I live here I'll just give you my Bree synopsis I'm put up my groceries I heard and stuff stay right there he gave me this stay right there I told me leave me alone okay stay right there I'll be talking to you in just second so my kids are out riding their bikes so I heard yelling I'm like okay one of my kids are fighting whatever come out and she was like going crazy she tried to steal his bike like it was her she was the aggressor okay so I I I saw the same thing I was I'm here I'm on my way up to Montgomery um and I saw these two uh in some sort of verbal argument hey hey stop please something WR and then yeah she see him physically so she began to chase him and then she went after the bike and it was when he took his bike back from her that she she struck him several and he just kind of Shield himself walked down the street that's when I stopped I stopped him I just was like I don't know what to do can can you call the C so you saw her she went into this house right here he started walking away and then I was getting ready to call I was getting ready to stay in your porch stay on your porch I'm not going to tell you again okay good stay on your porch I'm going to go back in my house where do you live at right there where I told him to stay in just my stuff open I don't know you're fine you're fine I I'll come get some information from you sorry temp no not her not the one by the cop the one behind who got it over there stay over there stay over there go get a stay over there her son let me do my job please let me do my job you need to go get her let me find out thank you and what is it I was over there and she started talking to me over here and then I went over here to talk to her take a breath I know you're upset but I can't understand what you're saying so you went over here yes sir I went over there to that house I was about to put a flower up she started talking to me and I couldn't understand what she was saying so I came closer to her and then I was over there and you went to her house I went right there like to that house give me a Pap not my face please sorry it's all good it's all good you went did you go on her property I if that's her property proper you went to that house to where she's standing okay you were in the driveway that's fine and then uh she started talking to me and then randomly she got close to me and she's like asking questions like my dad where my dad works while I'm going trying to do this and all that uh and then she uh just stole my like stole my flowers I was like can I get those back please and I went up to try to get them I wasn't trying to touch her I was so she grabbed you had a bunch of them she grabbed a bunch in this orange thing he's you know trying to make money and I'm good with that that's that's okay and then she ran over there to that house uh I have to you get his information please over to that house so that one I can't really see too well cuz my GL she saw my glasses too where she still got him did she break I I can't tell you she still she took them off her face yeah I'm telling you she tried to put hands on me okay where where did that happen at in that on that I think on that yard where that palm tree is okay and then uh she went in this old man the old man's house I went I and he opened the door and I was like this crazy lady just tried just stole my flowers and went in your house he went in looking for her and apparently that man was her husband and he was trying to be like let's just get like he opened the door and he was just like trying to say let's just uh get to so let's get to the part where she took your bike yeah Sheed she put her hand on you she hit you or to hit no she just took my glasses I did this and then like she was trying to get me and I was just was getting away from her and that was all on that on that property yes sir all right will you guys do me a favor hang here for a second okay yes sir all right she just went around the corner over there yeah he's refusing to talk to me who I a witness a solid so what happened now the best I can gather is this there there's a lady out here she's obviously either 25 or 21 okay she this kid's trying to advertise business and he uh she supposedly hit him stole his Flyers supposedly he went she went into this house he's saying that it's her husband are you knocking that door and see anybody come to the door yeah that lady was just telling me she actually called me over there to her to her house yeah I'm going to get her statement in just a second well he didn't mention this to you okay lady seen him she called him over to the house and then she was swing she was like she told him get your bike when he was getting his bike she was swinging trying to hit him I couldn't see cuz it was behind me was your glasses over there or over here over here she uh she I mean she I'm pretty sure she has them in her pocket or something but it was over there okay yeah those are expensive too man we're we we're working on that let me so she went into this house no she went behind she probably right stop stop I think it hey man I'm just talking I'm I'm grown I don't need to do that I'm just telling you she went around the side of I asked him a question and it's not about where she just walked is where he was having having she hey man my son just like hey right now like I want to go in the house and them up so just like chill out that's going to put you in jail okay I don't care I'm just telling you chill out I'm not the I'm not the one that needs to chill out I'm trying to do my job talking to me like a child I'm not talking to you like