cops showed up turns out she was drunk

since she wasn't Cooperative enough to
do the tests on the spot it looks like
they brought her to the jail to perform
the tests over there now I don't know
why but I have a feeling she is going to
fail miserably

just look at your eyes something crazy
um
All I'm gonna have you do is if you
could just stand straight up with your
feet heels and Toes together
um just relax your arms down at your
sides and then if you want to just turn
and face me this way
all right then can you see the tip of my
finger okay do you have any eye problems
abnormalities anything weird I can't see
like up close
just have like a prescription like I'm
farsighted okay yeah okay no like crazy
eye diseases or anything weird like that
okay but like my left eye is worse than
my right okay can you see the tip of my
finger okay okay uh just follow the tip
of my finger with your eyes only keep
your head still okay okay all right

so what we can observe here from the
test is that first of all her head is
not staying straight she's wobbling a
lot because she's completely wasted and
then when we look at the actual eyes
she's always blinking and you can see
that they're fidgeting left and right
quite obviously she's going to fail this
portion of the test because she's
plastered and you don't need to be an
expert to notice that a lot of times on
this channel sometimes we cover drunk
drivers and it's really hard to tell by
their speech and their behavior if
they're wasted or not but in this case
it's clear as day

um next one we're gonna do is called the
walk and turn test do you have any
issues with your legs hips knees
anything that would prevent you from
walking in a straight line okay awesome
I'm gonna have you start at the very
start of this tape line right there
um there's a bunch of Specific
Instructions so I'm just going to read
them from a book just so we're on the
same page okay so what I'm going to have
you do if you want to get in that
starting position from when I was
looking at your eyes just feet heels and
Toes together should relax your arms
down at your sides for me thank you just
stay in that position until I tell you
to do otherwise okay
so don't begin the test until I tell you
to and once you begin the test do not
stop until you've completed the test
keep your arms down at your sides at all
times watch your feet at all times and
count your steps out loud does that make
sense okay so now what I'm going to have
you do
is put your right foot in front of your
left foot with your right heel touching
your left toe
so just like this right foot forward
right heel touching your left toe yep
and then if you want to put your left
foot actually on in the middle of the
line we're just going to use this line
straight down and back okay and count
every step correct yep I'll keep reading
the instructions just hold that pose
until I tell you otherwise okay cool
um so when I say begin you're going to
take nine Heel To Toe steps down the
line turn around and take nine Heel To
Toe steps back down the same line okay
you're going to make your turn by
keeping your front foot on the line and
then use your other foot to turn
yourself around with a series of small
steps does that all make sense so like
this
I'm going to show it to you okay
just from what I've read to you do you
have any questions about it just like
count each step and go like kill
so yeah I'll demonstrate it for you so
she's finding it funny she's giggling
but I'm sure she won't find it as funny
when she has to pay a bunch of fees and
loses her license because honestly DUIs
are not a joke and that's what we need
to teach these young Karen's they need
to understand that their actions have
consequences the only difference is I'm

um so let's get in that very first
starting position feet heels and Toes
together arms just relax down to your

you're gonna raise either foot so I'll
let you choose approximately six inches
off the ground with your toes pointed
out keep both of your legs straight and
hold that position while you count out
loud in the following manner one

on until I tell you to stop okay
um if you happen to put your foot down
immediately lift it back up and continue
counting from where you left off
watch your raised foot while you're
counting and keep your arms relaxed down
at your sides throughout the test does
that make sense okay so again I'm going
to demonstrate it for you
so again you're going to choose which
foot you want to lift up I'm going to
lift up my right foot that's just my
preference so think about which one you
want to do okay so
so the test is going to look just like

and I called my mom when it was New
Year's and then so she says that she had
four shots within one hour honestly that
explains why she's this [ __ ] up at
least she's telling the truth no
so
her and her boyfriend were at the
apartment still
or her her boyfriend no sorry her
boyfriend and my boyfriend were at the
apartments though okay
and they were playing 2K and I don't
know what they were doing but we came
back and we just we were chilling for a
little bit and it was New Year's so I
called my mom
and then
my boyfriend was like I'm ready to go
and I was like we're both too drunk to
drive so I called my mom okay and that's
why I was on the phone with my mom
and then

