provides free of charge you also may have a test conducted by a qualified person of your choice at your expense you however will have to make your own arrangements for that test if you have a commercial driver's license or operating a commercial motor vehicle other other consequences may result from positive test results or from refusing testing such as being Place auto service or intoxicated um so right now she's under arrest for OWI third okay and there's uh quite a few other charges they're coming with because of her actions tonight okay uh she was fighting with us so nobody got hurt well thank God for that but it is OWI third so it's criminal also because there's a child under 16 in there that's Criminal um so that kind of changes things and there's resistant arrest so then there's pulling the wrong plates on a vehicle no actual registration no Insurance like all of it we did just one one moment we're trying to do what we could to help her out she didn't help not at all and it's unfortunate because like you think that we give everybody more than a fair Shake sure she tied her hands okay um she's been fighting ever since so in the meantime what happened is the investigating Deputy the primary investigating Deputy he's going for the blood draw with her okay she is gonna have to go to jail um this isn't something she can get just get released for right um in the meantime that's why I brought him and the dog here because everybody saw that you were home I'm like well I'll give it a try because I'd be working on the tire sure tire and I'm getting ready to