a child I'm treating you like an adult yeah it was in this she went in this house okay yeah apparently that's her husband's house okay thank you that's what I need to know sign give me the back okay where was how old's he huh how old's the victim I haven't even identified him yet a juvenile how you doing sir can I talk to something like I don't we don't want to I don't want to put somebody like that in jail thank you okay but with something you know they got it like this ain't that ain't she's I'm a minor I understand that and I'm that's why I'm glad you're here because I need your permission to pursue charges and that's kind of what we're what we're at now she does she's not related to this this guy over here she doesn't it's not her husband she's just saying so she just lied about that yes she went a random Str so that's why she ran back there she she she lives in this house she does live in this house that's he just confirmed that but I don't know I only know her first name right now so that's what the next step is I want to know what you want to pursue charges against her is she mentally handicap or something that's should honestly is not it's something I can give you to tell you to make a decision well for me you know I I understand where you're coming from mean like if she's but if she's just cuz they're telling me she sound she sounding like she's slurring and up M that's yes put her in jail okay if she's mentally handicapped or something like where's her people looking after her like mean she's not mentally handicapped we need like okay if she's not mentally handicapped man yeah she like you don't put your hands on a minor he's out here trying to do good all this boy does is go to you what was he doing that kep banging on the door went around the corn banging I live by myself I'm scared I said leave me alone go ahead he he banging what's your first name Dina who cares what I made you run across the street to your neighbor's house what would you think I live I'm asking you I wasn't here so I mean I'm just trying to understand what was going on that would make you run to your neighbor's house figure it out you can't go inside yet you're under arrest for what for battery on a juvenile juvenile again yeah he's only 17 years old don't pull away and don't resist I told him get out of my well when you call him over to your yard I did not ask him to come to your yard then you go break into your neighbor's house without permission and try to destroy his property that really weird like mentally well the problem is is not mental today today is alcohol she has a man that comes and checks on her pretty regularly well she's claiming that that man is her husband yeah I've seen her in the street like doing very weird things I've been really alarmed and this boy he just this young man came very yeah very polite I understand and unfortunately I'm going to have one of my officers come get more information thank you you're welcome uh battery on a juvenile nice young man there passing out flyers uh for work she according to this Witness she called him to her property say get back here basically basically and then stole his Flyers came over here she grabbed his glasses off of his face in this front yard so you definitely have a battery there she saw him her hitting him as he's trying to get away with cuz she took his bike and then she goes in that house and tearing up his Flyers that's her she is extremely [Music] intoxicated so guess who gets that listen you're going to at least transport that's fine uh did you grab me a witness statement I'll get him going is the jail going to make me said at a hospital no she's not that drunk she's walking talking okay soine um Dad Dad and I with him how a kid 17 17 yeah he's about to graduate and go go the Marine Corps he's just trying to make some extra money yeah so she's got my handcuffs on her want to pair of no I'm good all right uh all right I'll probably call you during the report just to make sure it's all well I want I need to get us before you take off let's get a statement from her and from him get a witness uh get his victim notification cuz it's a battery I want to get a victim notification on him and dad to sign and you can take his statement and go off of what he says all right all right cool so you got some statements you can give him cuz he he's got my clipboard with all my stuff in it I'm not a good right let me see if I can read it no it just says I was going to this house and this lady started talking to me and was asking me weird questions like what do I do where my dad works okay and then just say you want to get into the the fysical part of it she then if this happened she then grabbed my things I went to a a house across the road however you want to do it he was he he had and he was just taping to the door yeah I can show I saw the tape on one of them no you're I saw the tape on one of them that's fine I understand that but did she call you to the house did she call yeah she called me over and then I was like all yeah I can come over when you walking I'm going to tell you what we're going to we're going to do this okay what I want you to do is tell me exactly what happened I want you to look right here yeah I'll do that you do that okay that way then we can get it you just put in the Box let good what you don't have to look at the camera just talk to me I was over there at the old man's house she was over here ask like asking me that questions I couldn't really understand what she was saying and she called me over and I was like all right yeah I can come over real quick and