someone reported a fight when the officers arrived they tried to talk to a woman who was involved but she was distraught and didn't want to cooperate what what ended up happening over at the CBS me and my mom's friend fought that's why I was walking in the first place okay and then this other person end up I'm literally trying to call her right now I know well listen hang on no I'm not doing whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa the officers learned that this wasn't just about a simple argument the woman Tiffany had been accused of doing something terrible to her own mother but it gets more complicated no cuz I'm getting yelled at for you're getting yell at yeah I'm getting yelled at for it well how am I yelling at you I'm tired of people yelling at me I just found out my mom has cancer again and she was being a total so I yelled at her and threw soda at her you threw a soda at your mom no not my mom why the hell would I thr was you take your mom cancer and somebody was yelling at you no the Kelly I TR try to call Kelly to apologize to her the girl what girl the one that d drove us here the one that probably called you well somebody called TS I haven't looked at that call yet tell I'm trying to call her back and she won't answer my call Tiffany was arguing with a friend of her mom's named Kelly who also happened to be her wife's friend they had all been together when they found out some bad news about Tiffany's mom who' been battling cancer and I've been trying to freaking apologize and she won't answer the phone okay so what happened between you and Kelly she was talk telling me that I was a and everything about the being a and being mean because I said that she should regret what she said to Mom earlier before she went in there because she told my mom that she would be dramatic and everything started with small incident and then she blew out out of control Kelly did or she did she did Kelly Kelly did okay by saying things about she said call the cop I'm sorry for she got out of the car I got out of the car and said if they're taking you they're taking me I'm sorry I'm crying so what happened between okay cuz you're like oh if you're taking her taking me what is that what are you talking about because the cops and said I want her to take and I was trying to call her to just avoid the situation tell her I'm sorry for throwing sooda on you I'm sorry for yelling at you or being mean or whatever you think I did but she won't answer me who is Kelly in reference to you guys like who is she she's my mom's friend that's my wife's friend so Kelly started talking crap about your mom and then get and I told her no I told her after we got out of there and got told her my mom has cancer again sorry it's just a ridiculous thing and I was like you should apologize and say sorry and you're you should regret what you said to her because of it CU she has now she has big us thing of cancer so she got I was dead cuz I'm pretty sure my mom's going to die so I at her and I was like you're being rude cuz she told me I was being off she has cancer blown out of proportions and she threw us out of the car according to Tiffany during this stressful time Kelly said something very hurtful about her mom being dramatic about her illness this made Tiffany very angry so she threw soda at Kelly and yelled at her after this Tiffany tried to apologize to Kelly over the phone but Kelly wouldn't answer while Tiffany was talking to the officers she mentioned a blonde guy who started bothering her when she walked away from the car after the argument she was scared and ran from him this situation was also confusing over at CVS yeah so listen did this other blonde guy thing ever happen yeah it did I swear my you know it looks kind of funny after this other person calls and because I thought she was being wasn't being serious I thought I could apologize to her and then she started saying stuff about your mom's cancer that's when I started walking home cuz she kicked me out of the car and I don't blame her I was being in so yeah I would have kicked me out of the car too and that's when I was walking and that blonde guy started ring me touching me I was behind me all right so you were being from what you said in to Kelly and then you threw a soda on I spilled my soda on her not threw a soda on her just a minute ago you said you threw a soda officers tried to calm things down but Tiffany was resistant and even started to walk away from them the police had to tell her to stay and not to make things worse they warned her that if she didn't cooperate she could be arrested yeah that's why I started walking that's when the blond guy went sto harassing me and I got scared and R stop whining listen I'm not trying to wh I'm crying about my mom right now stop about it okay because just 10 minutes ago when you're with Kelly you're Miss badass pourn soda on her and then now all of a sudden you're in general it doesn't sound like it to you cuz it sounds like it to me we're going to start well right now she's going to wait going to know you're waiting right here yourself do I do we have to like chase after you yeah yeah I don't care I don't care you're going to wait you're going to wait right here do not push me you're going I'll push you back walk away again this going to make I don't care make got your hand off I'm talk to my mom stop stop stop get over get we are not doing this not for two days you doing this was unnecessary completely unnecessary please get off me I can't breathe please I I can't breathe I can't [Music] breathe making situations worse and worse and worse yeah I'm being worse because I'm crying about my mom dying you're fighting with the police I mean Jesus trying to get away cuz you're hurting you're trying to get away from the police why you do that trying to kick me cuz you were hurting me I have a I told you we told you to stop you didn't I'm sorry well too late to be sorry come on stand up stand up come on stand up Daddy huh daddy my arm is out of anything AR you're not supposed to have no why what you better stop I just wanted to my M sit down during their talk it came out that Tiffany's mother was taking strong pain medication for her cancer and there was a concern that Tiffany might be using these medications too this was a serious issue because it suggested that Tiffany might be taking drugs that her mom really needed for her pain who is katron zth huh that's mom why does she have her pills my wife keep narcotics okay so this is your wife's narcotics why does she have your wife's narcotics are you not understanding what I'm saying this is not your wife right you say my my wife keeps all of our narcotics I'm asking you why does she have your wife's narcotics so what's her issue why has she all been out of shape over everything right now she gets angry because Kelly decides to um make you know my mother my mother my wife when she came out of the uh cancer place uhhuh right here she's got a big new MK okay and they and uh you know she Kelly made a a you know remark to my wife that says see what happens when you don't take care of yourself okay you know so it was a simple thing but uh my daughter has a tendency to anger up really quickly you don't say yes in the end Tiffany was arrested for resisting the officers and for the altercation with Kelly what's the charge uh it's going to be simple bat and B Leo okay on Tiffany again I know you're searched on seam do you have anything that you're not supposed to have okay cuz if not you've already been to jail before they're going to do the body scan I if something pops up then we're going to have to go through that whole M okay I'm all right I'm sorry again try to adjust your shirt here okay even though she admitted to the soda incident the whole situation showed how complicated and sad the circumstances were her mother's illness the argument with Kelly and the misunderstanding with the
