talk inside of your head so by me doing that and I'm on of a lawsuit right now because of that right now I have to go to court that I'm already out on like a burn right now this really just really come and hit me in my like he don't give a and if it went for that gun I will beat your man I would had to whoop your no but look what he did my he punched me all in my face like he didn't give a and that's wrong man I don't like that like getting hold on one moment I'm I'm already hurt I'm already Hur all right one two three I'm right here yeah no that's I don't think that's going to happen just with his level of cooperation pass just resisting right day no oh uh yeah he's the owner of that that truck claiming as a police officer so we have a well they didn't make me a police officer that's what they said they made me a police officer it was the protect me because I was roing in my head I'm going throw this stuff in your car all right can't go to jail all your blow torches and Riders and everything and make the get double locked hey here here's what's gonna happen all right I'm gonna drive you down to jail all right so the thing the issue is your truck right A lot of people are breaking into cars out here and it's a pretty bad area so should we tow it to Johnson so that it's safe for the night and then you can come get it once you're out I think that's the best bet all right well you cool with us Towing it then so that your car's safe all right spread your feet spread your feet I'm underc police officer and this beat me in my okay so my brother is going to drive my car and he's out here in the club and I got car to sit down and talk to them and instead of me talking he he grabs me he runs once I hit the ground ground hand on me handc on me I have no no resistance no nothing beating me in my face like that is unnecessary let me see where you got all in my face on this side just on this side on this side and I was my face was on the ground side okay so are you are you hurt I am definitely hurt my face is hurting right now and then on top of that I end up I I had to use the bathroom anyway and I end up on myself so that is very disgusting right now and I'm just end up just upset mad and he got some type of anger issue What did the what did the officer say he said he he pointed the gun instantly at me which you didn't see me with no gun so that that's one instead of him coming up to talk to me about whatever he had talk to me and if they have weapons it's not like you know you see me with this I pulled over okay you know cuz they $ the park in the parking lot so I pull over here I it's under a recording I have a wire in my head that knowing that I'm uncover de okay so so you're saying he didn't what he like what he he approach you he had the gun me told me turn around on the ground I inly turn around I said don't point the gun at me then the gun at me you don't see me with no weapon see me with anything my hands not in my pocket I am trying to let him know who I am okay you know not KN I just left you guys I I I don't have an idea so when he told you that you tried to explain whatever going he he ran he ran and grabbed me and he dropped me on the ground okay so then when he put you on on the ground what did you do okay yeah he start kept punching me just punching me punch me in my back right right in that shoulder right and then that's where he punched you and then in my face and was he saying and where on your face he just kep punching he did not stop punching where did you say you got punch right right on the side of my face your face so at that time were you trying to put your hand I I I was trying to I was give him my my back is really sore man I and my wrist is already broke I broke my out the r man I wasn't trying to fight him back not like I resist or anything okay um is there anything else you want to ask that and her put my damn foot in my back besides that I don't have she Ste on my back because after get my hold on wait put it on the ground it's it's under recorded my family are recording me picture yes you know when we were dealing with you you got trespassed from the 7-Eleven this is something completely different so I don't know what they're this is a whole another Squad that's dealing with you but me being under what does that mean do they do I still get treated that you're under I am a deputy I am I am a police officer so with who in I was with a c at one point okay so you were with a CO for police department at one point so where are you with now I'm I'm I'm on my own Rec because of who I am so you're so you're saying you're not with anybody I explain that because I right now still have to go to court right now for a all right that's it he was charged with falsely
