vehicle related to a shooting the

one passenger the incident quickly
escalates into a high-speed chase
through a neighborhood of Park and
features two very fit officers who never

second suspect's being captured the

charged with one count of fleeing an
officer with a vehicle and one count of
second degree recklessly endangering
safety this particular suspect was
involved in an entirely separate police
chase 5 months prior to this incident
and was in the middle of serving their 2
years of probation during this footage
for this case he pled and was found
guilty of fleeing an officer with a
vehicle for this he was sentenced to 6
months in a house of correction which
would run concurrently with his 2 years
of probation from his previous record as
a convicted felon it was determined he
may never legally possess a firearm
again for this case no charges were
brought related to a shooting as for the
passenger of the vehicle he is Presumed
Innocent of any wrongdoing until he is
convicted guilty in a court of law I
