go confront him he actually needed to go
to the hospital because of how drunk he
was and on top of that when he blew into
the breathalyzer it was actually five
times over the legal limit this guy is
an absolute menace to society and I'm
glad they caught him with that being

can turn a law-abiding citizen into

decisions that could have life-changing
consequences for himself or everybody
around them and that's why you should
never get so drunk to a point that you
black out because who knows what the
hell is going to happen I mean I know I
cover drunk drivers on this channel all
the time I don't actually have anything
against alcohol I drink three to four
times a week I enjoy it I stay at home
two to three drinks my drink of choice
is whiskey and nothing ever happens
right that's a normal way of drinking
but you shouldn't get plastered to the
point where you lose control of yourself

it turns out he already has court so
when he said it's the first time I'm
ever getting in trouble at 56 it looks
like that was a lie maybe this is what
he does on a daily basis who knows

now on top of that he's an alleged
diddler this man is looking worse and
worse by the minute

not an alleged diddler he is a convicted
diddler he was found guilty and he had
to pay a fine of four thousand dollars
and on top of that he had to do 128 days
in jail and he had to do alcohol
treatment so yeah not alleged convicted

you were intoxicated you were in control
of the vehicle so it becomes a DUI

on the stick on the 3rd of June for all

defender in Boone County yeah so all I
can tell you is that that you have court
in the third at 130 for all four
citations yep tried to make it easy for
you so you only had to go once yeah

first time offenses yeah are not
obviously second third and so on or
worse so
well that would be things that you can
if you wanted to get a public defender
or an attorney you could talk to that
court date so

so even though technically Kevin didn't
consent to getting his blood drawn
because he was completely passed out and
in need of medical help the hospital did
it anyway and they found out that his
alcohol level was 0.42 that is five
times the legal limit
so he was charged with transporting
alcohol failure to reduce speed operate
an uninsured motor vehicle driving Under
the Influence blood alcohol of 0.08 DUI
and driving under the influence of
alcohol and he had to serve 240 hours of
Public Service he had to attend DUI
school and he had to do a Victim Impact
Panel now I think the sentence was a
little bit light but considering his
other charges he's going to do time
anyways so anyways that's it for this