then I came over and like she started walking off a little bit and then uh I went there and she started walking back and then she just like was asking me weird questions like where does my dad I do where do I work and I like I don't work I'm just in high school just focusing on school right now and just ask me like all types of weird questions and then uh she uh like she was asking me like what do I do like what do I do like on the flowers and all that I told her like pressure washing mowing lawns and all that cleaning windows and cuz I read some off the thing and then she came over and then she took the flly like took the paper I had and then took the like whole thing and I was like and then I was like he had a vanilla envelope for Flyers yeah and I was like what is she doing that for and then I was like can I have that back she's like no so then I was like uh so then I was like um I just went up to her and I was like can I have that back please yeah and I tried to get it like I tried not to like touch her or anything but like I tried to get it and she's like you can't touch me you can't touch me like and she started saying fire like fire like three times and then uh went I went out of the yard here's and then went uh to this old man's house she started running to the old man's house and my knees like messed up so I just like was walking over there and then uh trying to get your papers back yeah and then all of a sudden the this old man was in the car and he opened the door and then I told him uh this old lady just stole my flyers and I was like I was uh putting them on each house cuz you can look at the houses I've putting them on like all these houses and then uh I told him that this crazy lady just stole my flowers and went in your house and she won't give them back and I told him all that and then he went in there looking for her and then uh like the the other lady the one that lives right there was like asking like what was happening all that I was telling her and then uh I saw the old man open the door so I went up there and she was like saying like he was like he was trying to give me the papers back saying let's just give them back to him and she was saying that that was her husband and like no I'm not giving them back and saying you him I'm not going to give them back or nothing and then she started ripping them up and then that's when I started calling my dad and I was like yeah cuz I was telling him I'm I'll get and he'll handle it and and then I started calling calling him he didn't answer for like five times and then he finally answered after a little bit and then uh she like like came out and she was trying to like like get my like get to me and get like get my glasses and stuff and she was like asking if that bike was uh my bike and I was like yeah and like she just kept asking I was like yeah and she was like is that your bike on my yard and then I went to like go get it and she was like saying to go get it and then she tried to like get it she tried to like grab the seed or like back here and then I got it and she was trying to like yank it out of my hands so I yanked it out of her hands and then like she was like like just screaming and stuff and real quick I'm going to interrupt you because you when you she came out of the house and you guys were still up by the the the walkway is that when she grabbed your glasses off of your face yeah when I was the I just that's a clarification I need because yeah and then when you were going to the car to the bike was she the lady was saying she yeah and then she tried to like get the bike and I yanked it out of her hands and like we were like spinning and stuff and I yanked it out of her hands and then I was trying to walk away and she just like kept coming to me trying physically attack you she keep on physically attacking you actually touching you yeah she was Shan to I was just like I was backing up raise your right hand raise my right hand you swear everything you told him the statement is true the best of your knowledge yes sir all right that works um real quick only thing I want to do before you take off is I want to give him a victim notification you can take that with you and we can be G give me a second one for him now oh is he want to pursue charges was like what the world oh you need to go get statement from him then because uh he's right one now but you he wants to do it too he wants to file charges for uh what would that be burglar burglary okay wait Burg yeah when you go in somebody's house to call ran into some random person's house I I thought cuz she said I was conf having your items yeah I was confused house confus I thought she lived there real quick uh Dayton do me a favor actually Dad if you want to fill this out that spawn just put his name a number that you can be reached at when she's released your address and sign uh right here that you want to be notified cuz you're the parent of the victim and actually put your name up there I'm going to use you that way his his information is guarded um well he does that go get your statement from her that way you got her statement too Dayton you did the right thing next time call 911 instead of Dad yes sir okay then call Dad after you call 911 yes sir but luckily you had other neighbors that were looking out for you yes sir hello this been a good whole Sunday this a normal Sunday apparently still my groceries yeah well you're a savior for today cool call okay yeah it was not our kids that's what I thought not our not your kids not our kids man you how fast are we running yeah he's like our kids our kids um