um what was what's your boyfriend's name

um just because he we found a little bit
of marijuana on him
um I just want to ask have you had any
did you smoke anything tonight
I mean
a little bit okay can you like would you
guess what time
what's earlier like we're at we're at
almost 4 a.m like yesterday
before midnight
like yesterday
okay so before you started drinking even
like yesterday yesterday
like well yesterday's a long day I'm
just trying to get a sense okay so like
Monday night okay we're at yeah we're at
Wednesday morning right now yeah so two
days ago yeah I know after midnight I
just got back from vacation okay where'd
you go
uh the Caribbean okay my pants okay so
you do you feel high

um and you said you called your mom
because you felt like you were too drunk
to drive okay okay and then she said my
dad was coming and then like he didn't
come so I was sitting in the car because
my boyfriend was being like extra and
um I was with my friend at her house
with her boyfriend and honestly my plans
were to stay there and I was telling my
mom like I want to stay here and then
when we went out to the car because my
boyfriend he just left the apartment
okay I called my mom and I was like I
don't know what to do because I already
told them like we were both too drunk
and I was like I don't know what to do
can you please come pick me up and she
was like I'll ask Dad because she takes
medicine pills for her heart yeah so
like she can't drive past a certain time
because like it tells her not to drive
so she asked my dad
and when I was just calling her when the
situation happened I was like
and then I saw that you guys were here
and I was like Mom I don't know what to
do like I literally just came out to
check on him I wanted to leave okay like
that was the situation gotcha okay so
here's what's going on
um I did see what I'm looking for in
your eyes when I was checking your eyes
it's called nystagmus
um if you can picture a windshield wiper
going across a dry windshield where it's
kind of jerky like that I did see that a
little bit when I was looking at your
eyes
um but you did great on the other two
tests uh but with you saying that you
felt like you were too intoxicated to
drive what I'm going to ask is if you do
a portable breathalyzer test
um just to see kind of where you're at
with alcohol
um the thing is is like I wasn't even
trying to drive that's why I was like
the phone with my mom yeah but um try
and understand it from where I'm at I
can't read your mind if you're trying to
drive or not you were in the car with
the car on so that's why I have to make
sure I don't know if you drove to the
apartment I don't know if you were going
to drive from the apartment
now I find this case to be very very
interesting because the officer has no
evidence that she actually drove but on
the other hand she was in the driver's
seat in control of the vehicle with the
car turned on she is definitely not
allowed to do that I wonder if she tries
to contest in court what would happen if
she could just like vouch for what my
mom said like I called her like hours
ago and that's what your mom said that
you were on the phone with her when I
was trying to talk to you no and I was
on the phone with her before that too
okay so here's what I'm gonna do I'm
going to grab a little device out of my
car
um and then I'm just going to ask for a
breath test so give me like 30 seconds

so she tested positive on the initial
breathalyzer sample and that's why she
had to do an evidentiary one which she
also tested positive for Perfect all

I've got to put these back on for the
ride over there can you turn around to
the jail is where we're going next
what am I going to jail yes like in a
cell uh well your mom's gonna be right
behind us to pick you up so as soon as
they take your pictures and your
fingerprints then you can go home they
probably won't even make you change I
can't be
first as soon as we get there I don't
have a female officer to go with you
okay
so when Caitlyn blew into the
breathalyzer she tested positive and her
blood alcohol content level was 0.145 so
that is almost double the legal limit so
she was charged with resisting arrest
and driving Under the Influence with .08
or greater she decided to plead guilty
so I do believe that she probably was
driving if she wasn't driving why would
she plead guilty but anyway she had to
pay
3229 in fees and on top of that she had
to do two days in jail with 240 hours of
community service so that's it for the
video towards the beginning she was
definitely acting like a Karen and then
she was acting just like a goofy drunk
but anyways hopefully she'll learn her
