at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday officers responded to a 911 call reporting an alleged battery these are the events that followed you the landlord I'm assuming what's going on so what's happened we have 109 North 102 102 off front I'm sorry go ahead today I was here him his story is different I'm the one that's been here I've called the police on him before he's Russian I'm American I know my rights I don't care if you're American he's Russi well Russians have different culture than us okay cuz I've spoken to his wife apparently are you going to let him tell me his side and then I'll listen to your side doesn't matter this is my case no I'm pissed I booked this place for the year now I have to move because of this guy so I'm gone in two days you don't know that for sure okay we don't know that for sure that you have to move in two days I I already got a place okay that's why he did this because he had his one last chance no I'm not are you a roommate or friend or I mean can you calm her down yeah so we spit I have another house and he doesn't know the story and this lady will move to another house I don't give a [ __ ] but they don't he assault me he's going to get un pressing for her to be amped up like that so that's not abnormal she hasn't been consuming I have records from another guy was leaving in the space when she gets drunk he gets annoying and I got he have the report I'm calling him okay I don't it's not my business you know but what I'm saying is a normal behavior now we record so people know when these things happen is not us so he was living under RnB he left but he got so is there an issue today with did something get physical between anybody no does she saying that it was physical no that's what she want to create is Is there videos or anything of any of this three Witnesses three Witnesses is there anybody else that lives in this house or anybody else that's here right now there's another guy in there but he's sleeping he wasn't okay does he share a room with anybody no we all we all have our own rooms all once they're done we'll just do a well-being check on him is anything broken is there any property damage anything like that she lives in a separate space from everybody else yeah so that room right there is closed off from everybody everybody has the ability to lock the door do we think that she's been drinking today I mean just based off of what you're saying said this is AB not abnormal behavior for her but then you said when she drinks she gets an problem she's already under arrest so it's not going to get any wor you can't follow uh sorry cuz I have from my friend's up Hey Brother saw she started show was but she and that's and she SS nobody actually touched anybody else so this is pretty normal they got intoo and the cops were called and I came out here to kind of mediate things and I was they started argue about laundry and they started yelling and getting into his face so I was like calm down let's calm down and then she went and called the police and I was like you don't you really need to do that and then she hung up and then I said well now you hung up now the cops are done to come because you hung up on the operator so the cops came just kind of calm things down explain what happened nobody was arrested or anything like that okay this is definitely happened before and apparently it's happened before I got here because I've only been here since December okay okay and only reason I I even try to mediate is because I'm security so I know I deal with people on a regular basis so I know how to calm things down before start getting physical because if some if someone really does hit somebody someone's going to jail so and is that what happened today no um she just kept getting in his face and she ran into his finger or something like that sir you can just leave it on the ground yeah you can just wait I'll collect that yeah she nobody hit anybody nobody anything like that just I was in my room sleeping or not sleeping but like laying down and I heard them yelling so I was like okay here we go here we go again so okay so just yelling no yelling nothing physical again she just she ran into his finger or something I was standing right there and nobody hit anybody she ran into his finger is that what he said she like was getting up in his face and like I guess he had his finger out like this and she ran I don't know she like ran into his finger okay can you please let my dog back what happened in the house with whoever assaulted you okay so that is the landlord this is out front he only comes around maybe once every two months he him and his wife own m locations okay so there's a house a street over that they own and because this guy has been so verbally and physically abusive I I booked the face to the end of the year and I have to move because if you could still respond we're not sure yet how many people are inside the house I booked the place to the end of the year can youing close my door I have animals okay wait stay with me for a minute you're all over the place I booked up I just woke up honey I got to go to work in a little bit I'm a waitress you know so you had this place for a year a c I booked it I booked it now you don't pay for it you just book it and then I pay for it a few months in advance it's an Airbnb right she has a place a street over so when this guy started being physically and verbally abusive I booked the other place so I'm moving in two days all of a sudden the guy that Russian guy is doing a walk through and I came out and I told him I said this is you're the reason why I'm moving and then he got up in my face I don't care suppressed charges cuz I'm moving in two days I knew this was going to happen that's why I called the police recently so who is the guy that assaulted you not the landlord no no he's very nice he's just doing a walk through so who's the guy that assaulted you the black guy is he your roommate your boyfriend your husband I've never met him besides here I only know him you don't have to yell at me okay I don't I just talk loud I promise you guys think that that cuz I've worked in music venues I have hearing issues I'm a bartender that works in loud got a dog there please help my dog I I I don't know why I'm being detained but I don't know why I'm being detained but then you could take care of her dog while she's being arrested or at least just come over and check on it it's in the backyard now D come get me out of jail I don't know what's going on why am I being detained am I being arrested yes why for obstruction what does that mean that means when you're told to do something and you don't do it you get arrested well can you release me no I have to go to work in a little bit that front room used to be a living room it's my bedroom now okay because there's a closer a closure it's not connected to everything you understand what I'm saying so he's staying here he lives in the master suite with a connected bathroom I don't ever have to see him I don't know him he's very mean and he's the reason why I'm moving and how long how long has he been I don't know him like that he's it's a weird situation because it's it's an Airbnb okay so I moved down here from I moved over here from so it's it's a weird situation but we don't know each other like that little black you have no relationship with him no friends where I want to be friends with I'm friends with the other people that live in the house cuz I'm cool I'm like a hippie how many people live in the house four yeah and everybody has their own room yes it's a weird situation but I it was affordable and at the fenced in yard for my dog that's why I can't be going to jail honey I have animals and I I'm moving I'm literally moving and I and I knew it was going to escalate I swear to God I knew you'll be home in two days I'm sure of that honey please don't arrest me I cannot go to jail I have animals offic is but I didn't do anything can you please talk to him and have him release me I it's my first day of my new job and I'm not I've just moved out here my whole life will crumble that's my car right conversation start yelling on everybody and create problem because dises they like responsible for the roaches and the house and stuff and she got she getting this mood particular every time cuz she say moving because that thing moving today because of those problems of thees no the arguments sir yes of the of the jelling and stuff okay so that's why um she's leaving and he basically friending everybody saying I'm going to you I'm going to send you to the jail say yeah you're responsible for this and and well I have she's been trying to get somebody in problems and she's so like I don't want to say it but I got record the other guy was living here and he moved because they got the argument when she gets drunk they have argum them do I think some something happened between them so he recall all the discussions and argument with her s discussion we are having here for with okay all right so this is a pretty common thing though with her okay so are you guys just roommates you know dating no husband wife kids in common nothing like that you just share this house has separate separate rooms everybody separate roomate you know separate spes how long have y'all been staying here together I'm not sure she actually while a year the argument was that for main complaint was that is spoiling the house so he doesn't keep clean somehow right about she is somehow right about this she he he's not we're going to be just west we all have her own qu so is that this is but again to confirm no one put their hands on anybody nobody hit anybody pushed anybody no spitting it was just just Hollywood Florida or California well I moved up no I moved over from Hollywood but I just moved down here yes okay yeah I came over here because it was safer and then I'm moving the landlord let me book a place a street over behind the boa so on Monday I have the day off and I'm moving but I will stay in the hotel room till then because I should have done this actually if I I already contacted Airbnb like they're already in the loop Elena knows about his behavior I I have recorded it and not recorded like with my phone cuz I just don't do that but um they're like text through the app and stuff so that's why she's moving me like it's because of him so like I will go right now that's my Land Rover I will get in my car go get a room I have to be honey I'm just a waitress I can't I can't
