everybody in today's video we have
something a little bit different because
we have a male Karen that gets arrested
for threatening to murder his neighbors
all because they put a little bit of
snow on his property to say he
overreacted would be quite the
understatement but before we get into

so my neighbor got stuck right down here
yeah you can see it and uh he ended up
having to go on his property
to come off right so he comes out of his
house yelling at my neighbor cussing him
out making threads telling him that he's
gonna burn his house down
and then I come outside what's going on
and he was like you know
we get into it you know because we have
some issues with the court with uh a
tree that I cut down and he didn't think
that I should have cut down I said well
take it up with the court system
now he steps on my property and he says
this to me and at this point because I'm
not the type of person that receives
that type of abuse and in the past I
haven't responded to that type of abuse
and I'm trying my best Gary has calmed
me down I was going to Deck the guy I'm
I kid you not but I held my composers
yeah I'm gonna let the police out on
this do you want to pursue charges yes I
do okay

it doesn't you can call us when that
happens you don't need to try to take
things in your own hands
in a conversation
it did didn't need to do that you could
have cut just contacted us
so Feud's what neighbors can get very
very dangerous because unfortunately you
see your neighbors almost on a daily
basis and in this country yes we do have
the First Amendment but that doesn't
mean you can say anything you want
threatening to murder people is not free
speech protected under the First
Amendment and Gary is about to find that
out the hard way
what can I do about this in my yard
we'll talk about that hold on
all that snow on my property you need to
call us I want you to sit over here
making threats you have any weapons or
anything on you Gary okay I didn't make

know what everyone's trying to deal with
for the yard to do that that's not
sliding off the driveway as you can see

Dave's drive with my little tractor yeah
and I was cleaning up next door because
they were doing it by hand yeah so I I
guess I started all this trouble so I
was plowing the snow and my tractor got
sucked off the edge yeah and and I took
it out I turned around in this yard I
know this guy's crazy and I thought well
I'm sure he's gonna come out here and
yell at me and all right and he did and
I said Gary
I apologize I was stuck I had no way to
get out was to turn around in your yard
I Didn't Do It maliciously sure and if I
did any damage to your lawn I'm happy to
pay for it and and he just went on and
on and on and he's like you pushed all
the snow on my property dude I'm being a
nice neighbor I'm plowing Dave's
driveway I've just met him a year and a
half ago about the house he's out of his
shovels yeah and he goes well I go to
shovel my drive with my hand I go dude
you want me to come over and plow the
snow I mean I'm so this is what I find
so stupid of this situation it's because
the neighbors with the electric or gas
powered snow plowers are usually always
willing to help out another neighbor I
know that for a fact because when I was
shoveling my driveway with shovels one
of my neighbors saw me and he had a snow
plower and he was more than happy to
help and this is the case in this
situation too if Gary would have just
chilled I'm sure this guy would have
gladly plowed his driveway but instead
now he's going to jail I've known his
dad for 40 years his dad's an awesome
guy Gary's always been a little bit of a
hothead yeah he wants to punch me out
get off that tractor I want to teach you
with us I mean really scary then
he threatened to burn down my house with
me in it okay I don't take that lightly
sure I got a half a million dollars in
that property and somebody Burns that
down I'm gonna be oh sure sure alone
with me in it so that's a malicious
threat to me in the case of lunatic yeah
and then then he walked away and then he
saw which which house are you in are you
on on this side this one okay I've been
fixing it for a year yeah
I like what you did with it thanks and
then you're gonna come up and sign right
over here so we can get cracking real
quick if you can get cracking on
statements because we're busy as crap
right now so we can if we can get if we
get this paperwork
yeah just write down yeah yeah write
down what uh and you guys can go inside
or whatever
so who do I need to sign here oh you
need to you need to write this just
write down what happened like I said if
you guys if you guys want to go inside
and write that way you're not staying
out here okay that's fine I'll be here

gonna take it back to the station you
guys don't mind following me back to the
jail
I don't know this right here in his
property okay
all this over a little bit of snow I
guess it's kind of good because now at
least they can identify a complete
maniac and remove him from society
temporarily but I am very concerned for
these neighbors because with a psycho
like Gary you never know what he's gonna
do next I'm sure they're armed to the
teeth in case anything happens but still
it's a very dangerous situation

and you just take their word for granted
nothing happens well I think there's a
witness I'm not sure exactly what they
told them I'm just taking you back

the
way you went about it is why the
situation is the way it is now
well we'll have you give a statement as
well to jail but based off of what our
officers observed and what they told
them
they determined that you could be on you
placed under arrest they had enough
probable cause to believe you couldn't
committed the crime so
we're gonna enter the jail through the
sally port door the JL Drive is all
covered
