getting arrested in this case we have a
Hooters waitress that is beyond
plastered honestly I don't think we've
seen anybody this drunk on this channel

the video you were at Hooters drinking
before like before Hooters because that
would just passed somewhere else because

many drinks did you have this is two I
have my third one I finished my third
one I was on my sports one I had three
of them so foreign
thinks what kind of drink was it the uh

technically just finished my third one
so let me get this straight the drink is

four of them and you know that drunks
rarely tell the truth so if she's
admitting to four she probably had eight

little thing for me and my friend and
then I had my fourth one that was gonna
ask so you had four so far and then how
many did you have three but I was gonna
get a fourth one you didn't finish it no
ma'am I didn't even finish it and did
you drink anything in the vehicle when
you got in the vehicle before you left
no I just had that one dream which was
it awfully there

just passed out this always happens I

I ordered and passed out honestly I've
never seen a drunk driver
self-incriminate as much as this this is
beyond hilarious she will have
absolutely no defense when she gets in
front of the judge because it's so
obvious that she's wasted there is no
way she's going to be able to prove that
she was sober

by sober what do you mean as in just
drinking alcohol

when I get drunk I know how I get so
like my mom wanted to leave my car this
weekend let me know how you get as in
like when I drive she didn't want me to
like run into someone else or like just
had to happen before
um no no that's what I'm drinking she
just doesn't want that to happen because
I had someone hit me when I just bought
my cars so I just got my car in April I
just barely got that that was my first
car I ever got I got that on England I
bought my car equal nine I didn't get my
car fully to the week afterwards so you
did have about three drinks and a half
tonight yes but I didn't
okay like so it's because you did pass
out right here in the yes driver's seat
I'm gonna ask you if you're willing to
submit to some field sobriety test
because I need to know if you're able to
drive for you to go home yeah you're
willing to submit to them what was the
mature sobriety test okay so I'm gonna

honestly this woman is so incoherent
that at this point I don't think they
need any more evidence they should just
breathalyze her and cuff her and that
will be enough but obviously the law
doesn't work like that and they will
follow the procedures but I'm just
saying that the prosecutor will have a
very very easy time with this case no

and I got kicked out of high school I

she watches this at some point and

that is willing to drive this drunk in
this state probably doesn't have any
judgment to avoid that mistake in the

book at her because she could have
killed people in that state that is

arrest for DWI the New Mexico implied
consent act requires you to submit to a
breath test to determine the alcohol
content of your blood after you take our
test you have the right to choose an
additional independent test if you
choose to take the additional
independent test you have the right to a
reasonable opportunity to arrange for a
position a licensed nurse or laboratory
technician or technologist who is
employed by a hospital or physician of
your own choice to perform an additional
chemical test the cost of this
additional test will be paid by the law
enforcement agency do you agree to take
our test

we don't have the result of the
breathalyzer but what we do know is that
she was arrested exactly five months
later for driving while license
suspended and failure to appear so it's
pretty obvious that she has not fixed
her way she's not going on the straight
and narrow and I'm pretty sure we will
be seeing her in the next video in the
next few months hopefully she doesn't
kill anybody hopefully she changes her
ways but it's highly unlikely anyways
