at 700 p.m. on a Tuesday officers received a report about a man who had walked out on his tab at a restaurant these are the events that followed he just sat here and ran up a big Tab and he's got no money okay how much how much talking $82 and then he went even went to the bar and tried to order ordered another drink and just wanted to sit running a it's just something was off with this guy he was trying to pay on cryptocurrency but the thing is is what he did we got it all on video okay you know so what he did did was he pitched this crazy fit went nuts in here threatening people just I'm talking about like went nuts at the bar and um and of course then you want him out of there so basically what I think he's got no money and he's a conat you know checking his wallet but the weird thing was when he opened his wallet I saw a lot of cash in there you know and it was just like this guy there's something wrong with this guy and he's going to be doing this all over this town because the way he sat there and mean he he went through four courses excuse me and and then I mean he was even saying that you know how late do we stay up and it might take him till 10 o00 before he can pay his tab he was on his computer I mean it was nuts this guy is out there okay so let me ask you something if he comes and Pays His tab are you okay with that or you know here's the thing first I say this guy the way he was he deserves a night in jail okay but I'm not that kind of gu if he can pay his tab is why didn't he just pay his tab if he's got the money on him why didn't he I don't know I tab and he was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer defrauding an inkeeper disorderly conduct and resisting with violence he was sentenced to 24 months of probation 100 hours of community
