I spoke to the girl that works in my shop. I told her to give her back. >> Okay. So the customer is still outside. >> No no this is the customer. The girl who works at my shop that's inside. >> So they both call the police at the same time but I told her to call the police because I can't give her that money and you guys were going to follow make a paperwork small case for it cuz I already know how this works. So then she grabbed her purse and told her she told us she grabbed her purse and told her um give me the money. Um give me the money and I'll give you back your stuff. >> So things escalated. When she tried to grab her passport out of it, the customer punched her in the face. >> She hit me in my face in my surveillance camera. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> So, what's going on? >> She >> don't listen to what she's talking about. Tell me what your side of the story. >> Oh, what happened was So, it looks like I'm >> Thank you. >> Um, she booked her service. She has to pay half of the money for her service. >> Are you the employee? The are you? >> I throw her hair. Um, she has to pay half the money for her service. She paid for her hair. The bundles. It's a hair and food service. She her appointment was days ago. Her hair was already colored and I used it on several regular. Her hair was already used. She had to come back days after. So, I let her come and the color did not take on her bundles. I tried to explain it to her. I said, "What can I do to accommodate you? Like, I'm going to come tomorrow." Do you see my face? >> Hey, can you keep telling me the story, please? >> I said, "Um, do you want to come back tomorrow? I'm going to repurchase the bundles for you and I'm going to dye it. I'm not going to have an assistant diet. I'm going to dye the hair properly." She starts to get all aggressive and screaming and [ __ ] all this extra stuff. When I was just trying to solve her problem, I can't offer her a refund on something she purchased already. And I offered her more to I offered her what she purchased. >> All right. >> Profit. >> Okay. So, you guys are arguing about the money, hair, whatever. Whatever. Whatever. >> Yeah. >> And then what happened? Who hit who? What happened? >> She hit She took my bag and I tried to reach for my passport and she punched me in my face. And I have all of it on surveillance. >> Let's go look at that. >> This way. Excuse me, sir. >> This way. Can you stop talking to them and just show me the camera, please? Jesus Christ. Police asked to see the footage. There was some confusion about how to access the cameras. The stylist was clearly upset, in pain, and asking for medical attention. >> Come on, focus. Let's go. >> Focus. I don't care about her right now. >> For you. I'm just saying. You're making it worse for >> something. I have no clue. >> The cameras are right here. I don't >> Can you show me what you're talking about? I don't have I cannot show you >> people. >> I'm trying to help you and you just my face hurts. >> You want EMS? You want medical to come talk to you? >> Gosh, yes. I need to file a lawsuit. The hit me in my face. >> The client says she paid $225 for a hair appointment that didn't go as planned. She had originally booked it for the day before, but the stylist asked to reschedule. She drove over an hour from Miami and waited patiently. >> I have ti >> gave me my ID. >> Yeah. >> I'm the one that's in a situation with the hair stylist. >> Okay. >> So, I paid her $225 Friday. I know y'all can't give me no money back, but I paid her $225 on Friday. I come from Miami. I drove up here today cuz we reschedled. I was supposed to come yesterday. I rescheduled with She said, "Come today at 4:00." I've been here since 4:00. As I'm driving up here, she's like, "Um, can we reschedu until 5:30?" But I'm like, "Hey, I'm already on the way." She's like, "Okay, well, I'll be done around 5:30." So, I said, "Okay, that's fine. I'll wait." I waited. She wasn't done till 6:30, 7:00. I finally get in her chair, and when I'm getting in her chair, she's like basically like on the phone talking about, "Well, you know how somebody tries to come and talk to you about something that >> The client immediately noticed it wasn't the right color. It was black instead of the shade they had agreed on." She also claimed the stylist later accused her of being under the influence, which she strongly denied. She was basically saying that the hair wasn't dyed. She was trying to tell me in her way, but it really wasn't. So, come to find out the hair that I purchased, it wasn't dyed to my actual hair color. It's black. So, I'm looking at her like, "Hey, like I have to drive an hour back to Miami. Like, clearly this is not going to happen today." You know what I'm saying? So, I was like, "Can I just please get my refund so I can go