So, he was up criminal investigation for possible domestic battery. The victim did get hit, but not domestic, but she didn't want to know participation. As I'm trying to have a conversation with him he's basically I'm trying to get identification. He He's basically get go. Long story short, finally I said, "Listen, I'm just going to detain you then until we deal with that cuz you're not cooperative." Go to handcuff him and he starts pulling away resisting. He then tries to mule kick me, gets me in the groin area, not all the way, thank god. I finally get him handcuffed. We're walking over here. This is where it's at. It could be an R&I. As I'm walking, he actually has a piece of mind to trip me. So, he goes down while I swing over onto him because he's tripped me, but we're all both going to go down down together.
