too but then I learned a little bit more
about it and it turns out that these
tests are very necessary because the
breathalyzer will only detect alcohol
these tests will detect impairment
whether it's you know weed or other
types of drugs so that's why they are
very necessary for the investigation and
on top of that it's more evidence that
the prosecutor can use against the
suspect

uncontrollably and honestly I think it's
the guilt she knows that she's going to
jail she knows she messed up and then
it's getting to her that wow she might

going for we all know that's a waste of
time because obviously the officer will
not fall for this thank you

description and we're not able to tell
from the video so it's unclear if she
blew over the limit or under obviously
she looked pretty drunk so in my opinion
she probably blew over but at the moment
she is just an alleged drunk driver so
we don't know if she was convicted we
don't know the outcome but if I'm able
to find out you best believe I will
update you now let me know what you

video I think she was pretty plastered
and she put everybody at risk so if she
gets a lengthy sentence she definitely