about my day and I got to figure out what I got to do cuz I have work to go to later on." She basically told me, "No, I'm not giving a refund because I bought two." I shorted because she ran up to me. So, I was defending myself. I'm not a liar. She ran up to me, tried to grab me, and I punched her in her [ __ ] Don't run up to me. I don't even know what you have in your hand. So, I did smack her and broke my phone with it, but I I I'm not going to lie to you. I did. Um, so anyway, so I'm like, I looked at the hair. I said, "The hair is black. I need a refund." Or like, "You need to figure out." She's like, "Well, I don't do refunds because I bought the hair twice." I'm like, "That has nothing to do with me." I was like, "You bought the hair twice? You knew since Friday that you were supposed to have my hair a certain color. So now today you're dyeing your the hair. The hair is completely soaked in wet. Okay. She talking about I didn't dye the hair today. I said, "Girl, the hair is soaked in wet." Literally. Now she calling y'all talking about I do drugs and off I'm off pills or some No, I do absolutely none of that. I'm a military brat. Like come on, be for real. And a mother. She mad. She's right. So that's basically what happened. They were all here. They all witnessed it. >> The client says she didn't know what the stylist was carrying. Scissors or something else? And that's when she reacted. She admits to hitting the stylist once, saying it was in self-defense. >> She lit asked him. I'm not even You can go ask. She came up to me, tried to grab me, and I hit her in her [ __ ] cuz she went inside her suite, came out and try to approach me like, "Why are you I don't even know what you have in your hand. There's scissors in there. There's all kinds of It's my first time meeting you. I don't know who who you are." So, imagine somebody going somewhere, coming back, and coming up to you. You're going to feel threatened, especially if you're already arguing with somebody. So, I defended myself. I hit her one time. She backed up and left me alone. I said, "Call the cops." >> She claimed she never wanted a fight. She just wanted her money back and to go home. >> And then she called you guys because I don't know. She said, "I'm crazy. I'm off of pills. Y'all can check my card. This is my car here." >> How do you say your name? >> Sally. It's Hawaiian. >> Oh, nice. >> Do you She's beer. So, your question here? >> It's my first time here. I live in Miami. >> Okay. >> That's what I'm saying. She's fried. >> There's 20 of us. But that case from 2019 for a 41 home invasion. >> I know. >> We don't have any involvement. I called them on it. They didn't they didn't respond. So >> I'll get 3 hours up here. >> I'm saying call my mom. >> I got you. >> My phone broke. I'm literally up here by myself >> looking crazy. >> Romeo 520. So why'd you come all the way from Miami? because mutual friends >> recommended her. >> Yes. And it was crazy because when I sat here and I'm sitting here for like two hours, literally sitting here. I'm like, "Hey, when are you done? X Y and Z." Like literally have text messages and she's like, "Oh, the girl changed her hair. The girl that walks out is my friend." And I was like, "Um, I was like, "Oh, you lucky you're my friend cuz what the fuck?" And she drove from Miami. So, as my messenger girl, she was like, "Girl, the hair I have in my head, it's already falling. I don't like it." She's like, "The hair is basically like store package hair." And she already told me that. I'm thinking you're getting extensions sewn in. >> I'm getting extensions sewn into my head. So, she was telling me already like her hair is trash. >> So, you have like like natural like straight hair too, right? >> Yeah. Well, curly. She blow dried it out. So, as she's telling me this, she was like basically saying >> black. What is the black stuff? >> It's like a cat >> so our hair doesn't get ruined. >> Oh, well, they do. >> I wish I could show you. My friend literally just left. She literally said her comment. She was talking [ __ ] about me. She literally said, "I hope this [ __ ] don't have me here all day." Referring to me. I'm like, "Girl, I didn't here because of you." >> Now it's the stylist's turn to explain what happened. This time under oath. July 30th, 2024. It's about 2019 hours. I don't know. >> And what beach is she going to? What jail? What do you have to show? >> Just sit her in there for now. >> Is there a way like this can get off my record or no? What should have been a normal hair appointment ended with police broken belongings and one woman in handcuffs all over a refund that never came. Both sides told their story, but only one walked away facing charges. What do you think? Should the stylist have given the refund? Let us know in the comments. Thanks for watching.
