was nowhere near me okay I had ample time and not speeding or anything like that neither was she yeah until she didn't want me to get over okay then she sped okay and then she went around me cuz I obviously I finished getting over yeah then she went around me and by then she's in front of me yeah so then she get when we get up here to where the turn lane starts she gets over into the turn lanane and that's where I followed her because I'm next to the turn lane to go through the light okay so I get over there to get her tag I want to get her tag and yeah you know way she's driving did you get out of the car did you step out of the car she came to me she came to you I got out of the car m not expecting to get beat up right apparently at my age I'm not going to swing I could have hit her I could have hit her back right I said there and took quite a few swings but I didn't hit her back because I told her to call his father so he can get home oh okay was he with you yes that's my son he's autistic oh okay I wouldn't do anything like that with him in the car anyway yeah especially with him in the car yeah did he get out and try to uh got out but I didn't know he got out to the man in the white truck next to me told him to get back in the car cuz he was holling at the other girl telling the other girl to stop mhm cuz everybody knew that she beat up on me like I wasn't I didn't go to her I didn't start swinging none of that I wasn't even calling her names well not until I took a few punches yeah then I started mou but not until then okay so the the people took a video they called 911 cuz I didn't call right so they took a video and I made him get back in the car and then I got I tried to get in the car and she hit me a couple more times before I got in where did he where did she hit you like in the face I've got you can yeah was descri yeah car was it huh uh no Min how you doing T you know why we're here yeah you know right okay Miranda want to tell us what she's already like right here she's about to hit me so I start honking and she keeps cutting over so I swerve into the other room and I throw a bottle at her car okay okay and then she starts like driving crazy like getting go up on me and stuff so when I get the light I stop at my car park and I get out and then I walk to her and she walks to me and she's in my face so I push her back and then she gets back in my face so I hit her okay you knew that was not right right yes okay so that being said pretty much you're going to have she want to press charges me her she want she want a press char yes cuz she actually was taken to the hospital with concussion cuz you hear her so bad and then she was 60 little tiny Grandma yeah all right yall going B her up how old are you about 20 about 20 okay 6921 all right so I you know I uh I thought it was going to be some minor yeah I thought it was going to be some minor alocation and stuff like that you know but I got there she's got all these bumps uh on her head and stuff like that so she couldn't drive no more she had to the ambulance had to get there to take her to hospital St like that so what what about her didn't she have a passenger with her she had an autistic uh kid with her and he can drive yeah yes sir all right well it's a Mr minor charge so you know thank God it wasn't a felony cuz if she was 65 it could have been a felon felon so U she learned something because I mean that's stupid [ __ ] that is just ridiculous where she learns that I don't know but time [Music] is put your head yes just simple battery yeah just a simple battery yeah yeah yeah like I said I'm glad she was not 65 cuz if she was 65 that would have been that would have been bad so this is pretty much like a Mr minor um simple battery if she was 65 that could have been like you know like a battery on um uh L person or whatever they call uh 65 and over which is Fon me do you have like any phone or anything with you like you want me to put in your property um no but I forgot that I do have a vape on me you do yes but it's in my bra okay just um just a VAP right okay uh thank you female officer over there will be able to actually get it from you he doesn't have any like uh [Music] she was charged with battery she was sentenced to one day in jail 12 months of Probation and 40 hours of community service she was also required to attend a 10-week
