yes I live he took his keys I mean it's my that's not my current address on there but I mean Josh it's the police we just got to talk man hey come outside come on I want to jump through the window a l of say the living room window yeah if you're not going to like charge me with like breaking an entering house right yes I a prove rant I do you like live here for or you just no I live here i i p r the way you asked like said it like oh are you going to charge me with breaking you know what I mean like are you on the around or who's on the leas you're drunk he's drunk I don't want this I can prove paperwork I can prove proof of residence I can all right you ran him did he come back to this address no this his ID is my ID is old it's expired ID but I mean I can show you like mail proof of residence I've been getting how long have you been living here morning in 6 months we moved in [Music] February I do you want to yeah I mean just to grab my I don't know lock the door okay it's just great do you have any weapons in the house no what's up with the lights oh that that's what's which one's bedroom Straight Ahead Pantry to the left once inside Josh was pretending to be asleep sleep ignoring the police they tried to wake him up but he kept pretending not to know what was going on the police didn't believe him and kept asking him questions hey Josh coming in buddy hi wake up you have anything on you huh you have anything on you no weapons no it's the police man all right get up what's going on man nothing you fighting with your your boyfriend no no here get up for me just cuz I don't you don't have anything on the toes and stuff no man no okay all right so what happened what's what's going on can y' all leave no what happened we got to know what happened did you guys get into an argument Jos we're just trying to clear this up man as soon as we clear it up we can get going Josh seriously man you're an adult let's go come on police are here we got to figure out what's going on yo seriously dude wake up like you're not sleeping we're right here dude Josh you know if you don't say anything we get a golf what the we're just going to go with his statement Josh tried to make the situation seem less serious he said he was just angry and broke some headphones and he denied hurting anyone he acted like he didn't know what was going on and even asked how the police got inside but his boyfriend had visible injuries that showed there was some more to the story it seemed like the fight was worse than Josh wanted to admit Josh are you going to talk yes or no now is the time I we're not playing games here man no one's playing games I don't even know why you're in here I didn't you know why we're here no I don't what happened nothing happened I don't know what he's talking about first and foremost all right I was we're here for a reason I was we don't just show people's houses yes he called you right and you're involved in his story he's the reason why you're here right yeah figure out what him I didn't do anything to him let me see your hands my hand was because I snapped his uh snapped the um the uh yeah okay his headphones one let me see the other hand did he hit you we didn't hit I didn't hit anybody you didn't hit anybody no let me see your problems then how'd you get this one right headphones snap okay so you went like that that would be on your pal that's why there again headphones sna okay so did you hit him at all I didn't hit him at all no you choke him I didn't do anything to him why were you play sleeping then why were you didn't you tell I was sleeping I don't even know how the you guys got in here to begin with where' he hit you next ribs you said he hit your chest right you lift up a little higher where like like kind like here yeah like here and then on side of my neck what's this cut on your face from all right here what cut stay stay right there stay right there don't as the police kept asking questions Josh tried harder to trick them sometimes he acted like he didn't know why they were there and other times he said he didn't do anything wrong but the evidence and the victim's story showed he was lying his lies didn't work and the truth came out I don't know what his problem is did he hit you at all we didn't get into any altercation no altercation at all no I didn't get physical with him he didn't get physical with me I showed my expression of frustration on the headphones and that was it okay nothing about cheating or anything no no at last the police realized how serious things were they asked the victim if he wanted to take legal action and he said yes he pointed out that he was much smaller than Josh and couldn't have started the fight stop outside why would you say that he didn't hit you dud seriously like we're not joking around them like I got two separate stories he said he didn't hit me because he doesn't want to get in trouble okay I mean that I mean you're drunk he's drunk you know what I mean like I stories from he's a much bigger guy than me clearly I'm not going to be the aggressor you think I'm going to push no you want him arrested I'm the little out here you know crying you want arrested yeah Josh tried one more time to take control he told the police to leave and he got angry but the police stayed firm because of his resistance Josh got more charges added against him resisting arrest and hurting a police officer Josh we're not playing games get get up no one's playing games why are get up get up like sit on the floor or stand on the floor let's go come on seriously no no no no no no yes yes that that's exactly what we're going to do get up you guys are going to get out of my house no get up out of my house out of my house Josh are you going to stand up yes or no no no okay get up stop what are you seriously dude why stop stop no stop stop
