suspect was arraigned with a forty
thousand dollars cash Bond as part of a
plea agreement he was convicted of Hit
and Run involving great bodily harm or
death two counts of second degree
recklessly endangering safety fleeing
and eluding in possession with intent to
distribute cocaine party to a crime
the defendant was sentenced to a minimum
of six years and three months in prison
and a maximum of 11 years and three
months in prison he was given credit for
having served approximately eight months
of jail time prior to his sentencing at
no point during the chase was anyone
injured and there was no use of force
